I don't think any story on IF has evoked such strong discussions as this one has. I read the update and a lot of comments too. I do understand Arnav's point of view. He never promised anything to Khushi. But if he was so against having children he should have taken the responsibility of taking precautions too. Mishaps do happen. He should share the responsibility with Khushi.

We can't really blame Khushi's parents for their stand. Any parent would think the way they do. I live in a society where such relationships are a common occurence. But I won't be able to take it if my own daughter has a live in relationship with someone . That is how we are and that is our upbringing.

I am disappointed in Arnav for the fact that he tried to put the blame exclusively on Khushi. In such circumstances one cannot be rigid. Some flexibility is required.

Waiting already for the next chapter. Won't Arbav accompany Khushi to the hospital for the abortion? Will he just leave her to deal with it alone?

Update was amazing, Khushi's parents were very right she has hurt them deeply. All are correct in their in their thoughts but Arnav is only thinking about himself as Khushi said not willing to compromise on this turn of events that not love, its about him and what he wants Khushi has made a terrible mistake of loving him.
Please don't let the abortion happen.

Wow that was some update... let me calm down

this is sure hell for khushi... I think this is the tough phase of her life... at this point she definitely has to be alone and think through... so many things happened in her life due to her decisions... I can say that love is blind... sometimes not both parties think pratically about the future and realize when they actually face that it was wrong...

So both of them are to blamed equally... Arnav knew what he didnt want and he thinks he can't be a family man and Khushi knew what she was giving up as she wants a family... but I have to say this... there should be sacrifices for a relationship to work... nothing is perfect (I am an example... mine is a love marriage, actually inter-religion, but all I can say is after struggling to convince our parents we are really blessed not everyone is this blessed.. touch wood) everyday is different and every situation changes us and make us better people... even though arnav said he doesn't want marriage/kids but went ahead and had a physical relationship with khushi and he wanted her to make sure to take the pill he didnt use protection... and now in this situation where her parents know and are even fine with him getting married to her to save their daughter's honor he still said that there is no marriage... her parents reacted as every parent would in such situation its so hard to face the society and I am with them... they are parents they can't leave their child like no matter how their child is... but shashi did what needs to be done for khushi to make a decision and i respect him for that.

Out of both I think Khushi always thinks about her actions and situations before acting and good that she left without talking to him... she would have become weak if she took his solace in that situation... I think what she decided was not out of haste but out of love... its hard for her to abort the child... but in her situation when her parents left her without knowing about her pregency she knows how much more pain this news would cause them... if she wants to be back with her parents this is the only way... she knows she already lost everyone, the least she could do is avoid another headache for them... I think she is doing this for her parents and not arnav.. because I know she already loves the child and knows that her relationship with arnav will never be the same knowing that hes not bending even when her life is upside down... I hope I am right...

I loved the update... actually this story is in my mind since you started updating again... I want to know how it goes from here... I think we are almost at the epilogue scene

When Khushi texted Arnav for ending things , not so surprisingly , i felt no remorse...

That was amazing! Finally Khushi is being head strong, the only flaw is that she should not abort the baby as she wants it and society and Arnav be damned! He will come round or he can go to hell really

So many things are happening at once...Arnav and khushi did not decide on anything about the pregnancy...khushi's parents came to know the truth...we can't blame the parents...they have lot of hopes on their only child and khushi should have come clean with them long back when she decided to give Arnav and herself a second chance...she was so sure then about their love towards each other...she could have avoided the pain of knowing the truth from outsiders for her parents...Khushi knew from the beginning that she is not going to get married and have children with Arnav...time and again Arnav has cautioned her about the medication too and never gave hopes about the marriage...I know that he behaved rather rudely when the pregnancy news was broken to him...but he felt sorry about what he said...but he tried to defend her in front of her parents and he already told her that whatever the outcome with her parents he will be with her and they will fight it together...I feel khushi does things in impulse...she is vulnerable...khushi has taken a hasty decision my sending the text message...I think both of them should take time to think over this and then decide their future course of action...Brilliant chapter...thanks for the PM

I am so scared to even read the update after reading through some of the comments. I am sorry I am being childish but exams are next week and your story is not leaving my mind at all . If arnav stays the same .. I think i WILL cry so I am gonna refrain myself from reading few chapter till spring break comes yaar .

My heartbreaks for khushi .. if her parents tells her they are gonna disown her . This will make her do things she would never want do . She loves her parents.

loving arnav , she is paying big price for it . arnav sucks .. honestly if guys like exist in world then I have no idea where world is going in future . urgh I am sad just thinking how he is treating her . what if anjali was in same place as khushi . He would have gone any length to protect her and married to shayam as well .

NB as always you show different side of life . You provoke so many emotions and made people rethink about the decision they take.
