Chapter - 4A

At Singhania Mansion :

After a silent dinner Rey called Taani in the terrace to talk to her. Taani came after finishing her household works. Rey was standing at the edge and thinking about his conversation with aarushi.

R : ( In his mind) Ye Aarushi baar baar ek hi baat kyun bol rahi thi. Usse sach mein lagta hai ke Taani pe trust karke mein galat kar raha hun? Mujhe Taani se iss barein mein clearly baat karni hogi...

His thought process was disturb by Taani's voice. She came and stand beside him.

T : Rey, kya huya? Tum itna kya soch rahi ho? Kya koi problem hai? U can share it with me.

R : ( With small smile) Nehi Taani, koi serious problem nehi hai. But mujhe tumse kuch jaruri baat karni hai.

T : Hai Rey bolo na.

R : Ok first sit.

He made her sit in the swing and he himself sit on his toes in front of her.

R : Taani, U know that I Trust u.

T : Ya Rey, I know that. But kya baat hai? U r scaring me.

R : Taani, kya tum mujhpe trust karti ho?

T : Of course Rey I do. Tumhe aise kyun puch rahe ho?

R : If u trust me then tum mujhe kyun nehi bata rahi ho k kya reason hai hamare marriage ka?

T : Rey hum iss barien mein already baat kar chuke hai. Then why again?

R : I know k hum already baat kar chuke hai but kya tumhe nehi lagta k mera bhi right hai jaanneka k sach kya hai? Aakhir ye meri bhi life hai jiska ka decision tum aur mom-dad ne liya hai, at least tell me the reason.

T : ( In her mind) Agar Rey ko bata dun to Dad ko diya huya promise tut jayega... dad ne jab mana kiya matlab kuch to soch samajh ke bola hoga, but Rey kai baat bhi to sahi hai. Use truth janne ka pura right hai. Hey Krishnaji aab mein kya karoon...

R : Taani, Kya soch rahi ho? Tell me.

T : I can't tell you Rey. Please try to understand.

R : (Stand up and say a bit loud) Understand my foot. Mein tumhe understand karun aur tum kere situation ko ignore karo.

T : Mein ignore nehi kar rahi hun Rey, but u promised me k hum iss barien mein baat nehi karenge.

R : ( While losing patience and shouting) Promise haan, promis gaya bhad mein, I want to know the damn reason right now Taani. ANSWER ME.

Taani stay quite which make Rey angry more. Suddenly he grab her left elbow with his right hand to make her stand and bring her closer with force which scares her.

R : Maine kuch pucha tumse, KYA REASON HAI?

T : Re...Rey wo...who mein nehi ba...bata skati, plzzz.

She can easily identify his anger by looking at his eyes which is getting red and suddenly he throws her with such a force that she lands on the swing and by that force the swing started to swing. A silent atmosphere build while Taani sits there swinging and looking at Rey and Rey standing in front of her and looking at her or should say throwing draggers towards her which scares her to death. All of sudden Rey bend a lil at her face level and clutch her face with his right hand tightly and she hissed in pain.

R : To tum nehi bata sakti, haan? ( Taani just nodded her head in no) Bata nehi sakti ya kuch hai hi nehi batane layak? U r such a disgusting person Taani... contineusly making fool us haan...Itna neeche gir sakti ho ki mere parents ko bhi apne iss ghatiya plan me involve kar liya and saying ke reason hai jo mere dad ne mujhse chupane ke liya bola. U r Pathertic. Aarushi was right, ur a bloody gold digger, jo mere paiso k piche padi thi itne saloon se. (and leave her face and stand straight and tears are continuesly flowing from her eyes).

R : Aare paise chahiya tha to mang leti, Singhania empire mein share chahiye tha to bol deti,de deta tumhe... but meri life barbad karne se pehle kamse kam hamare dosti ko to yaad kar leti. Ohh dosti ko yaad karti, tum to dosti k naam pe use kar rahi thi meri, paiso ke liye... I SO HATE U TAANI SHEKHAWAT,oopss MRS TAANI REYANSH SINGHANIA.

Saying that he was leaving but again turn back and says

R : Aur haan meri room se apne sara saman hata dena aur dusre room shift ho jao. And make sure ke mujhe tumhara face bhi na dikhna pade.

And he left the place leaving Taani alone. She sits there like a statue for some time with continues flowing tears from her eyes and recollecting the words said by Rey, her best friend.

T : How could u say like that Rey, how? I know tum hurt ho, gussa ho mujhse par tum humare friendship ko iss tarah insult kaise kar sakte. Kya itna hi trust karte ho tum mujhe k aaise mere intension pe doubt kar rahe ho. I never accept this from you Rey. Mujhe pata hai tum naraj ho par itna gussa k khud pe control hi na rahe. Tumhari iss gusse ki wajah se hi main chup hun, kyun mujhe pata hai k sach janneke baad tum kuch ulta seedha jarur karoge jo company aur iss pariwar k liye acha nehi hoga. But kaash tum ye samajh pate...( Took a deep breath and wipe her tears ) Anyways, chahe tum mujhe kitna bhi hurt karo, but main tumhe saach nehi bata sakti hun Rey. And I promise tumhe ya iss family ko koi hurt nehi kar sakta.

With that determination she stand up and headed towards their bedroom to shift her things in another room as per her one and only best friend-cum husband's wish.

After shifting all the belongings to her new room Taani is standing in front of her room's window and remembering some sweet memories.

Flashback

Rey was pacing fro and back in his room when Taani enter the room. He turn to look at the door and after seeing her run towards her and held her in his embrace like his life is depends on her only. After all he is meeting her after freaking 19 hours. Yes, for others it wil may be just few hours but for Rey each hours are like a yr. And top of that he wasn't had any idea for her whereabouts the whole day. He was feeling miserable when he couldn't found her anywhere. And by each passing moments his worry changed in his anger and now it's going to brust out.
