PROMO 4: AsYa marriage Location: Hum Humera Khan ko Razia Siddique ki beti Hiba ki Qatl ke saazish karne ke liye, aur Zoya Farookhi ko uss qatl ko anjaam dene ke liye giraftar karte hai. Zoya and Humera being taken away by police. Zoya pleading with Inspector to let her meet Asad for once. But her pleas are not heard and she is dragged away. Asad and Ayan both stand helpless.

Precap: More improvement in Asads health. Humeras revelation of Zoya abbus address and transfer of the property to Razia. Zoya decides to meet her abbu after her nikah. Police accuses humera for murder of Hiba and also Zoya as her accomplice. Akram comes as eye witness says he saw Zoya stabbing Hiba. Police arrests both Zoya and Humera on AsYa nikah day.

PART 38

Asads House

After sangeet, Asad requested his ammi to have the nikah as s imple function consist of family, close friends and close relatives only. Dilshad too agreed seeing Asads physical condition and his uncomfortable nature when personal questions are shot at him. She wanted him to be happy and hence did agree for this simple marriage function. All the girls went for shopping and decided to expend lavishly as it was their bhaijaan nikah and he had given them his credit cards too. All girls were out. Dilshad was busy in arrangement of the caterers and some qawwali group. The only thing to which Asad agreed was to have a qawaali on his nikah at the request of all his siblings. Ayan had accompanies all the girls and Asad was alone in his room. He had practiced to walk with the help of walker with much difficulty. He was having immense pain in his knees and thighs but nevertheless he was not going to give up. Before going he had asked Ayan to help him with a set up so that he his slightly hung from a rope in the ceiling holding securely him by his waist and to arrange a punching bag at his face level. He was putting his boxing gloves and started to hit the sandbag with much force. Sweat beads was dripping from his forehead and his hairs were shifting from side to another swaying as per his heads directions. He was taking out all his frustration on the bag, his veins protruded, his eyes were blood shot red, his jaws clenched, frown on his forehead and repeatedly remembering Akram pulling Zoyas dupatta and dragging her with him . This scene replayed again and again in front of him and he went on hitting the bag continuously that the bag now went flying to the other side and broke and fell on the couch table with a thud. Its only then Asad calmed down hearing the noise. He was having immense pain on his waist part since he was supported by a rope and the rope had made bruises due to frictions. Asad release the waist knot and left the rope, he held the rope of the support and sat slowly on the bed. He was holding his waist now and wincing in pain. He saw that his lappy had alerted and he opened to find that zoya was calling him for a video call. Asad smiled seeing her name on the screen and forgot all his pain now. He took the call and saw that there was no Zoya at the other end. But he saw a white curtain and then he got a skype message and he read it, "see through the curtain" And Asad looked intently he could see Zoya sitting behind it. The shadow effect was making her womanly curves prominent and for the first time Asad noticed them how perfect and fit she was. Asad never saw her womanly features except for her beautiful eyes till now. But now he was really noticing the womanly things in her. Zoya typed again "asad aap kya dekh rahe ho?" Asad typed "apko" Zoya "ji main tho nahi dikh rahi hoon, main tho parde ke peeche hoon" Asad "pardeh ke peeche hi dekh raha hoon, aisa lag raha hai, ki khuda ne apko bohot fursat se banaya hai" Zoya "yeh aaj aap meri itni tareef kyun kar rahe hai, main pardeh se bahar nahi ane wali" Asad "bas man kiya tho kiya, main to itna kehna chahta hoon ki parsi mein ek kahavat hai, shayad apne suna hoga Agar Firdaus bar ry-e zamin ast, hamin ast-o hamin ast-o hamin ast" Asad recited it so beautifully giving stress where required that zoya had her eyes closed listening it like a music and got lost in it. The she opened her eyes and asked "and what does it mean?" By the time Zoya noticed that he was really fatigued and he was keeping his hands frequently on his back. Zoya "kya hua Asad, aap baar baar apna haath kamr par kyun rakh rahe hai? Dard hora hai kya? Phoppi kahan hai, aur Ayan, tamatar, ? Zoya was going on asking questions. Asad said "Zoya Zoya listen, shaant hojao, yeh sach hai ki muje dard horahi hai par I will be alright after some time. So don't worry" Zoya "Asad aap ki peet par dard hora hai, kya hua kahin aap gir tho nayi gaye? Asad was going to reply that ayan came behind "Are Mona koi apne punching bag par iss halat main gussa utarega tho peet dard hi hoga na, mujse zabardasti saara setting karvaya aur ab peet pakad kar baite hai" Asad looked back and glared at him for telling the truth. "Rabert , tum apni bhaijaan ko..." the after a small pause "nahi mere Asad ko please abhi ke abhi doctor ke paas le jao, aur muje phone karke batao ki doctor ne kya kaha, samje, varna tum jante ho mere gusse ko" Ayan scratched his head, "ab dosti ki hai tho nibhana bhi padega, main bhaijaan ko lekar jaunga don't worry". Zoya ended the skype call by typing Take care.

