part A

st Louis corridor

taani from one end and rey from the other, inside the mobile banged into each other at a corner

hi"hi both smile

"mujhe laga kit um college nahin aanewaali thi aaj"

"nahin aana tha phir socha aapse do min ke liye milke chalthi hoon"

"kyun kuch kaam tha?"

"kyun main aapse aise hi nahin milsakthi?"

Rey smiled at her frown and pulled her into a hug, his arms around her neck. She felt like always- that all was right with the world feeling she got in his arms- even if it was in the middle of a busy college corridor. She caught a few smiles and looks - rey!

He left her , least bothered who was around and said," looking better today"sizing her up," why were you upset yesterday? Hamari itni bhi badi fight nahin hui thi na...ya dance class ke wajah se..ya kuch aur tha kya? Soothe hue bhi u were so tired, itna sab kuch mat karo if u cant handle it.."he started leaning on the railing , she stood next to him one hand holding the railing

"rey im fine, i was ..." she stopped- she knew he would know about SS, she knew that was what he had been hiding from her and she wasn't going to tell him she knew ," tired bas. And aap aaye kyun the? Bhai ne mujhse kahaan aaj ki i have to lock my window bcoz koi bhi chor gusske aasaktha hain!"

"arre this swayam! i came to see you kyunki i wanted to give you something...waise kaise laga ? i left it on your side table"

"kya?"

"tumhaara gift"

"wahaan kuch tha nahin, ya maine teek se dekha nahin. Sorry rey i didnt see"He was disappointed," main ghar jaake dekhloongi, okay?" he nodde and bent his head for second missing the naughty smile and glint in taani s eyes which would have told him she had seen his gift

"chalo, im going..classes"he moved," aaj se new students aanewaale hain dance classes ke liye.waise shaam ko..."

"baahar chalein?" she completed enthusiastically, hopefully . He stopped walking , raised his eyebrows moved closer placed his hand on the railing exactly next to hers and whispered," tum mujhe date pe invite karrahin ho?" she blushed shook her head no, he placed one of his fingers on hers and asked again,"sure?"pulling her leg

Still pink," ab kya karsathi hoon? jab meri boyfriend date ke liye nahin poochtha tho mujhe hi poochna padega na" she whispered back

"poor you! Kitna useless boyfriend hain" she pushed his hand, he placed it back covering hers and said," but aaj nahin...this weekend? " she nodded," your treat" He squeezed her hand under his and bye!

Just as he turned, " rey...and agar aap shaam ko mere saath shivam ke contacts se meeting mein aana chahthe ho tho.."

He felt stupid," no taani. Sorry, I know u ll handle.."

"sorry kyun rey?" shaking her head,she hated it when he said sorry," but dekhlo i called you, phir baad mein ek jealous possessive boyfriend ki tarah mere upar chillana mat"she making faces about jealous and possessive

"i didnt scream at you...okay i did ..but zyaada nahin.. aur main jealous nahin hoon," she raised her eyebrows," not that much." she laughed at him ," don't laugh at me.

she placed her hand on his arm , " mujhe yeh pata nahin chaltha ki aap jealous kaise ho sakthe ho" she said her voice playful," aap rey ho, reyaansh singhania jisse sab dekhthe hain" and pointing with her eyes back to two girls who were passing by and who smiled sweetly at rey as he looked at them,he said hi with a smile by habit " dekho..kya hopes se dekh rahen hain" she whispered theatrically making him turn to her ,smile broader ," and im taani jisse koi nahin dektha" she said in mock sadness ," mujhe jealous aur insecure hona chahiye aapse " she was still playacting ," aapko mujhse nahin"

He was looking at her smiling fondly at her actions, she looked cute and he laughed ," thats bcoz im more scared of losing you than you are of me taani" all her playfulness vanished at his serious reply," and i know ki if people get to know you they would understand ki tum kitni ..." he stopped searching fro a word," ...priceless ho"

"rey i was just ..." he continued "and mereliye , im sure ki no one can take care of me the way you do..tho why would i want anything more than whats perfect for me?" she hadn't meant anything seriously, she had just joked and here he was talking seriously.. her eyes filling up at the love in his voice,she hugged him , he felt her assurance that she was his for life in that hug, he closed his eyes and hugged her back , taani also not bothered about people around now. Students who saw them smiled ..They broke the hug after a moment which lasted a life time for them and taani placing her hand in his and interwining their fingers said,"aur mereliye u r everything , im not going anywhere rey! Main aapko bhi kahin jaane nahin dene waali hoon" and both smiled.

Late Evening weekend reys place, rey outside the house near his car -

another car stopped by and he looked. Taani got out of the car from one side and shivam from the drivers side. Both walked to him shivam saying one big HI , rey smiled formally as taani said ,"sorry rey, late hogaya" he suddenly caught sight of the chain he had given her for the valentines day and his eyes brightened as he realised that she had actually got ready for their date...she saw his bright eyes and smiling her shy smile, put the strands of her hair back of her ear showing off the earrings dangling from her ear- they were the gift that he had left on her bedside table and she had continuously told him she hadn't found it...his face broke into a real smile replacing the formal one he had given shivam. Shivam unfortunately knew he was in the middle of a silent conversation that he knew nothing about and looked from one to the other finally breaking their look..

