i make amends

so against all odds

i can take a stand

i stand up on my own

to fulfill my dreams

and make my name known

i move ahead

forget the past

and raise my head

its abou time

i raise my voice

against the hippocriates

and those not of my choice

i become a knife

cut all the bandages

and live a life

its about time

i get to live

make my own choices

what to take and to give

to share my views

about my choices about my life

which were long adew

its about time

i grow up again

spread my wings

i have a sky to fly in

its about time

to start a smile

adore it and spread it

whichever way you like