Zoyas house

Humera had gone to Zoya house to give her company and to help her in selecting the bridal costumes and other accessories. But zoya wanted to make it as simple as it. A dozen lehengas and a whole collection of jewellery was laid down on zoyas bed. Zeenat asked her to choose from them but Zoya didnt like any of them. She said "this one Appi, colour acha nahi hai," then another one"yeh rang Asad ko acha nahi lagta" then yeh tho bohot hi gaudy hai, yeh mujpe suit nahi karta, saying one or another reason she was rejecting all the dresses. Humera held her head in confusion "ab kya karu iss baji ka, kya bina kapde ki nikah karegi?" Zoya "Humera" Humera "tho jeans hi pehen lijiye, naya trend bhi hoga, nikah jeans main" Zoya whacked Humera head, "buddu nikah main koi jeans pehen tha hai, nikah ke din tho ek ladki apne hone wale shouhar ke liye sajthi hai, unke pasand ke kapde pehen thi hai, lekin tum kya samjogi, tumhara tho court marriage hua hai, ab tho asli nikah baki hai" Humera "tho ab kya kare?" Zoya "muje kuch bhi sooj nahi raha hai, lekin inme se koi bhi muje pasand nahi aya." Humera kept her hand her chin. Then she said will go to washroom and come Humera shouted from inside "Kya Hiba apse milne ayi thi?" Zoya too replied "haan ayiti main tho usse dekh kar chouk gayi thi, phir jab pata chala ki Hiba Gaffur saab aur Razia bi ki beti hai tho main ek dum shocked hogayi" Humera said "vo bohot sharminda thi apne walid aur walida ki harkhat ke liye, she apologised to me and she also returned all the property papers back to me before it was registered. Aur haan apke abbu ka pata bhi milgaya hai na ab tho aap unhe mil bhi sakte ho." Zoya came out and said "Humera, yeh tumne teek nahi kiya, , mere abbu ka pata lene ke liye apna property de diya , agar Mr.Khan ko pata chal jata tho, pata hai vo kitna gussa hote tum pe, Aur Ayan Ayan ne bhi kuch nahi kaha" Humera "ayan ne haan kardi thi unhone noc sign kardiya, kyunki yeh jaidad hamara pyar ka dushman ban chukka tha, aur main isse chutkara pana chahti thi." Zoya gets a packet from Appi saying that it has come from Asads house. Humera opens it. Zoya finds a beautiful orange red lehenga with accessories and a note with it. It read "Apko pehli baar iss rang main dekha tha, yeh rang aap par bohot acha lagta hai, yeh apka nikah ka joda, meri taraf se, Allah Hafiz" Asad. Zoya caressed the letter and held it close to her heart. Humera teased Zoya that now she since she got her wedding attire which was of Asads taste now she can choose anything from this as pre wedding dress. And they both have a laughing session

