"Neel, say something!" his friend shook him madly. "What is in that damn letter? What did she write? Believe me, she didn't do anything intentionally. She has been misled and misguided...Neel."

"Calm down, Derek." He answered indifferently. Derek was about to answer him back while his mobile phone started ringing. "Who the hell is this now?" he cursed and picked the call without noticing the name or number. "Shepherd", he answered.

"Derek, Derek...it's me...Meredith. I was with Aparna from the past few days. But..." She was cut off by Derek, "Yeah I know that. What happen now?" he asked angrily.

"She left." She answered dejectedly.

"WHAT?" he yelled at her on phone..."Where? When?" Utter shock was evident in his voice.

"Don't know...this afternoon. After the revelation, I guess." She replied timidly.

"What? I told you to keep an eye on her. She was very devastated that time...now what I do..." he started babbling that he hadn't noticed Neel was approaching him. He calmly took the phone from him and told Meredith, "Hey Mer, don't worry. Do you have any idea where might she be going?" he asked as politely as possible.

"No...I don't know but.." She stopped for some reason which didn't go unnoticed to the other side of the telephone.

"I know where she is going. She will be this stubborn always." He muttered to himself and sighed. Then instructed her,"Listen to me carefully. I want you to reach at her boyfriend's house immediately and stop her and grab her back to my house. And stay there until I call you again. Got it?"

"Yes." That was all she could manage to out from her mouth and hung up the phone.

Neel looked at Derek with new sparks in his eyes. "Derek sometime God really favors the brave, doesn't he? Come let's talk to our seniors. We will be the first trainees in history to arrest a criminal and close a case during our training period." he said beamingly and tugged Derek with him.

P.S. Just realized k main "Neil" ke spelling "Nila" padh raha tha. Mennu pher se alpbhabet sikhna hain.
