Part 13

Prithvi, Suhana, Sujal and Kashish run up to Angad and Kripa, Prithvi shakes Angad's hand

P - great going dude

A - thanks man

K - oh my god Kripa im so happy for you!!

Kashish hugs Kripa, Suhana smiles at her

S - ab since Angad has proposed to Kripa...guys what say party?

A - yea Sujal definately

P - of course...Suhana you're going to come right?

Suh - erm pata nahin.....shahid

Kr - Suhana...you are part of the gang, you are Prithvi's girlfriend now so you have to come

A - ok whens the party tommorow night?

P - nahin......Hitler ne ek party rakhi hai kal raat ko i have to go

Suh - Hitler....?

S - Prithvi's parents

K - Hitler kyun?

P - its a long story anyways Suhana, tumhe kal mere saath aana hoga

Suh - me kyun? Sujal aur Angad ko le jao

A/S - no way!!!!

P - dheka...yeh vahan nahin aayenge....and you are my girlfriend i have to show you off right

Suh - teek hai

K - ok then see you soon!!! oh and Suhana...apne number humhe dhe do aur humhare le lo

Suh - ok

Angad, Sujal, Kripa and Kashish exchange numbers with Suhana.

Kripa and Kashish give her a hug and turn around to leave.

S - Kashish wait....

K - kya hai?

S - voh aaj raat dinner?

K - yea sure...see you tonight!

S - ok

That night......Sujal and Kashish arrive to the Star Light Restaurant. They go inside to the receptionist

S - excuse me table for two please

R - ok sir wait a moment.......sir sorry but neeche koi jaaga nahin..you have to go to the 3rd floor

S - oh ok thank you, Kashish chalo

Sujal takes Kashish's hand and go towards the stairs

K - excuse me...lekin in heels mein....im not going up the stairs!

S - uff tum aur tumhare nakre, chalo we will take the lift

K - good

They walk to the lift and get in, Sujal presses the button for the 3rd floor, the doors close and the lift begins to move up. Sujal looks at Kashish naughtily

K - aise kyun dhek rahe ho?

S - hmm soch raha hoon ke kaash yeh lift rukhe na

K - very funny

Sujal laughs when suddenly the lift stops Kashish screams

K - oh my god!! Sujal kya kiya tumne!!!!!

S - hey maine kuch nahin kiya!!! lift apne aap hi bandh hogayi

K - dheka tum aur tumhare jokes ne kya kar diya!

S - dheko stop blaiming me

K - kuch karo please!!

S - ok wait

Sujal presses the "emergency help" button but no response comes, the lights go off and Kashish jumps into Sujal's arms

S - kyun dar gayi....

K - nahin...tho....

S - acha...tho chordo mujhe

Sujal pushes Kashish away slightly, but Kashish doesn't let go and holds him tighter

K - teek hai...thodi si darti hoon

S (laughs) - i knew it.....bohat zyada kaas ke pakar rahi ho

K - shut up Sujal..

Sujal holds Kashish from the waist, he kisses her neck

K - stop it

S - ab yeh mauke bar bar nahin aate, mazaa tho lene do

Kashish blushes and puts her arms round Sujal's neck, Sujal kisses her forehead, he then kisses both of her cheeks, he is about to kiss her lips when the door opens, outside a family is waiting for the lift, they look at Sujal and Kashish with disgust, Sujal notices them and tries to push Kashish away

K - ab kyun rukhe...carry on..

S - Kashish..Kashish....darling..log dhek rahe hai

K - yahan tho sirf hum dono hai....jaanemaan

S - acha? tho zara mud ke dhekenge aap

Kashish looks at Sujal then slowly turns around, she sees the family and quickly jumps away from Sujal, she gets embarassed and runs outside, Sujal follows her

S - sorry....the lift stopped.....

K - tumne bataya kyun nahin ke vahan log the!!!

S - maine kaha tha...ke Kashish log dhek rahe hai lekin nahin...tum bada zor la rahi thi mujh par ke Sujal mat ruko.....

K - ok shut up and lets sit down!

Sujal laughs at Kashish, they sit down and have dinner, after it's time for them to leave, they get up and go towards the lift, Kashish holds Sujal's arm

K - nahin...lets take the stairs

S - lekin tumne tho heels pehne hai

K - i don't care...chalo

S - ji chaliye....(laughs)

The next day, Prithvi is waiting for Suhana outside her house, she comes out wearing

Prithvi gets out the car to hug her, he's wearing

P - wow looking beautiful

S - tum vi khaafi handsome lag rahe ho

P - chaliye?