A chuch in the background

Gaffur has come to meet Hiba and they were talking about something. At that time Gaffurs topi fell down and he bend to take it and at that moment heard a gun shot. He looked up to see that Hiba was shot right in her neck. Blood was gushing out of her neck Gaffur looked around to see someone but there was no one. Soon he saw people inside the church were alarmd due to gunshot and were coming out. But he resolved to take Hiba to hospital. But as soon as he was going to take pick her a pair of strong arms grabbed hold of his neck and made him unconscious and took him away. Hiba lay there in a pool of blood around her in a white attire now all dripped with red blood. The mother in the church called police immediately and also the ambulance. But due to profuse bleeding Hiba had already died before taking to hospital.

At a warehouse

"Billo rani, maine tumse Gaffur Siddique ko marne ka supari diya tha, lekin tumne meri hi beti ko mar dala." Razia menaced at Tanveer. Tanveer "yeh hue na baat bi, hum dono phir sari zindagi aram se katenge". Unknown to them Gaffur was listening to everything.

At Zoyas House (Baraat coming)

Zeenat said happily from their balcony "dekho Zoya Baraat agayi," but Zoyas eyes were searching for Asad only. He was inside the car and her eyes was fixed on the car. The moment he stepped out, her eyes sparkled with happiness and slowly smile crept on her face. Her cheeks were unusually red today since she is going to soon Mrs Asad Ahmed Khan. She smiled shyly. She saw Asad was not in a wheel chair but was having a walker and when Ayan lend him shoulder for support he shrugged away and told that he will walk himself. Zoya smiled at his stubbornness and prayed that everything goes well and he recovers soon. Asad and Family were stopped at the entrance. They did some nazar utaro rasm and they were allowed in. Asad was sitting on the other side of the curtain with all the men on his side. He was not at all nervous since he was going to get the love of his life today and that too forever. He smiled at the thoughts. He saw Zoya was coming down with a chaddar over her head and she was wearing the dress which he had given her. He was too happy. Zoya looked up to see him through the curtain. He smiled. She too smiled. Both stealed glances which was only to be teased by everybody. Soon both were seated opposite to each other and the Qazi began reading holy verses from Quran.

At the warehouse

After Razia and Tanveer left, Gaffur opened his eyes, he wanted to escape from there and hence started roaming about seeing an exit he heard some stifling sounds coming from nearby. He was intently listening to the sounds and went towards the sounds direction. He entered a room filled with boxes, canisters, empty barrels, etc. He didnt find anyone. But still could hear the stifling sound coming. He asked "koi hai?" in reply he got a vibrating barrel. He towards the barrel and slowly opened it and was baffled. He found Badi bi inside. He quickly took her out from the barrel and removed the cloth around the mouth. Badi started coughing and panting. Gaffur asked "apko bhi?" Then Badi bi detailed how she was first saved my Wajid and then kidnapped by Tanveer to make a deal with Razia, and about the old photo in which Gaffur was young. Gaffur told about that he now knows that zoya is his lost daughter and Razia was behind all the game. He told her that they have to escape and find a suitable hideout until they are safe to come out and reveal the truth. Gaffur says he will give evidence against Razia in gudiya factory case and will protect his two daughters now at any cost. Badi bi tells that Razia had told her how she killed his first wife. Gaffur told that he never told Razia to kill her, at that time he was young and he was going to be selected for the Bhopal Muslim committee which was one of the prestigious things of his time. And he had to keep his mouth shut because he didnt want to loose that chance. But when Razia that I had a wife and a daughter previous to her she had become totally mad and straight away killed my first wife and told him to protect her otherwise his committee selection will be stopped by her. At an young age Gaffur said he always craved for recognition and top position in society due to which he had to trap Rashid and blackmail him too to keep the murder in gudiya factory as a secret. Now that he has reaped what he sew, he wants to do amends by protecting Zoya and Humera. He told about hiba and how she died too. Badi bi said they will wait for the right time to come otherwise Razia would again find them and may even kill them. They both escape from there.

