Chapter 12

Then there was a spotlight on a table decorated with red roses and purple and white orchids...her favourite colours and favourite flowers...she walked towards the table only to find an open box with her red dress that she wore on her first day of college and the first day she met him..."Now I know where my dress went and that stupid,idiot,laad governor acted like he didn't know when I asked him the next day but how did he get it?" thought Khushi...and a message on a heart shaped note...

Message:I know you must be wondering as to how I got it and you also might be abusing me..you can save all the abusing for later...I got your dress from your cupboard couple days back..remember when you had to go to do something for Garima aunty...*she remembers* that's when I took it and put it in my bag...so coming back to the message ...you know Khush when I saw you in that dress I couldn't take my eyes of you and for a guy like me who never spared a glance at any girl was mesmerised with your beauty and unknowingly said "beautiful" shocking my friends...and you did look beautiful..absolutely gorgeous in that red dress...my favourite colour..and then we were in the same class and we became friends and that's when Arnav Singh Raizada met Khushi Gupta...Khushi smiled and blushed

Khushi:He knows me so well...she smiled..suddenly the lights went away and Khushi's fear came back...Arnav!! Where are you??? Again there was another spotlight on a table decorated the same way a little away from the one she is standing by...she walks to it to find their designs and all the things they used and the pen...not just any pen it was the pen that he made a mark on her face with on her first day in RM

Message:This was the pen that I made a mark on your pretty little face with...sorry for that..and because of this pen I had you in my arms for the first time remember *she remembers how he held her by her waist flush against his body and she blushed*..and that was your first day in RM and first day I let a girl enter my room...anyway that was the second thing to the start to our friendship..have you heard people say that a boy and girl can never be just friends..well I think you got the hint of why I called you today..

Then there was a 3rd table decorated the same with the pictures that they took at the camp that they went to 3 months back to Nainital..

Message:These were the best moments of my life because you were there and I would never forget those days but please forgive me for daring you to go to the dark jungle knowing your fear but they say to overcome your fear you have to face it and that's what you did but got scared..but I was still there by your side all the way..always and forever and I will never leave your hand even if you ask me to

Next there was a table with a little red box that was being picked up by Arnav..Khushi was a bit far away from Arnav and noticed that there was a spotlight on both of them and there was a pathway of rose petals...Arnav knelt down opening the red box revealing a solitaire ring taking her aback and gasp at the ring and Arnav

Arnav:Khushi Gupta,a girl who has taken who had taken control of my dreams,thoughts and life...someone who had made me feel..someone who had brought more light in my life by her tinkling laughter and her most brightest smiles..someone who amused me by the things she does,by the simple and mature things she says..someone who is by far the most beautiful girl I have ever seen...someone who took my breath away by her first appearance..during the times we spent with each other I always felt attracted to you but brushed it off thinking I'm just being stupid but I realised that you are someone who I Arnav Singh Raizada in the past 7.5 months have fallen deeply in love with...I Love You Khushi..I Love You Very Much...will you take the honour of being my girlfriend,companion,friend,supporter,life,wife and more than that till eternity *with hopefull eyes,a small smile,down on one knee*

By now Khushi was crying but smiling not saying anything

Arnav:Khushi!! *bringing her out of her trance*

Khushi:Yes *in a soft voice*

Arnav:Huh?

Khushi:Yes my Laad Governor *tears in her eyes and smiled* and ran towards Arnav lifting her long dress who stood up in his arms and he stumbled back due to the force in which she ran and hugged her flush against his toned body and her body lifted (which means her legs were in mid-air and her whole weight was on Arnav) and said:I Love You Too Arnav *hugged him tighter*

Arnav:I Love You Khushi *kissed her nape of her neck* and I must say you look ravishing in this dress..thanks for wearing it *pulled away from the hug and slid the ring in her left ring finger*

Khushi turned crimson:Thanks..after all you asked me to wear it how can I say no

Arnav:You look very cute when you blush and when did you start to blush...oh and your nose is red *hit his nose with her little cute button nose*

Khushi put her hands around his neck:When you gave me my first gift

Arnav:Ohh the pendant

*Flashback*

It was 2 days after they celebrated for getting full marks for their designs and creations and Khushi was by her locker taking her books out when she felt her hair being moved to one side while something cold was being tied around her neck by the person she fell in love with and she felt his fingers at the back of her neck fixing the chain in place and at the touch of his fingers made Khushi shiver...it didn't take her 2 second to recognise who is was and she looked down to find a red heart shaped ruby surrounded by diamond studs pendant with the letters 'A' and 'K' engraved on it and she gasped...she turned around to find Arnav looking at her with a smile and a raised eyebrow as if asking her if she liked it? Or how is it?

