ha wo to h but still bahut log ye disease hone k bavajud kaafi time tak surive karte h and apni life kaafi had tak normally spend karte h ha unhe thoda extra care arnd ki zarurat hoti h so I dont think its that chronic

diseases are classified into acute, acute-chronic and chronic based on their period not on their severity.. or yaham tak congenital heart dec ke management ke bath-- v can mange them by a corrective surgery or by medication only...
