"Tum raat bhar soye nahi?? " she asked rubbing her eyes seeing Rey all fresh , and washing the mangoes and some more fruits , may be which he bought in the early morning. It was 7 now.

" nah!! Humme se kisi na kisiko toh jaag ke rehna tha na !! " he smiled at her and got back to work.

" Good Morning Kriya !! " she turned to see swayam walk towards them wiping his wet hair . She frowned.

" tumne yaha kaise nahaya ?? "

" arey subah mai jab utha toh Rey ne bataya!! Ye bagal mei choti si lake hai !! Tum bhi jaldi nahalo , we need to start right?? " she nodded.

" Kriya!! Mai aur swayam yahi hai , agar kuch bhi hua toh aawaaz de dena , we will come okay?? " Rey said as she was about to go to the lake. Kriya just nodded and gave a smile and left.

They packed their backs and stood at the place where they had their night halt and looked ahead , into the thick forest they need to travel. Looking at the time which is about to strike 8:30 they thought to start. Rey once again tried to call his friend when swayam asked Kriya.

" Kriya kuch decide kiya?? Should we go ahead or back?? Jo bhi kahogi we will do " he smiled at her when she looked ahead in deep thought.

" Ye cross karne mei kitna time lagega? Because I don't wanna live on these mangoes and fruits for many days " she spoke making swayam grin and indirectly telling her answer.

" Toh chale?? " Rey asked abd nodding all the three headed ahead.

" Toh , tumhari koi girlfriend nahi hai? " Kriya asked curious.

"Nahi!! Jo tension hai wo khafi hai , aur nahi chahiye isiliye nahi banaya !! " Rey said casually.

" kya matlab hai tumhara?? Girlfriends tension hoti hai? " she fumed.

" Ofcourse, swayam ko hi dekho, kaha pohunch gaya aaj uski girlfriend ki wajah se " Rey grinned at her as swayam shook his head at Rey.

" Kriya aisa kuch nahi , iski baaton mei mat aana, isse uski dream girl ki intezaar hai " swayam chuckled at Rey who glared at him for spoiling all his fun.

" dream -girl?? !! Wow!! Kaisi hai tumhari dream girl , bataona " Kriya got excited but soon her smiled vanished when he said a no. She pleaded but he refused, Finally accepting the defeat she went silent. It's been hours from the time they started. All are tired, but boys were managing to walk with difficulty and Kriya she was almost dragged by them , as she was holding each of their arms walking in between them . Finally she stopped and went on her knees making the boys stop.

"Guys I can't anymore " she panted.

"Me too " Swayam sat on a log nearby panting and both looked at Rey.

" Me too " Rey finally said and sat down.

" Yaar ek din keliye hi itna thak gaye , hume toh aur bhi din lagenge isse cross karne mei " swayam said tired.

"Sorry Rey " after a long silence , out of blue Kriya spoke. Rey and Swayam both were confused. They looked at her who is now looking down deep in thoughts.

" Sorry for everything, aaj tum humari wajah se yaha "

" Hold on hold on!! Kriya, agar mai nahi chahta toh mai aaplogon ki help hi nahi karta in the first place. I can simply say I am on way to my duty. And honestly ghar jaake bhi akela hi toh rehna hai , so better mujhe koi company yaha mil jaye "he smiled wide.

" Sorry toh nahi bolunga but thanks dude!! Really " swayam walked to him and they hugged each other. Kriya looked at them and smiled.

" guys let's get going?? Humare raat se pehle kuch dhang ka rehne ki jagah bhi toh dhoondhna hai " KriYaansh nodded as Swayam suggested. Both the boys got on their feet and held their hands out for her when she held each one of their and got up and three of them walked hand in hand in that slippery wet ground.

" Guys!! Hold on, signal mil raha hai yaha pe , lemme call my pilot. Hopefully we will be out of here soon. " all the three halted when Rey tried to call his friend . He walked a bit ahead in search of network and finally his friend lifted.

" Oye sardar!! Help chahiye... " they heard him speak.

" arrey mai aur mere do dost yaha jungle mei fas gaye , bachalena bhai... Arey mera bhai hai tu.. Bachalena!! Arrey... Hatt nautanki, daradiya tune toh, acha theek hai sunna aate waqt maa se bolke khane keliye leke aa kuch, do din se dhang ka kuch khaya nahi "

" tumhara friend aaraha hai?? " swayam asked when Rey nodded trying to locate their location. And the three again started moving to find a place to halt in the night.
