RECAP : Rey keeps on thinking about Tanisha aka Taani. Rey decides to know more about Tanisha. Taani has a nightmare and becomes more firm on taking revenge from Rey.

CHAPTER 4

INVESTIGATION, IMAGINATION & IRRITATION

In the morning, Rey decides to go to the club to know more about the Dancing Devils. Here, Taani also gets ready to go for her dance practice in the rehearsal hall attached to the club.

At Taayam's house

T : It's just 5:00. Bhai won't wake up till 8:00. Bhai ke uthne se pehle dance practice karke aa jati hu.

At Rey's house

R : (to himself) Kya baat hai Rey ! Agar exams ke time morning 5 bje uth jata to exams me top karta. (locking his house) But fir exams were never so interesting and mysterious like Ms. Tanisha !

Rey reaches the club first and notices that the DDs crew were just coming out of the RH. His eyes start searching for Taani but notices that she was not there. He went towards them and asks one of the guys of the DDs crew.

R : Hey.

Guy : err... Hi. (giving him a confused look)

R : Dude I am Rey... Reyaansh Singhania.

Guy : (thinking) Reyaansh... Oh ! (grinning) The D3 champ, ryt?

R : Yeah. (looking down as he had recently lost to their lead dancer)

Guy : (guessing that Rey was feeling awkward) Dude you don't need to feel embarrassed ! You put on a great fight with Tanisha. None of us can match her level.

R : May be I could have put on a better fight. Anyways I wanted to know about your lead dancer Tanisha Mehra.

Guy : Can't help you much there buddy. Even we don't know much about her. All we know is that she was in New York before joining us.

R : Any idea how she looks? I mean have you ever seen her without the mask?

Guy : (giving him a questioning look) Told you buddy we rarely see her. we only see her whenever we have a tie-breaker round. And that too not in all tie-breakers ! Yours was the 2nd tie-breaker we saw her.

R : (thinks : So she is quite selective) If you have no idea about her then how do you contact her?

Guy : We don't contact her. She is the one who contacts us through Sean.

R : Sean? Who's he?

Guy : Listen buddy we need to go. You'll find Sean in the club at about 7:00 in the evening. Can't tell you anymore. Sorry dude. (gives him a sympathetic look and leaves from there.)

R : Great ! All I know about my masked rival is her name and that she's from NY. Atleast it confirmed one link about Tan and Tanisha. Ab is Sean ko milna padega sham me but how am I gonna recognise him? (shouts looking in the direction in which the DD's had left) AREY IS SEAN KA HULIYA TO BATA KE JATE!!!

Here Taani had reached the club when she heard Rey asking her crew member about Tanisha. She had hid behind the wall of the club and listened to their entire convo. Her eye's were gleaming with another plan.

T : (sees Rey leaving the club) Hmmm... Lagta hai haarne ke chalte Reyaansh ko zor ka sadma pahuncha hai. Is liye khud hi aa gaye mera kaam aasan banane ke liye. Tanisha ke bare mai info chahiye na... (gives a sly smile) ... pahunch jayega tum tak. Wait and watch Mr. Reyaansh ki Tanisha ki info tumhe kitni mehengi padegi ! (Even she leaves without practising.)

In the college-canteen

R : Sharon sorry na... (makes a puppy face)

Sh : (angrily) Dare you talk to me !

R : (thinks : Siren Sharon ko kaise shant karu?) Maaf kar do na... (Looks at Swayam pleading for help)

Sw : Sharon ab to maaf kar do bichare ko.

Sh : Swayam tum kiske side me ho? (giving Swayam a threatening look) Mere ya Rey ke?

Sw : err... wo... main... (looks at Sharon and then at Rey)

The gang who were till now looking at Rey and Sharon's fight jumped at Swayam making him the 'BALI KA BAKRA'.

V : Haan Swayam ! Bata de tu kis ke side pe hai - apni gf ke ya bff ke.

Si : Ye bhi koi puchne wali baat hai? Swayam Sharon ki side lega !

Sh : Thanx babes.

Nil : Nahi Swayam ! Bata de ki pehle bff fir gf !

R : Thanks Nil.

N : (keeping both her hands on her ears and screams) NAHI ! 1st gf fir dosti. Hai na Babu ?

V : err... (moving away from Neha) Swayam bol de tu Rey ke side me hai !