Khushi:Arnav is this for me?

Arnav:No its for my neighbour Mr.Mathur's daughter *in a sarcastic tone to which Khushi playfully smacked his chest* obviously for you Khush!

Khushi blushed but Arnav didn't notice it:I love it..thank you Arnav *hugged him* but what is this for?

Arnav:This is for..being such an awesome friend and for Arshi designs and creations that we did and achieved full marks for

Khushi:Ohh...but I didn't get you anything *her face fell*

Arnav:Well you can get me something later..first let's go to class

*Flashback Ends*

Khushi:Yes..see I'm wearing it today as well *shows her neck*

Arnav kisses her neck where the pendant is:Hmm...

Khushi closed her eyes feeling his soft lips by her neck:Arnav why is it still so dark?

Arnav clicks his fingers and smiles at Khushi:This is why

Khushi looked around to see the whole restaurant decorated with her favourite colours and flowers making it look exquisite she gasped:Wow its so beautiful...then she noticed that there is a big heart that has a picture of her and Arnav when they were in Nainital...she making her hand in a gun pointing to his head while he has his right hand the same way but pointing up in the air...that's my favourite picture of us and ohh there's the one where you picked me up...then she felt his hands around her waist and his warm breathe on her neck and his chin resting on her bare shoulder...by the way Arnav when did you get time to do all this?

Arnav in his sexy husky voice:I have my ways..I love you Khushi

Khushi put her left hand on his by her waist and the other cupping his cheek and turned her head towards him:I love you too *and they finally had their first kiss*

Chapter 13

After their first sizzling,romantic,hot kiss Arnav smiled at Khushi while she blushed as usual "although I kissed many guys before but those were pecks,and I feel different with Arnav,he is really an amazing guy to be with" thought Khushi while Arnav led her to their candlelit table and pulled a chair for her like the perfect gentlemen he is and she sat on it while he went to the one opposite her

Khushi:Thanks!

Arnav:Thanks for what?

Khushi:For this,for meeting me,for being there for me,for taking care of me when I'm sick,for..-Arnav cut her..

Arnav:Khushi you don't need to thank me in fact I should thank you for coming into my life after my mum committed suicide I never looked at any girl maybe I did have one two flings in high school but they were nothing to me and after that I hardly looked at any girl..girls used to throw themselves at me and I never cared and just to make my friends happy I dated couple but never spent much time with them like normal couples then you came and made me feel again...so thank you for taking the honour of being mine today *Arnav smiled*

Khushi's eyes welled up and she looked at the ring and said:Its beautiful

Arnav:What?

Khushi:The ring!

Arnav:Not more than you

Khushi+Arnav:I have something to tell you

Arshi:You first *they laughed*

Arshi:The gang are trying to get us together

Arshi:Wait..what..how do you know?

They laughed at the simulations

Arnav:I found out when we went to Caf Coffee Day 2 weeks back and overheard them discussing as we were late

Khushi:I found out after listening to Di chat to La and the rest 4 days back *laughed*

Arshi:Weird!

Arnav:Okay! So how about a punishment for them

Khushi:What kind of punishment?

Arnav:Let them suffer and see that we are not confessing soon but we will still be a couple only not in front of their eyes,in front of their eyes we will still be the same fighting Arnav and Khushi and then they will outburst saying things to us because they are frustrated that we didn't even make a move as yet and Akash and NK will die because they want to confess their love for La and Payal as far as I know...Akash has a habit of speaking when he sleeps so every night I used to go to his room and I heard him saying sweet nothings to his pillow thinking its Payal and NK holds La's pic and sleep so I figured that who they love

Khushi laughs:Nice plan I'm in..I can't wait to see their annoyed faces

Soon dinner came and they both ate while talking about their lives and all the fun things they did till date..then Arnav got off his chair and went to Khushi and said:Come I have something to show you

Khushi took his hand and went with him to his Lambo..

