Chapter 6

Ruchika was tapping her foot from time to time becoming restless as the author continued with her dumb speech. Anirudh enjoyed the scene. "Calm Ruchi.. don't loose your anger. Hehe..." Ruchika looked at Anirudh with red eyes. "Jamun is the worst fruit in this world isn't it Govind?" Anirudh was stunned.. " Yes Sakhi. Sakhi..huh?" "Yes Govind. I just can't tolerate this anymore. I cant keep control.. I will just.."
"Umm.. no! Saiyaam! Saiyaam!"
"Ruchika!" Shatakshi pushed Ruchika, and Ruchika was startled. She was deep into some thoughts. Something entered her actually. "Now... would anybody like to say something?" asked the author on the stage.Ruchika raised her hand, and walked up. "I would like to question you about everything you just said. WHAT IS THIS KARNA LOVE?" The author looked very very displeased with Ruchika's question. "Girl, don't ask silly questions." 'You people are the ones responsible for Panchaali's tears." said Ruchika and threw her drawing on the author's face.

"Look at this. Kajol. Kajol is a precious possesion for every girl at one point of time! But see this, this drawing is made of only a Kajol pencil. Draupadi was also as pure and precious to our epic like this kajol to a girl! 😡 And now look at her eyes! They are tears. I could not stop crying while I was thinking about her life. They are my tears on her eyes! JUST THE WAY ITS YOUR LOVE ON HER HEART!" The author blinked her eyes, and pushed her spectacles up. "But that spoiled the full drawing!!! The Kajol is melting! JUST LIKE YOUR STUPID THOUGHTS ARE SLOWLY SPOILING DRAUPADI'S CHARACTER. Shatakshi ran to Ruchika. 'Ruchi.. shut up. Come back." Ruchika did not bother, but she stomped up the stage right up to the mike.
"Actually the fact is that authors like you are just failures. You cannot create your own story and you just make up a story taking a character from Mahabharata!!! Isn't that the easiest way out? The Palace of Illusions- the book itself is an illusion! 😡 This is only spoiling the thought of the youths because anybody would read these books instead of the real text. People just dont understand that if they want to read Mahabharata, or know about it, NOTHING BUT THE TEXT ITSELF can help them. And you all make it even difficult for them to know this by writing such books! And who is the pain bearer? Draupadi ! Oh poor Krishna! Oh poor Arjuna! and oh POOR Karna ALSO!"
Ruchika closed her eyes for a second, and somebody smiled at her. The lips were made of Kajol. Was it Draupadi? But she hasn't ever seen Draupadi. How would she know her? Ruchika did not open her eyes. She wanted to be near that unknown lady for a longer time.

"Hotel Indralok." Sabyasachi murmured to himself. "Jeet Bhaiya, lets go there tonight for a dinner. We have a concert also." jeet's mind shone on the thought of food. "Raj Bhai, can we go?" Sabyasachi kneeled down in front of his elder brother and asked. Raj smiled and shuffled his hair. 'Sab, is your health fine? Will you be able to go and party there?" he asked. Jeet tried to gesture "YES YES" but in vain. 😆 "Yes I can Bhaiya! I have a-"
"WELL ofcourse you can!" said a voice as harsh as a devil from the back. "Parties involve girls eh? Ofcourse you can Sabyasachi. Anyways, those who have such cheap families, why can't they!"