The gang starts fighting within themselves. Just then Kriya enters the canteen and notices the fight and stands beside Rey who doesn't even notices her presence. While Rey and Sharon were still staring at Swayam waiting for his answer.

Sw : Wo... Sharon...

Sh : (seductively) Bolo na Swayam..

R : Swayam tu dost ko dhoka nahi de sakta !

Sw : err... Rey... wo main... main...

K : Ye bakri jaise 'MAIN... MAIN...' kya kar rahe ho Swayam?

Sharey : Right Kriya !

Sw : Wo... wo main... (notices Taani crossing the canteen) ...Taani ke side main hu (and rushes from the canteen towards Taani)

Sharey : (angrily) DHOKEBAAZ !

A peon enters the canteen and informs that VP sir had asked Rey and Kriya to start their practice.

Sh : Shit ! Rey I forgot to inform you that...

K : (cuts in between) Aap ko aur mujhe 1 couple dance karna hai for the Rose Day.

R : (gives Kriya an irritated look) Wo to Sharon aur Swayam bhi kar sakte hai ! Main abhi jaa ke VP sir se baat kar ke aata hu. (thinks : I don't want Kriya as my partner. I want to dance with Tanisha.)

K : Actually Rey maine VP sir se baat kar li hai and maine hi suggest kia ki hum dono ko 1 couple dance karna chahiye. You know (blinking her eye lashes) we'll be able to spend more time together. (thinks : aur aap us ladki ke baare mai kam sochenge)

R : (thinks : Mujhe is irritating ladki se pyaar tha? Sab se pehle mujhe khud ko samjhna hoga. Khud ke feelings ko samajhna hoga and nods his head in approval) Haan yehi sahi hai.

K : (misunderstoods Rey's reaction) Mujhe pata tha ki aap bhi mere saath agree karenge. I knew aap bhi mere saath time spend karna...

R : (cuts in between) Whatever ! (and leaves from there.)

In the college RH

Kriya and Rey start their rehearsals. According to the steps Rey had to pull Kriya from behind and make her stand in front of himself so as to make her face him but when he does that he imagines Taani in Kriya's place.

Tere Naina.. Has Diye, Bas Gaye Mere Dil Mein, Tere Naina ( Rey holds Taani's waist )

Tere Naina.. Has Diye, Bas Gaye Mere Dil Mein, Tere Naina (Taani bends backward while Rey swings her)
Mere Dil Mein Jo Armaan Hai Paaas Aake Zara Dekho Na (Taani leans towards Rey)
Dil Ke Taar Mein Hai Sargam Chede Hai Abb Koi Anjana (slightly caresses Rey's cheek)

Mere Dil Mein Jo Armaan Hai Paaas Aake Zara Dekho Na (Taani keeps her hand on Rey's chest)
Dil Ke Taar Mein Hai Sargam Chede Hai Abb Koi Anjana (turns and moves away from Rey)
Yeh Pyaar Ki Hai Baatein, Kuch Ankahi Mulakatein (Rey holds her by her wrists)
Oho Aise Hi Milte Hain, Milte Ke Machalte Hai Do Dil Jawaan.. (and pulls her towards himself)

Tere Naina.. Tere Naina.. Has Diye (Rey slowly caresses Taani's cheeks )
Bas Gaye Dil Mein Tere, Mere Naina.. ( and moves his hand behind her hair so as to untie Taani's mask)
Ab Dekho Mil Gaye Ho To Phir Se Na Kahin Kho Jana (Taani slightly turns her head andlooks at Rey )
Ankhon Mein Hi Rehna Bahaon Mein Tum Mere Sojana (turns and hugs Rey tightly)

Ab Dekho Mil Gaye Ho To Phir Se Na Kahin Kho Jana (with her hand locked behind Rey's neck Taani stands on Rey's feet)

Ankhon Mein Hi Rehna Bahaon Mein Tum Mere Sojana (both of them move as if doing a ball dance)
O Ho Mere Paas Tu Jo Aaye, To Khuda Mujhe Mil Jaaye (lifts Taani holding her waist)
Ho Ho Hothon Ko Hothon Se Milne De Silne De Door Na Ja.. (make a screen by placing their hands and kissing through it)