"hi dude kaise ho, came by to drop taani back.. so how s everything?" " fine- tum?"

"fine fine as always! Today tho super fine.."

"accha kyun?"rey asked the expected Q ready to hear an expected answer

"iski wajah se obviously" shivam pointed to her ," she was wonderful, i mean she always was..beautiful and wonderful.. but today...itni clarity kahaan se le aathi ho taani? Aur itna simple banadiya saara project ko!" he said admiringly," u should have seen her but of course tumne tho dekha hi hoga.." he looked at rey his expression saying- u lucky b******

Rey realised he hadn't seen taani s project after the change at all but still smirked at him and said," ya ya i know.." his expression saying- lucky i am but im all eyes and ears and alert as well, so u take care

taani not catching the underlying tension, smiled at shivam and told rey," aisa kuch extra special nahin tha rey. Shivam ki aadat hain praise zyaada karne ka "

"tumhe extra praise karke mujhe kuch milne waala tho hain nahin.. tho kyun aroonga? Dil se bolrahaan hoon she was awesome" he smiled at her sincerely . rey looked

after a moment of sudden silence,he said, " so let me leave, u guys enjoy yur date" and to taani," bye partner" she waved and then - oho mera bag- and followed shivam to the car with fast steps , took 2 big bags from the backseat talking something to him which rey couldn't hear , smiled and waved a bye.Turning with both the bags in her hand, she came to rey

" i still feel ki you shouldn't trust him aur main jealous nahin hoon"she shook her head frustrated at his reaction and didnt respond, he continued," and the next time im coming with you tum kahin bhi jaogi ,i haven't seen your project at all" guiltily

"rey! Aap bore hojaaoge..aur main kya aapki har rehersal main aathi hoon- aapko moral support den eke liye? Koi bada performance hoga tab aajaaoongi na? Tho, u can help me out when i really want jaise ki ab..." and lifted up the two bags which looked very heavy

He took them from her hands saying " sorry yaar didnt notice "he took one slung over the shoulder while both of them held the other

"aapo tho shivam ke elawa kuch dikhtha hi nahin" she teased making him chuckle and covered her mouth yawning

"no taani i can see the earings and the chain as well, someones all dressed up and ready!" he teased her as she felt conscious ,he bent and kissed her ear making her more conscious as she felt him close, he went back and bent to the other side saying,this one?...kissed her other ear as well . even after all these days she got confused about what to do when he kissed her...and her confusion showed on her face. He smiled and continued talking like everything was normal

"waise whats all this? your stuff? Yahin shift hone ka idea hain kya?" he teased again , she grinned - both started walking to the door," actually achha idea hain kuch tho time saath milega! Ab dekho aaj bhi late" and controlled another yawn..he dropped the bag down-(Rey!-) stopped walking and "tumne sach mein kahaan?"he asked hope in his voice. she looked at him and understood

"nahin " she immediately backtracked," i didnt.."

"it makes sense...taani...moving in.." he started enthusiastically.

She was taken aback, all her traditional upbringing suddenly rising up, she cut his enthusiasm short with," REY! Nahin.."

his face fell," tum jaanthi ho tumhe yahaan aake one month hogaya hain and we haven't met aaram se even once? " he asked , she looked guilty," sorry ki baat nahin , i know u have been really busy but ..."she knew he was missin her, she was too- she didnt know what to say. He picked the bags up again and shaking his head," but in a way good, i was thinking ki swayam ka kya reaction hotha if you tell him you will stay here" both of them saw a glimpse of swayams shocked face and then ...faint..rey laughed

"rey! This is not fair..." and hit him on the shoulder," waise yeh sab books hain jo us new company ke garage mein aise hi pade the, i got them to sort out and see ki kuch useful hain ya nahin"she yawned again.. he dropped them near his car.. catching her controlling the next yawn that was coming, "taani u want to cancel the date? Tum thak gayi ho" he asked stroking her cheek with his hand

"no its okay, humne itne din se ..."and yawned unable to control," sorry"

"its okay, next time. Ab cmon i ll drop you home...chalo" she looked disappointed and asked ," kuch dher baad ?" he smiled ," okay" pulled her, put his hand around her shoulder and gave her a squeeze.she placed her head on his shoulder suddenly realising she really was tired,"come , coffee? "and pulled her inside the house.

Sometime later-

Taani on the sofa stretched out fast asleep, rey came with two coffee mugs and stopped, seeing there was no way she would get up, he placed the mugs down on the table, brought a blanket, covered her and " swayam ko msg kardetha hoon"

awesome update , per kuch missing kyu tha , kya , m not getting , as all over taarey conversation was there per kuch kam tha kya yeh tumhe search karna hoga , may be shyad itna kuch chal raha hai ki taarey relation kuch scattered ho gaya hai , har waqt taani or rey thik se baat bhi nahi paate , pata nahi ho sakta hai tumhe mera bolna bura laga ho toh m holding my ears n saying sorry but remember m not saying yr update bura m just saying ki pure episode mein sirf taarey the phir bhi itna missing kyu tha , as m not writer I can't say , may be tum jo kahena chahati thi mein nahi connect kar payi , sorry bura nahi man na its just what I feel

no... im really glad u felt that- bocz i wanted something missing in them ...
wanted to say that they ve been busy and catching up in few minutes and not really with each other..