Chapter 7

Sabyasachi turned back and it was none other than Vikrant who was shouting at him for no reason. "Get..away." "So you are gonna party today? So how many girls have you slept with in your past so called match tour?" Vikrant laughed out. Mr Goenka, his Mama was always behind him, guiding him to do more of misdeeds. Sabyasachi rolled his eyes and pretended to look at Raj's MBA papers. Jeet was willing to pick up the ashtray on the table and throw it at Vikrant but Sabyasachi constantly kept pinching him gesturing a NO. "Hello Vikrant dear. Do come in." Sabyasachi's mother came in, and tried to be nice, although she too hated these cousins of her sons. "So how many daughters in law are planning to have Aunt?" Vikrant cracked a dirty joke which made Jeet loose his temper. He got uo to punch him, when Raj and Sabyasachi together stopped him. "Jeet Bhaiya, let them go. Let them go." "Hey you! This is my dear nephew's house you five bunch of wimps. Give him respect." Mr Goenka laughed dirtily and Vikrant threw a cheque at Sabyasachi. "Use it if you need to buy a girl. Ha Ha ha!" Sabyasachi picked up the cheque, and calmly said, 'Wait Vikrant bhaiyaa."
"We neither achieve, nor buy girls. Women are to be granted to you. And neither do we take or give money, because money needs to be earned by you." Raj put his hand on Sabyasachi's shoulder. 'And about this house being your nephew's Mamaji, a home belongs to the love and affection of the people living there. So, think before demanding it."

Finally the horn of a car rang, and Sabyasachi decided to leave for Hotel Indralok. He picked up his guitar bag, -nobody knew why- and stormed away. Jeet followed him, clunching his fists. Nishan joined Jeet and Sabyasachi in the way. He had gone to a fashion show. Sabyasachi smiled at his guitar bag. Jeet found it funny, and kept winking at Nishan. "What's up Sab Bhaiya?" asked Nishan.
"Nothing Nishan. Are you watching cricket nowadays like I told you to?" Nishan was bored of cricket. He did not understand what was so exciting about the game where you just hit a ball with a big stick, uh- bat , and most of the time the uniform was only one colour. He liked fashion freaky stuff. Football was cool! Hairstyles! Jeet nodded his head, smiling to himself. "So who is coming to the Hotel Sab?" Jeet kept on teasing him. The car went past Gateway of India, and was about to cross filmcity. Sabyasachi drove past filmcity slowly, at a good pace though. Jeet wondered whether he should go and audition for a Salman Khan film or not. 🤣 he was even trying to suggest the idea when Sabyasachi quickly passed the filmcity. "S-E-R-I-O-U-S-L-Y B-H-A-I-Y-A!" Sabyasachi rolled his eyes. Nishan could not stop laughing at the back seat. Finally they reached Hotel Indralok.

The Urvashi girls were all still searching inside Sreelekha's car. The two guards were stuck on the 25th floor of the lift. Aishwarya had found a Gucci perfume on the dashboard, and she took 2 minutes to smell which fragrance it was, when Parineeti snatched the bottle away from her, and she holded the record of latest perfumes. Finally Aishwarya checked the dashboard again, and GOOD HEAVENS! She found a t-shirt, not the Team India one, but a blue t shirt which she had often seen----- Sabyasachi wearing. "Parineeti! Kritika! I found I found!" Kritika was on the last line of Rimjhim Gire Sawan, so she patiently let the song finish off and before "Mast Magan" began removed his headphones and ran into the car. Sabyasachi's car drove into the parking lot in the next minute. The three girls quickly observed the t shirt they found and kept smelling it. They found a lighter and an empty cigarette packet in the shirt pockets. "Oh my! This is so so incredible..!" But Kritika heard the horn of another car. "Hey! Somebody is here! Quickly lock the car, come out all of you!" Aishwarya and Parineeti packed everything the way it was, while Jeet, Sabyasachi and Nishan were coming out of the car in the parking lot. Kritika quickly locked the Mercedez and decided to give it in the reception. They ran out of the car, still thinking about what stuff they found inside, when suddenly they almost bumped into Sabyasachi and company. 😳 "Ohhh Look! The hero of this story is here..." Kritika and Aish kept staring at those hazel eyes of Sabyasachi's. Sabyasachi tried to smile at these girls. And Parineeti was almost near Sabyasachi. "Hello.." she said. "Hi." Sabyasachi said and put on his sunglasses, nd put his hands in his dashing jacket. Nishan was enjoying the scene, smoking a cigarette to himself. Sabyasachi marched past the Urvashi girls, and they awoke from their dream world.
