Even I had the same doubt earlier that what did Kushi do for one year out of 5 years..but in the last update Garima thinks of the time when Kushi was emotional wreck seperating from her friends, she supported her in her education..no way baby bump can be hidden from mother..I guess the lady was Garima..she only knows Raizadas ..she doesn't know they were Maliks earlier..i think during wedding, bhaanda phodega..somehow I feel Manorama might know Garima..both from Lukhnow na..somehow I feel Manorama is from middle class background and hence she might know Garima

even I have a feeling that garima will be knowing someone in raizada family - everything will be out in open when they all meet at the wedding - iam pretty excited -