Zoyas House

Everybody was waiting for the marriage register. Dilshad asked "Qazi saab yeh sab kya hai?, register kahan hai, aap leke nai aye? Qazi "Vo dilshad bi register badal gaya hai, maine apna aadmi bheja hai, committee office se lekar abhi araha hoga, aap itminan rakhiye, abhi ajayaega" Zeenat "qazi saab register ke baigar yeh nikah?" stopped by Qazi and he said "lijiye agaya, register, ab shuru karte hai" Everybody turned to see the boy with the register with police behind. Inspector asked "yahan Zoya Farookhi kon hai aur Humera Khan bhi? Anwar came forward and asked "kya baat hai inspector saab humne tho koi complaint nahi kiya hai" Inspector said "complaint kiya nahi mila hai in dono ne khilaf" Anwar baffled "Kya bakwas kar rahe hai aap?" Inspector "yeh bakwas nahi haqeeqat hai, hum yahan Humera Khan ko Razia Siddique ki beti Hiba ke qatl ke saazish karne ke liye aur Zoya Farookhi ko uss qatl ko anjaam dene ke liye, giraftar karne aye hai." Zoya looked at Asad and nodded in a no. Asad went towards her and held her in her arms and said "Dont worry Zoya, kuch nahi hoga, kuch galat faymi hui hogi, issliye," Inspector said "koi galat faymi nahi Mr. Khan, hamare paas eye witness hai, jisne Zoya ko yeh qatl karte hue dekha hai" Asad shocked "Eye witness, kya keh rahe hai, aur aaj hamara nikah tha issliye Zoya tho yahan se kabhi bahar hi nahi gayi hai, tho vo qatl kaise karegi, aur kyun karegi, apko galat faymi hui hai" Inspector "Mr .Akram, andhar ayiye," Akram came inside "ji" Inspector asked "kya yehi vo ladki thi jisne uss ladki ka qatl kiya tha, gour se dekhiye aur batayiye?" Akram "ji yahi thi, bilkul yahi thi, maine khud apne aankhon se dekha tha, issne uss ladki par pistol chalaya tha aur vo mar gayi" Inspector said "search the house". And the constables went inside and searched everywhere by pulling out and throwing things out. Everybody outside was shocked and stunned. Zoya was crying, Humera was in a shock. Ayan was holding her while zoya was in Asads arms. Dilshad was sitting clutching her head with rest of the girls consoling her, Zeenat was following the constables and constantly telling them not to disrupt things which of course they were least bothered. Anwar was speaking to inspector about Akram and told how he sneeked into their house some days ago. Inspector was almost convinced that the constables cameout with a pistol in their hands and said they found it in Zoyas room. Inspector said "ab kya kehna hai apko? Aap please hume hamari duty karne dijiye, yeh do ladkiyan begunah hai yah gunehgar yeh ab adalat main sabit hoga." Asad roared "Inspector , zoya aur humera ne kuch nahi kiya, samje aap" Inspector asked two lady constables to come in who were waiting outside all the time. "Arrest them" Asad and Ayan came a little forward but Inspector said "dekhiye hume apna kaam karne dijiye, aur sabot ke tour par yeh pistol bhi mila hai, ab tho forensic jaanch hoga, please hatiye samne se, and he jerked their hands and asked the lady constables to proceed to arrest them. Zoya was behind Asad was holding onto his arm and lady constable has caught hold of her wrist now in tight grip and was dragging along with her. Zoyas hold on Asad was very tight that Asads sleeves were tearing apart now, he was having his hold on his walker but due to Zoyas dragging effect he lost grip on his walker and was literally dragged by Zoya and her being dragged by the lady constable. Asad still could not walk steps by himself so he fell down when his feet didnt support him. Zoya saw this and jerked the constables hand and came running to help Asad to get up. He was looking at her helplessly and his eyes were in so much pain. He took her into a bone crushing hug without having any inhibitions of being in a crowd. Asad said "Dont worry zoya, main apko kuch nahi hone dunga, I will prove you innocent, and we will do it together,and... after a small pause I love you" but before Zoya could say anything in reply she was again dragged she was pleading "muje sirf ek baar baat karne dijiye Asad, basa ek baar milne dijiye, 5 minutes zyadaa nahi loongi," but inspector was least bothered and they continued to drag her away with Humera also. Humera was too shocked to react at this situation she was behaving like a statue being dragged away. Ayan was distraught, Asad in pain of separation.

