PART 20

Arjun go out for jogging...he is jogging more than hour...actually, no jogging he just running all through track...absent mind... tangle with different thought...sakshi revealing that her papa said...they just sharing surname no blood relation in between them...lingering in his mind and pushing him deep in ground...but in other hand he start thinking is their parents aware of this truth or not... for inside he feel ashamed...he wish if he could have any magic stick...he swish the stick and flip the time to go back yesterday...do correct his mistake...but he know zaban say nikli baat...aur kamaan say nikla teer...wapas nahi aatay...what he have done it's done...only time heel this...or maybe not...he don't know.

Arjun stop by sameer...who standing in front of him...placing both hands on his back...his usual pose...his enquiringly eyes fix on him.

Arjun stop and ask: sam, tum kab aay...mujhay pata hi nahi chala.

Sameer: haan main nay tum ko bohat awaaz di but I think you lost in your thought...that you can't hear me.

Arjun sense some seriousness in his voice...his heart beat fast...maybe he know something...he ask: what happen sam...you look worry.

Sameer: haan yaar woh papa kay bohat acchay dost hain un ki death hogai hay...papa aur mom abhi jaana cahatay hain...tum say milna chah rahay thay ...issliyay tumhain dhoonta hua aaya hoon...chalo

Arjun walk with him and comes in side...sameer mom and dad is ready to leave...whole house is looking busy...and wake up in full...

sameer mom peak arjun forehead and said: woh tumharay uncle kay bohat acchay dost thay...kal unhoon nay aana tha...par aay nahi...abhi kuch dair pehlay pata chala kay accident ho gaya tha...kal...aur aaj subah death hogai hay...jaana zarrori hay baita warna kuch din aur rukh jaati... (arjun just quietly nodded) while she said: par tum sakshi ko lay kar humari taraf zarror aana...bulkay sab say pehlay udar hi aana...

Arjun make promise with her and ask: aap sakshi say milli...

Sameer mum: haan main uss kay room main hi mil kar aa rahi hoon...bohat sharmeeli bacchii hay...tumharay uncle kay samnay to us ski aankhain hi nahi uth rahi thi...sunn kay bohat dukhi ho rahi thi...dobara aanay ko bhi kah rahi thi...opperwala tum dono ki Jodi salamat rakay.

Everyone silently listen to her...after leaving them...arjun go to his room...he enter and see sakshi leaning back with bed head rest...her eyes close...but as soon she is feeling someone presence...she open her eyes...looking him...she squeeze herself and drag blanket up to her shoulder...before arjun say something door knock...he turn and open the door...maid comes in with breakfast trolley...

she place the trolley and said: bari bibi kah rahi hain kay aap nashta kar kay ready ho jain...mehmaan aay gain aap ko dekhnay...after convey the message she is back.

Arjun move trolley near her and go to bathroom to get quickly freshen up...within five minutes he is back...she is fixing her gaze on trolley...lost in thought...arjun release long breath and come sit next to her...she quickly move back...her face showing scared feeling ...which sink his heart deep down...his heart cry said...what you have done with this innocent girl? He ignores and offers her breakfast.

Sakshi said slowly: main kuch nahi kahoon gi...sirf chai peehon gi.

Arjun dismiss her refusal and said: no, khaali pait chai nahi...kuch na kuch to kahna paray ga...

he make cereal in one bowel and give her...she again refuse him but he fill the spoon and feed her...he don't know why he is doing this with her...maybe his guilt feeling poking him inside...or maybe he afraid her to telling this in front of anyone...although she admit this that she never tell anything to anyone...but he can't ignore his heart voice...who scream in his head and tell him try to heal her.

Both silently finish breakfast...then again maid comes and give one nice saari to her with matching jewellery...said maa want to wear this... guests start arriving...after giving this message she is back...taking trolley with her.

Arjun see her face going pale...she keep looking saari like see any snake...

Arjun: kiya hua...tum saari ko dekh kar itna kyun dar gai ho...he ask.

Saskhi look him once and lower her head saying in slow voice: I can't wear it.

Arjun ask enquiringly: why?

Sakshi say nothing...arjun urge her to speak up...she slowly stand and hold her shirt helm and showing him her body...arjun shock to see several bruises and biting marks on her waist...he stole the sight...understanding the reason...afraid of wearing saari...he just mutter sorry.

