Khushi was totally shocked after hearing his words. She blinked and let her breathe. She just saw the pool side and couldn't believe that whether he's the same person who ruined her or someone else. The rudeness which she experienced coz of him on that bitter night is still remained fresh for her. A tear rolled over her cheek. She wiped it and saw the pool side again. She remembered how he got her stuffs... how he came to check her... how he hesitated to touch her... now his confession abot his guilt...

Khushi didn't know what to do whether to trust him or not. As she herself didn't know why he's so concern for her... coz of his guilt... Or coz he feeling pity for her situation... Her eyes again went to the pool side. Arnav stood still with closed eyes. His outburst made him a bit relax though he didn't know what will be her reaction...

Khushi jerked hearing footsteps. She closed her eyes and covered herself pretending as she's fast asleep. Arnav looked her and went down. After few minutes slowly she opened her eyes to check him if he's sleeping in the couch or not. He wasn't there. She sat and thought where did he went. "Should she go and check him" she thought and wondered why she has to do that.

At last she reluctantly came down and saw Anjali's door slightly opened. She peeped her head without any noise. She saw Arnav sitting in the sofa near her bed and watching her without any blink. When Anjali turned in her sleep, he stood and tucked the sheet properly. He then kissed her forehead. Khushi again felt his true love for his sister. She then moved to their room and settled in the bed.

"Is he the same person..." thinking this she dozed off. Finally Arnav came to their room and saw her who is sleeping now. "Please trust me..." muttering this by seeing her face he laid in the couch staring her. Sleep took over his eyes too. Khushi woke first and saw him sleeping. She looked him for a while and moved her eyes thinking what she's doing.

She then got ready and while she's combing her hair she left her comb coz of his sudden scream. "Khushi..." Saying it loudly he sat instantly with heavy breathes. Khushi froze. It was very clear that he had some nightmare abot her. Both looked each other. Then she moved her eyes here and there and bent down to pick the comb. After combing she went down. Arnav has already decided something for both the girls. He has to discuss with others.

When he went down, Anjali and Khushi weren't there. "Nani... Anjali..." He dragged. "They were in the kitchen..." she replied. Badimaa has arrived too. Manohar and Manorama were there too. He then told abot his decision. They supported him whole heartedly. While having breakfast he sensed that her fear has reduced a bit as she slowly started to have her breakfast.

When he started she raised her head and saw him leaving. Arnav turned and saw her. She instantly moved her eyes down while Arnav was surprised that she's looking him. He finally left. When he returned in the evening he went straight to Anjali's room... Called her and talked with her. Khushi was doing some work in the kitchen. After having dinner Khushi retired to their room. Now she's a bit confident that he won't hurt her.

She entered the room and saw her study things arranged in the table. She couldn't get how did it came there which she has left in the hostel. By that time Arnav came from pool side. Seeing him she stood still without meeting his eyes. "Khushi... I told Anjali to continue her studies... And I want you too to finish your studies..." saying this he waited for her to look up. She looked up and faced him. "Whatever happened... Happened... Nothing can change it now... but we have to move in our life... this is not end for you... you should study... and if you wish you can join in our company like Anjali..." saying this he looked her face. She looked down here and there. "Khushi... if you don't want to reply to me... Say it to Badimaa...It's fine for me... and if you want anything... Tell to her... I will get it for you..." he said calmly.

Seeing her standing still he went to the pool side. Khushi looked him now. Slowly she took a piece of paper and wrote something. Then she kept it on his laptop. She then lay on the bed. When Arnav thought to sleep... he saw that note... he took it... saw it... "I will study... Khushi..." he felt happy and kept it in his table drawer.

"Shyam..." Shashi called him when he was abot to go out that too early in the morning. Hearing her son's name Garima too came out. "What..." Shyam said rudely without turning back stopping where he was. Garima watched Shashi's face with an ignoring way. "Don't you think it's high time..." Saying this Shashi took a step. "For what..." Shyam shouted turning towards him. "For what you have done..." Shashi equally raised his voice.

"From when you started to raise your voice..." Garima said angrily. "When my daughter got married to ASR..." Shashi said boldly. "Hey father... You think we can't do anything now..." with a devilish smile he came to him. "You can't near her now... As she's now ASR's wife..." Shashi said proudly. Both the son and mother laughed seeing each other.

"You two always threatened me with her life... But now a good thing has happened in all these bad ones..." Shashi looked at them who were still having their laughs. "Shyam... You should marry Anjali... Otherwise..." He stopped. "Otherwise..." Shyam said furiously wiping his laugh. Shashi took a file and threw it to him. Shyam caught it and opened it with the same furious look. His eyes became red seeing all the properties in Khushi's name.

"How dare you..." He said with gritted teeth. Now its Shashi's turn to smile. "What is it..." saying this Garima took the file from his hand and saw it. "Have you lost your mind..." She too said furiously. "Nope... actually got my mind back..." Shashi said coolly. "This is just a copy... You two just try to mend your mistake... Else this will stay final..." continued Shashi and looked at those angry helpless faces.

"Khushi..." Arnav called her when Khushi got readied. She stood still just to hear his words. "Your college Principal wants to meet you... If you want I will take you to her... or I will inform Badimaa..." he said and waited for her reply. Khushi blinked her eyes and went to the table. She wrote something and kept it there. Then she moved out.

Arnav took that note "I will come..." a small smile emerged in his lips though he couldn't get why. After having breakfast he started to leave. When he neared his Mercedes he turned to check whether she's coming or not. There she came slow and hesitatingly. He opened the back door for her and sat in his seat. She sat calmly. He can see her in the mirror.

"Khushi... You got married without informing us..." Her Principal started with a smile. Khushi struggled to reply her. "That's okay... Your husband has told everything..." she said which made Khushi to breathe a bit heavy thinking was he told the truth. She looked him and he can sense her fear in her eyes. "That you guys proposal went for a while... then suddenly ended in marriage..." Principal said. Khushi breathed in relief which Arnav didn't miss to notice as he was a bit worrying abot her reaction.

Khushi smiled and thought why she's relieved with this lie while deep down still she can think abot that nightmare. "Khushi... Am really happy for you... that you have got such a nice person who wants you to shine in your career..." Principal continued. She just smiled again. "So Khushi... what have you decided... you want to come regularly or you attend the exams directly... Since it's the final semester also your syllabuses have been covered... It's up to you..." Principal said looking both. Arnav looked her. "I will attend the exams Mam..." she said with a smile.

"Fine... just see your class advisor... get the details... My best wishes..." Principal wished her. When they came out "I will wait out..." Arnav saying this he moved out. Khushi stared him for a while then walked towards the staff room. After sometime Khushi came out and searched for him. She found a little crowd around the Mercedes. There she saw Arnav surrounded by her college buddies. He's trying to avoid them gently as they are Khushi's friends. On seeing Khushi one of the girl "Hey Khushi... Wow how lucky you are... You didn't even look his picture in our room... but now see..."

Khushi couldn't meet his eyes as he just stared her hearing those words. Finally he sat inside and when Khushi sat with him he was surprised. "Woo..." she started looking somewhere. "Your friends are watching us..." he said looking her. She looked him instantly wondering how and when he started to read her mind.

They reached home only to find Shashi there. "Khushi... how are you..." He asked seeing Khushi. But she ignored him standing near Badimaa. Shashi could get that his daughter is still angry with him. "I came to tell you all that... Shyam is ready to marry Anjali..." He looked everyone saying this.

"I could die instead..." Anjali was standing furiously.