The happy day of wedding turned out to be a night mare for everybody. Nobody was happy now.

Lock up

Zoya and Humera were thrown into the lock up. Humera was not at all speaking and Zoya was continuously ranting that they both are innocent. But inspector was not at all bothered to hear what she was saying. He was putting a bud in his ears and cleaning it with one leg over the table. "Panchi pinjinde main band hi ache lagte hai, phad phada the huye kitne ache lagte hai, bebas aur lachar" He smirked. "are chup kar apna bakwas, ek tho khoon karti hai, aur upar se natak" Zoya vehemently denied everything. Inspector "har mujrim yahi kehta hai ki vo begunah hai" and he laughed hysterically. "Abhi Zoya ka jurm sabit nahi hua hai, issliye unhe mujrim nahi keh sakte" Inspector turned to see Asad with a lawyer. "hum Zoya aur humera ki zamanat karvane aye hain," Inpsector said "ji, zamanat tho nahi hosakta, kyunki aaj Shanivar hai, aur kal Sunday adalat band rahta hai, tho do din yeh ladkiyon ko hawalat ki hawa khana hi padega I m so sorry. Bail nahi hosakta, aap jaiye aur Monday adalat se bail le lijiye jab hum inhe udhar pesh karenge." Asad "jee apke salah ke liye shukriya, lekin aap bhi nahin jante ke main koun hoon, abhi 1 ghante ke andhar maine magistrate ke ghar se Bail order leke nahi aya tho aap mera naam badal lijiye, wait for me in an hour, tab tak ladkiyon ko kuch bhi hua, tho main apko nahi chodunga, samje aap" As soon as Asad went outside with his lawyer another lawyer came inside and submitted bail papers of Zoya and humera. Inspector was baffled, "abhi tho gaya yahan se, uske andhar magistrate se bail order bhi leke agaya, yeh aadmi hai yah phir koi super hero?" Zoya took a still shocked humera with her and asked lawyer that who took her on bail? But the lawyer refused to tell the name of the person and went away.