Sakshi walk slowly and go to dressing room...while he just lying on bed...lost in his thought...his chain of thought broken when one nice fragrance touch his sense...he turn his head and looking her sitting near the dressing table...wearing dark royal blue colour georgette long panel shirt...embroidery panel...light pink, off white, light blue and golden thread work colour visible in design...shirt is full with this work and duppata is multi colour...with modern trouser...she look so fresh and pretty...applying only lip gloss...she finish.

Just on time knock on door...and arjun reply...come in...maa enter with some guest...arjun sit and leaning back on bed...maa surprise to see her in different dress and asking the reason...she standing quiet...thinking what reason she tell her.

Arjun just think and get attention to his maa and said: maa, actually mujhay yeh accha lag raha tha...aap ko toh pata hay kay blue colour mujhay pasad hay...issliyay meri wish par yeh pehna hay...he is telling maa...others passing him teasing smile...

Then one guest woman said: haan toh acchi baat hay apni patni ko apnay pasand kay kaproon main dekhana...koi baat nahi...

sakshi quickly look his side...he just stole his sight...before leave the room he call his maa...take her in a side and saying...I am going out...you sit with her...but maa(he is bit stop thinking say or not...but at last decide to say) maa aap ko pata hay kay woh thoora sharmilli hay ...toh aap uss ko neechay na lay kay jaiy ga...bulkay jo bhi aay uss ko upper lay aaiyay ga...

maa smile to hear his talk and said: accha bhi...ek raat main itni fikr honay lagi(arjun just lower his head but maa peak on his head and said) mujhay khushi hay baita...tum fikr mat karo main uss ko neechay nahi lay kar jaoon gi...arjun just nodded and get down stairs.

It's been all day...when guest comes and goes...sakshi sit on her room...maa thinking that she is a bit shy...so, avoid eye contact with her...she pay no attention on her condition...she is busy with guest and other after wedding things...sakshi eat a little...she is not feeling well...she feel too much pain walking and while passing urine...she almost crying...but she can't utter a word and didn't tell arjun anything.

Night comes, arjun step in his room...sakshi watching TV...leaning back on bed...looking him coming...she scared again...arjun give no attention her...just go to dressing room and change his night dress...he is back in room...look her sitting.

Arjun: sakshi, you go and change...I feel sleepy.

Sakshi nodded and go to dressing room...then knock on door...arjun open the door...maid give him a tray which has two glass of milk and said...maa send this for both of you...arjun take it...she is back...while sakshi comes in room...wearing light pink PJs she look beautiful...arjun give her a glass of milk with two pain killer tablets...she silently drink it and take tablets...arjun take other side and lying...she lying other corner of the bed...arjun surfing other channel and after sometime he feel sleepy...so, close the TV and go to sleep...
Next day, maa pay attention her for first time...her condition make her worry...her sixth sense tell her...something wrong....without any further delay she call her best friend gynaecologist Dr sudha...she also attend the wedding...and maa best friend...

Dr sudha check her and shock to see her condition...both are experience ladies...not telling anything to her...sudha asking her some question...sakshi shock to say anything...she is remain silent...maa insist her to speak.

Maa: pari, meri bacchii mujhay batao kiya hua hay...she speaks with her politely.

Sakshi just lower her gaze and make courage and said: maa, kuch bhi nahi...

Maa: tum mujhay theek nahi lag rahi ho...baita mujhay batao kiya baat hay...tum khush nahi lag rahi...

Sakshi heart start melt...she need a shoulder to cry...she need to be console...she need to be pour out her all suffocation but she remain quiet.

Maa urge her to say some...but sakshi reply and said: maa...main theek hoon aur khush bhi hoon...aap aissay hi pareshan ho rahi hain.

Maa cup her face...peak her forehead and said: pari, bahlay say tum ko paida nahi kiya hay main nay...magar inn kuch mahino main tum ko apnay baitay say ziyaada chanay lagi hoon... (She set her lose strand behind her ears) tum theek nahi ho...aur khush honay say ziyaada dari hui lag rahi ho... (She hold her hand and put on her head and said) tumhain meri qasam...sab kuch sach sach bata do kiya baat hay.