Haan Haan Haan Haan... (makes Taani spin holding her hand)
Tere Liye Charo Ore Dhondha Mene (Rey jumps and takes a spin in the air)
Mil Gai Jo Tu Mujhe Mil Gaya Sara Jahan (lands in front of Taani)
Sara Yahan Aab Chahon Mein Kya.. (and falls on his knees)
Mere Liye Sapna Tha Yeh Pyaar Tera (Taani makes a back flip over Rey)
Kholi Aankhein Saamne Tha Mere Liye (kneels beside Rey and lifts his face making an eye contact)
Yaar Mera Pyaar Mera Abb Chahana Aur Kya.. (cups his face and makes Rey stand)
O Aise Na Mujhko Sada De, Paas Aa Na Abb Tu Saza De (Rey lifts Taani in the air and Taani acts as if walking away from Rey)
Oho Sab Se Churalo Mein, Jag Se Chupa Lu Mein, Itne Paas Aa (rotates and stands behind Taani)
Mere Dil Mein Jo Armaan Hai Paaas Aake Zara Dekho Na (hugs Taani from behind)

Dil Ke Taar Mein Hai Sargam Chede Hai Abb Koi Anjana (and spins her to make her face him again)
Varannnana Na Na Na, Paaas Aake Zara Dekho Na (with Rey still holding her waist Taani leans back with one hand on Rey's shoulder)
Dil Ke Taar Mein Hai Sargam, Chede Hai Abb Koi Anjana (with her other hand makes gestures as if playing a piano)
Yeh Pyaar Ki Hai Baatein, Kuch Ankahi Mulakatein (with one hand still around Taani's waist he clasps Taani's free hand with his other hand)
O Ho Aise Hi Milte Hain, Milte Ke Machalte Hai Do Dil Jawaan.. (makes Taani rise up and gives her a quick spin)
Tere Naina.. Tere Naina.. Tere Naina.. Tere Naina.. (And slowly both of them embrace each other)

Still in that position

R : (slowly whispers in her ear) Ab to mask hata do...

K : (suddenly breaking away from his embrace) MASK?

R : (Kriya's voice brings him back from his dreamland) KRIYA TUM ! Tanisha kahan hai?

K : Tanisha? (realises that Rey was talking about that masked girl) Aap pure rehearsal me us... us Tanisha ko imagine kar rahe the? Rey main aap ki gf hu ! Aap kisi anjaan ladki ke baare me kaise soch sakte hai?

R : (trying to control his anger and irritation) ENOUGH KRIYA ! BOHOT HO GAYI TUMHARI YE BAKWAAS ! AND TANISHA KOI ANJAAN NAHI HAI !!! (takes a deep sigh) Kriya am sorry. I really am... but I don't love you.

K : (almost in tears) But Rey... (cups his face) ...I know aap mujhse gussa ho. Isliye aap aisa keh rahe ho. I... I know you love me.

R : (irritatedly removes her hands ) No Kriya! I don't love you. And I think we should cancel the idea of couple dance (turns and leaves from there to talk with VP sir)

Kriya fell on her knees sobbing and says : AGAR AAP MERE NAHI HO SAKTE TO KISI AUR KE BHI NAHI HO SAKTE REY ! TANISHA KE BHI NAHI !

In a dimly lit room a guy is playing chess all by himself. Each and every inch of the room's walls are filled with a girl's pictures.

Guy : CHECK and MATE ! (laughs evilly) Kab tak mujhse dur rahogi?

The guy gets up and goes to one of the girl's picture.

Guy : (moving his hand over her picture) Tumhe Dil Me Basaya Dhadkan Ki Tarah

Aankhon Me Basaya Kajal Ki Tarah
Tujhe Khud Se Jyada Pyar Kiya Maine
Par Tum Mujhe Bhul Gayi Sapno Ki Tarah...(gives an evil smirk and shout) PAR MAIN TUJHE APNA BANA KE HI RAHUNGA... TUM SIRF MERI HO... SIRF AUR SIRF MERI !

PRECAP : Some unknown person secretly provides Rey with Tanisha's info. Rey in confusion. Rey to meet someone in a pub.

I liked the fact that Rey is so affected by Taani that he woke up so early to find out about her
wow man, looks like Tanisha has a plan in her mind but will this be good or bad for Rey?
Rey Imaging Taani insteadof Kriya was awesome
Finally Rey told Kriya that he doesn't love her
But iss Kriya ne toh thaan le hai that she will not let anyone be with Rey except her