Zoyas house

Eveybody was now in tension what to do magistrate had gone out of station just a few hours ago and hence was not available. The girls had to spent one whole long day in lock up and they were all helpless. Asad dialled the gudiya factory's public prosecutor in hope of getting some help and to his surprise he came to know that both girls are released and are on way back to their homes. Asad was surprised how had taken them on bail. Asad looked at Anwar who nodded in no, then at Ayan who too said no, then whom? By the time Zoya and Humera wee standing at the doorstep. Humera was advised to sleep to overcome her shock. Zoya seeing Asad ran into his arms like a baby and cried till Asads shirt had become wet. The whole family left both of them to have some time for each other. Zoya took Asad to her room. Asad and Zoya sat on the couch. Asad extended something to her and she took it from him and looked at it and then smiled with a tear curtain in her eyes then she kept it aside after sometime. That night neither Asad nor Zoya talked they both spoke with eyes only. They both knew that they were facing difficult times and they have to cross the storm together. After sometime Zoya told Asad that humera had found her fathers address and in turn she gave her property to Razia. Asad was shocked, then more at the coming revelations, that hiba was Gazias real daughter and how she embraced chisrtianity and was soon to be chastised. She came to meet humera returned all the property papers before registration. And since humera saw her photo in her lappy being conveyed that Zoya is here and soon to be wedded, she came to meet her too and gave all blessings. She also told how Hiba always comes to her help in her school days when everybody taunted her to be an orphan and teased her for the burn mark. Asad now concluded that the happenings which took place some hours before was all becoz of that wretched property. He asked Zoya kya aap apne abbu se milegi nahi" zoya said "no, not now, abbu kahin nahi jaa rahe par waqt jaa raha hai, agar waqt rahte kuch nahi kiya tho sab phir kuch nahi kar payenge, and honestly I am not all excited to meet that man who ditched my mother, I will meet sometime after all this finishes off, till then I pray to God to keep him alive." Asad was seeing a disinterested Zoya now in matter of her father. Asad replied that he had indeed got a good physio who actually helps him a lot both physically and emotionally also. Zoya smiled. "I think we should change now. I will just come" and she stood up she felt a tug in his hand indicating that he needed help to shift to bed. Zoya gave him her shoulder and made him lie on the bed. She took off his shoes, socks and gave him a pair of new clothes also to change and she was about to go. Asad nodded in a no and asked her to take the other side of the bed. Zoya obeyed. He was looking at her beautiful eyes now which he wished to see everyday for the rest of his life. Zoya asked "aise kya dekh rahe hain muje," Asad said mera ek qwab hai, poora karogi," zoya "boliye" Asad "I want to watch you while you sleep" Zoya "kya," Asad "yes, main apko sote hue dekna chahta hoon, and I want to see that the whole night long today." Zoya "tho aap nahi soyenge" Asad "nah, muje need nahi ayegi, aap jo samne hai, issliye apko sone ke liye keh raha hoon" Zoya shyly said " but one condition " Asad "kya" Zoya "you have to repeat that parsi phrase again for me now" Asad smiled and repeated it and Zoya kept her head on his chest and soon took off to a slumber smiling. Asad was all night watching her resolved that he would become fit as before as today also he couldn't even stop her from being dragged because of his legs. He placed sweet kisses on her cheeks and the lovely eyes and one on forehead too. Zoya woke up in the morning to find that Asad was sleeping. She smiled remembering his previous night request and thought he must have drifted off to sleep while watching her sleep. then she saw that she was still in her wedding attire only and Asad didnt want her to change. She was confused whether to change or not, she was having hard time wearing all those heavy jewellery. She thought she would remove the jewellery and she got rid of it. While sitting in front of the mirror she She remembered their first kiss yesterday and slowly fingered her own lip to feel that again. She shyly smiled. "Good morning, Zoya" She turned and saw Asad was awake "she innocently asked " ab change karoon agar aapne jee bharkar dekh liye hai tho" Asad smiled and said "one minute" and he took his cell phone and clicked a snap of her and said "perfect, ab change kar sakti ho" and he started to get up from the bed. Zoya saw Asad struggling she came forward to help him but they both lost balance somehow and ended up landing on bed with Zoya on top of Asad. Asad was not at all feeling any kind of inhibition but he was staring at the beauty in her arms. He simply tucked a strand of hair that had fallen over her face and slowly caressed her cheeks with his finger. He slowly lifted up his head to reach her lips that the door knocked.They snapped out. And Zoya stood up immediately and helped Asad also to get up. It was Zeenat. She asked "are zoya kya abhi tak tum issi kapde main ho, change nahi kiya, kal raat se yahi kapda pehenkar rakha hai, aur Asad tum yahan zoya ke kamre kaya kar raho" Zoya avoided the question instantly and asked about humera. Public Prosecutor visits Zoyas house

