CHAPTER 4
Heya! I know I am supposed to be on a vacation and shouldn't be torturing you.Umn but I assume u wanted an update.Here you go.This Chapter is dedicated to Froots!🥳

I opened my eyes which felt very heavy.All I could see is a white ceiling,I slightly turned my head and found a machine with tubes.I looked around if I could see anyone.where am I ? A flash of the truck hitting our car came to me.I am in a hospital.I turned to my sides if I could see my mother.Just then a doctor opened the door and came in."How are you feeling dear?" she asked with a pleasant smile on her face."Where is my mom?" I cried out."She's fine honey.Don't you remember anything?" she put a hand to my cheek."Last night a truck hit us.I want to see my family", I pleaded."Last night has happened two weeks ago Sanyukta.You have been in the hospital ever since", she explained in a calm voice."I am fine now.Let me see my mom.I don't feel good in here,I want to go home", I sobbed."No Sanyukta don't cry dear.Look who is here! Your dad", she pointed to the door.There stood my dad with a bandage around his head and some wounds on the hands."Daddy,Where is mom?", I tried to get up but the doctor didn't let me.He came to me and hugged me."Sanyu,are you okay now?" he asked his face contorted with worry."Yeah,I am good.Where is mom and Satwik?" I broke free from the hug.Its because of him,we are in the hospital.I am angry and I am sure mom will bash dad quiet good."Sanyu,mom and satwik are resting.They are not well.So just sleep for some time and I will take you to them", he gently tucked me in and gave a smile.The doctor beckoned him outside closing the door leaving me alone.I hope mom and Satwik are fine.But now I don't have energy to think about that incident as the doctor sedated me with something.I felt drowsy and almost closed my eyes but I couldn't sleep.I wanted to sleep in my mom's lap badly.I missed her warmth.Where is she?I felt exhausted.Some one opened the door and came in.I didn't want to open my eyes.They felt really heavy,so I could only listen to their voices."No concussions?" a person asked.Probably there were some other people too."She and her father are fortunate.They sat on the right side of the car other wise I couldn't think of the horror that would have happened", a lady voice sighed.There was silence for a while."There is no sign of concussion or hemorrhage.She is responding to the treatment slowly", the same lady spoke.Silence again.After a few moments I could feel some one lifting my hand.I moved slightly as it was extremely painful.I could feel a peirce of needle into my wrist.I stayed calm.A few minutes later I heard the door open again and there was silence again.Maybe they went away.What did she say?otherwise I couldn't think of the horror that would have happened.What happened to my mom and Satwik?Mom,I moaned in my sleep.

"Sanyukta", I heard a voice.Some one shook me slightly.I slowly opened my eyes and saw Randhir."How are you feeling now?" Kaustuki came to my side."Where am I ?" I asked."You are in the clinic", Kaustuki replied."Clinic?Why?What happened?" I frowned."Calm down Sanyukta.You blacked out at your room.Arpita saw you and called me,we brought you to the clinic", Randhir said."But I am fine now", I protested."No chatting with the patient", some one called out.I turned to see who it was.A man in an apron came towards me.He smiled at me and started checking my blood pressure."Are you on any sort of medication Ms.Agarwal?" he asked."No", I blurted.He shook his head."Don't worry dear,if you are still on the medication there is nothing wrong", he nodded encouragingly."No,I am not", I scowled."Okay,so you just blacked out because of low energy intake.So please take care of your diet", he said and scribbled something on his pad."You can go Ms.Agarwal.But remember you can come here whenever you wish", he patted my shoulder and walked away."Whenever you wish?Its not like we plan the accidents", Kaustuki joked.She helped me get up.I didn't feel so sick.I am fine."Where is Arpita and Karan?" I asked Kaustuki."Arpita has a class and Karan went to get you some fruits", she said."Thank you guys", I said to the both who were walking either side to me."Its okay Sanyukta.That's what friends are for.To care for each other", she squeezed my hand."Are you okay?I mean do want to rest for sometime?" Randhir asked me.I shook my head,"I am fine".Kaustuki checked her watch."Oops I forgot I should submit my application for the club in the main office", she said and a bid a bye to us before hurrying off.

"Sanyukta,did you lie to the doctor?" he asked."What?No", I turned away."I didn't even tell what I was talking about", he slightly tilted his head so that he could look at me."Whatever you are talking about,I didn't lie about anything", I walked away from him towards my room."Wait,I am coming too", he shouted from behind.I didn't stop and took long steps.He came running to me,"You can't escape me", he winked.I supressed my smile.We reached our room,he unlocked the door.I went inside not letting him in.Before I could close the door on his face,"Sanyukta", he called out.I raised my eyebrows indirectly asking him what'.He raised a box,nope the box."Where did you find this?" I shrieked."I am sorry.You fell unconscious with this box by your side.Arpita said she saw you scream and throw the box aside before you blacked out", he said skeptically."None of " I screamed into his face but he cut me off."My business?", he gave a wicked smile.I rolled my eyes and started to walk away."Hey Sanyukta,just call me if you need anything", he said.I was about to retort but when I saw his face I could see that he meant it.I simply nodded and turned to my bed as he walked away.I took out out my suitcase and searched it for the bottle.I found it,I took the bottle and made my way out into the garden towards the pond in the middle of the garden.It was so cold and there was no one outside.I approached the pond.I looked around to see if there was anyone.None.I opened the cap and emptied the bottle."I am not on medication" I muttered and threw the bottle into the water.

I am so very sorry for the length.That's all I could manage with in the free time I got😕