S - yes

They get in the car and leave, they arrive to the "Bose Residence" mansion, Suhana looks on in awe as the house is beautifully decorated

S - meri samaj mein yeh nahin aati ke tum yahan kyun nahin rehte?

P - agar tum mere mom aur dad se....yaani ki Mr aur Mrs Hitler se milogi tho kudh samajlo gi, chalo

Marco opesn the door

M - good evening Ma.....

P - Marco...dude don't make me tell you again...

M - sorry..good evening Prithvi....and who is this dashing beauty with you?

P (puts arm around Suhana) - my girlfriend Suhana

S - hello..Marco?

M - please dear...you are very lucky..you are the first girl Prithvi has bought here

Prithvi leads Suhana inside, Suhana is even more amazed as to how the house is decorated inside. She follows Prithvi into the main lounge where many guests have gathered, they make their way through and arrive to Prithvi's parents Shefali and Rohit

P - hi mom, hi dad

Sh - acha hua tum aahgaye, log pooch rahe the

R - yeh kaun hai?

P - mom dad meet Suhana...my girlfriend

S - hi uncle, hi aunty

Sh - yeh.....middle class lagti hai...isse yahan kyun lekar aaye ho?

R - Prithvi tum jaante ho ke yeh high class ki party hai

P - dad come on i don't care about the bu.......

R - language Prithvi!

P - sorry dad......and FYI...Suhana....

S (quietly) - mat batao please

P - ok lets go get some drinks

Prithvi and Suhana walk off, they dance together, some people ask Rohit and Shefali who she is, Rohit gets annoyed

R - Prithvi! please take her out

P - kyun dad....aapki reputation ko suit nahin hota

R - Prithvi!

S - chalo Prithvi....

P - nahin hum yahan rahenge

Someone taps Suhana on the shoulder, she turns around to see her mom Meena

S - aap yahan.....

R - Meenu tum isse jaanti ho?

S - ji yeh meri mom hai

Sh - what! interesting.....lekin phir bhi tum dono ko ek saath.....its not right

P - lets go Suhana

Prithvi takes Suhana to the dance floor, he whispers in her ear, she smiles at his idea to spite their parents, Prithvi walks up to the DJ and tells him to change the music, Rohit, Shefali and Meenu are enjoying themselves when they hear Prithvi singing Yeh Dil Aashiqana

S - bas mama.....ab aap mujhpar chilana bandh kijiye, i have had enough of your shouting, main aapko pyaar deti rahi yeh soch kar ke shahid mera pyaar aapki nafrat ko pyaar mein badal dhe lekin avsos mera pyaar haar gaya aur aapki nafrat jeet gayi

P - nahin Suhana......

S - haan Prithvi yeh sach hai...main aap par apni jaan bhi luta sakti thi mama lekin ab nahin...ab main aap ki baatein nahin sunegi

M - agar mere ghar mein rehna hai tho....

S - nahin rahoon gi....aap ke saath rehkar shahid main aapki tara banjaoon, voh main nahin chahti so don't worry ill move out aur haan aapne mujhe paala uske liye thanks....

M - Suhana.....

S - aur haan jitne paise aapne mujhpar karch kiye hai....my clothes, food....uske liye main aapko mera ghar dhe thi hoon. good bye Mrs Chopra

Suhana walks out, Prithvi follows, he comes outside to see Suhana standing by the car, he opens it and they get in, both are silent, they arrive at Suhana's house, she goes inside and packs her bags, she takes clothes, books, her laptop, a few essentials...make up, hair accessories, and a photo of her dad, she comes outside, Prithvi is standing outside the car

P - vahan kitna kuch keh diya apni mom se

S - voh meri mom nahin....

P - ok lekin ab kahan jayegi tum?

S - pata nahin...mere paas bohat paisa hai, i will buy a place

P - nahin Suhana....pagal ladki tumhe lagta hai main tumhe kahin aur jaake rehne doonga, never tum mere ghar aahjao

S - lekin.....

P - no lekins chalo apna saaman rakho gaadi mein

S - Prithvi....

P - Suhana! i said apna saaman rakho

Suhana does as she is told, they get in the car, Suhana leans over and gives Prithvi a soft kiss on his lips, he smiles, and drives off