Asad was asking him who took the girls on bail but he said he also doesn't know. Even magistrate said that its confidential and cant let it out. However he assued that it was some well wisher. Asad said "main chahta hoon ki aap zoya aur humera ka case lade" PP said "dekhiye yeh nahi hosakta, main yeh case nahi le sakta, kyunki..." Asad didnt allow him to complete his sentence. "Oh samaj gaya, aap tho aise hi cases lete hai jisme, apki jeet pakki ho, yeh tho case tho lekar apko haar milegi, aur aapne aaj tak koi bhi case hara nahi hai, haina Mr. K D Pathak", Am I right?" Asad spewed. For PP this was too much to take .He too roared back "No you are wrong, Mr.Asad Khan ab aap meri touheen kar rahe hai, aap muje mat sikhayiye, ki muje kya karna hai, samje aap, aur apki jankari ke liye main yeh bata doon, ki main yeh case issliye nahi le sakta, kyunki main gudiya factory case main public prosecutor, aur iss case main defence lawyer ban ne ke liye i have to resign my PP post, which may end up in unwanted closure of gudiya factory case which is almost now in our favour, Do you want it Mr. Khan?" Asad then realised that he was speaking the fact he quickly apoligised "main bohot pareshan tha Zoya aur humera ko leke issliye gusse main mooh se nikal gaya I m sorry, maafi chahta hoon Pathak saab, aap batayiye aur kounsa vakil hai, jo apki jaisa kabil hai, money doesn't matter for me. I just want both girls to be proved innocent because they are innocent, and they haven't done anything at all" PP replied, main jaanta hoon apki parishani ko issliye maine bura nahi mana, lekin I can help you standing behind the scene but not openly. For that we need a dummy lawyer who will stand by us and do as I say." Asad asked "who will do that?" "Main karoonga," and they turned to see Anwar standing there and said "haan main karoonga, main Zoya ko bachaounga, vo meri bachi hai, bachpan se vo meri ghod main pali badi hai, main uske liye kuch bhi karunga, aap batayiye kya karna hai" PP said "dekhiye aap samaj nahi rahe hai, we want a legal person, a lawyer, not an ordinary man" Anwar said "yah i too know it, thats why I am saying I can help you, I am a law graduate but didnt practice after my enrolment, you can find my name still in the bar rolls.Its because of circumstances I had to leave India and change my profession too" PP said "Oh then great, our problem is solved." Asad looked at Anwar and said "bhaijaan aap," Anwar patte his shoulder and said Dont worry Asad, zoya aur humera ko kuch nahi hoga, tum jake Ayan Pune vapis jane ke liye manao, vo nahi jana chahta, usse yakeen dilao ki hum sab milke, Zoya aur Humera ko begunah sabit karenge, jao Asad Ayan ko samjao" Asad hugged Anwar and left to see Ayan. Anwar said "tho kahan se shuru kare," PP said "eye witness Akram, because this case is based on his eye witness solely, there is no other witness here."Anwar too agreed "if we are able to break his testimony then we may get a clue" PP "exactly we will see about it but at first we need to discuss somethings in general since you don't have a practical experience in conducting cases" Anwar said "okay"

Asad at the physio clinic and his house (its a series of visits shown in a span of one week)

Asad was trying to balance himself on the legs but he was failing without the support. He repeated the sessions again and again. And slowly now he is able to walk on his feet but not for long but he cant take a maximum steps of 3- 4 foot distance. Physio told him there was much improvement in his health. Now that he should get rid of that holding stick also. Asads legs were paining. He was having cramps due to over straining of the muscles. He now used to stand and do all the acitivties to give more emphasis on his legs and avoided sitting sessions. Only the sleeping sessions gave some rest to the legs. Then slowly he started walking in their backyard. And now his steps has increase he coud cover a distance of 10 feet without any support but his legs became fatigued after that. His massaging sessions were also on. And he found them very effective also. Slowly Asad started trying climbing the stairs. But his knees while bending was giving him much pain, He held the railings of the staircase and gritted his teeth bearing the pain. And purposely dragged his feet along the steps. When he reached upstairs he started descending. But descending process gives more pressure on legs than ascending as the whole weight of the body was supported on legs and he had to withstand the gravity also. His legs were aching but still did not give up. When he was about to fall zoya came at that time. She shouted "kuch hojata tho, aap yeh physio ke supervision main kariye please, akele nahi, agar main abhi sahi time pein nahi ati tho aap seediyon se neeche gir jate, kuch bhi hosaka tha, Asad please i don't want any more mishaps in our life there is enough now." Asad said "aap kab ayi, aur aap kaise hai" Zoya said shes fine and she came just now only. Zoya gave Asad her shoulder and took him to his room.
