Yeah...he decided to embrace it, and what an intimate embrace. *dancing like a fool*.
But yeah that embrace spoke volumes, the moment he decided and before he uttered his subconscious knew it and the way he played the song out loud not carrying for any propriety shows what a child he himself is. What all had been snatched from him at such tender age! when he should have been living care free! and growing making mistakes and learning! he assumed the responsibility as the head of the family.
He moment he heard the laughter of his sister, her carefree tinkling laughter, he himself felt carefree that let the slip of tough mask and that's what Khushi saw in his eyes and on his face, his vulnerability without any barrier. And Khushi did the best she could, giving. Her strength to him through that embrace. Letting him know that she is with him every step of the way and everything will be alright.
I agree with her reasons of not telling Arnav yet. And giving him time to heel and be himself before he accepts a new relation in his life. But at the same time Arnav is leaving everything on the time and going with the flow. Loved the scene between Payal and Khushi, the caught thief. Yeah Khushi I the child and Payal is her mother when they are not doctors and CEO and CCO of AAGH.
Arnav's care free laughter, smiles, chortle, chuckles, smiling eyes and all those things while Payal's nd Khushi's argument was being played brought the relaxation to Anjali that what all she has been doing to her family. She wasn't just killing herself, punishing herself, but her first son Arnav, was taking away the happiness and peace of her family along with hers.
Finally with the shedding of all the tears and talking there heart out Anjali and Arnav were able to remove most of the burden from there wounded hearts, those a tears help them cleansing the wounds. Now with new determination by both brother and sister of not losing themselves anymore to the pain and hurt, they will be able to heal. And there partners will help them him, with or without there knowing.
