If you observe in the business world, all the people in leadership mostly concentrate on making profits and increasing sales and the territory of the business. For the business leaders Law is like a sore thumb. So, it is natural for Arnav to not anticipate such law-oriented questions.

But our Khushi is very good at her job. But lacks confidence too. She has prepared for the conference in her own way. As a finance and legal person would do. But never had the confidence to show her presentation to Arnav, thinking that he might find her too finicky about law and be dismissive about the whole presentation. 👏 👏

But when her Manager was questioned about his intent and integrity, she quickly retreived her presentation / paperwork in his support. Hope I have been able to convey how the docs scenario came about.

The second thing is, he taking Khushi along with him. When you work with some at close quarters day in and day out. And that person is at your beck and call, you will find that you donot actually mind that person being around you all the time. Arnav was very disturbed at the moment. All the past misery hit him back with full force. And he was not guarded at the moment. In this state, I think, it was only natural for him to step out under the pretext of putting the files away. He just had to get away from the crowd. 👏 👏

Hope I have been able to give a good reasoning to both Arnav's and Khushi actions.
