See Zoya was also lost but she was quick to revive herself otherwise Asad would have injured himself, he is not receovered fully. She has seen Asad before toruting himself to get fit again, if she discusses with Asad it would again lead him ti desparate measures as he may think he is not able to satisfy Zoya etc he wil go into a guilty state which Zoya didnt want.