Arnav drove to an unknown place to Khushi but a known place to him he got down the car and went to Khushi's side and opened the door,she got down and adjusted her dress and looked up and gasped at the view..they were at the highest peak of Dehli and you can see the whole city(guys I really don't know India so those who live in Dehli I'm not sure if there is a place where you can see the whole of Dehli but just imagine)with all the lights on looking absolutely magnificent

Khushi mouth dropped:Arnav this is fantastic..

Arnav:I know..I come hear when I need time to think and apart from me you are the only one who knows this place *leaning on the side of his car pulling Khushi and she stood in between his legs and leaned back on his broad chest as he wrapped his arms around her petite waist and rested his chin on her bare shoulder facing the view and she happily obliged*

Khushi:Arnav tell me what happened to Mumma (Khushi likes to call Arnav's mom Mumma after he told her she committed suicide but not the actual reason to it)

Arnav sighed:We all lived in Lucknow,in a mansion called Sheesh Mahal,we were a very royal family,rich as well and we were a very happy family,although I was born with a silver spoon in my mouth I didn't care about money,I was and I am like my Mom,she was a simple girl,educated,beautiful,happy person and my Dad was the rich person who loved and married a middle-class girl who is my Mom and my Dadi(Dad's mother) except for my Dada(Dad's father) never accepted their marriage as you know it was all arranged marriages not love marriage..my Dad had a smaller brother who was jealous of my Dad's wealth because my Dada put all his property and responsibilities on my Dad and nothing on my Chacha(Dad's brother) as he was a womaniser,alcoholic,spendthrift and a good for nothing person who loves to gamble..he even tried gambling with Di's life but Dad stopped him from doing that imagine my 20 year old Di gambled by her paternal uncle..I was very close to my Mom,we did gardening together and she always taught us to live with the happy memories and not with the bad because they haunt you...I still remember my Mumma's words...it was a beautiful sunny Sunday and as usual Mumma and I did our routine gardening and while planting a rose plant Mumma got pricked with a thorn and I got so angry that I was about to break it but Mumma stopped me saying that "why should you hurt the rose just because of a thorn" and the rose never did have any bad intentions of hurting someone only that little thorn can hurt someone like that a certain thorn hurt my rose-like Mumma I don't know who she is but she took my Mumma away from me at the age of 14.. *Arnav's eyes were red due to unshed tears thinking about that day and Khushi was crying* it was Di's wedding and everyone was looking for Mumma and Papa but they were nowhere to be found so I went in search of them and found them arguing in the study their conversation went something like this..Mumma was crying and asking Papa why did he do this to her and he was telling her he never do anything it was a plan played by Chachaji..what actually happened was that Chachaji drugged Papa and made him sign everything including SM on his name and left a woman not a woman it will be disgusting to call her a woman it was a prostitute with my Dad and took pictures of them in compromising positions *Arnav couldn't control his tears and it just flowed down his cheeks onto Khushi's shoulders down her hands* but Papa was totally innocent it was all Chachaji's plan he started the fire by showing the pictures to Mumma on Di's wedding day acting all innocent and Mumma couldn't take it so she just asked Papa and when he told he is innocent she didn't believe him but she couldn't believe that he didn't trust her so that he didn't even tell her about it and Papa was subconsciously awake but couldn't understand anything that was happening around him at that stage and what he remembered he told Mumma and when he found out that he doesn't have anything to give to his children when Chachaji brought the papers and he told Papa and Mumma everything that he planned it Papa was shocked he took out the gun he had in his study drawer and was about to shoot himself when Mumma stopped him and they were fighting for the gun while Chachaji was laughing and then I heard a gunshot and there went Papa leaving us and since Mumma couldn't take it as she always told Papa that she will die as a suhagan(married woman) and she shot herself leaving us orphaned with Papa and I screamed "Maaa" and then everyone came to the room and Di and I were crying my gold sherwani was messed with blood from Mumma whose head was lying in my lap and Di was hugging Papa going hysterical trying to wake him up and Chachaji had the audacity to point the gun at us but Mamaji stopped him..the procession went back and Di was in a trauma and that's how she suffered from polio and became handicapped and many people used to bad mouth her being a limp and now since Jij came in Di's life she is much better and she is finally not handicapped and they also taunted her about the procession leaving her on her wedding day and the day she became an orphan..the day her parents died ..many people said that they deserved it as they did love marriage and went against the society and Papa being from a rich and royal family..The rich and royal Malik family..

Khushi crying cupping his cheek with her right hand while her left hand was on his hands around her waist:But Arnav how come your surname is Raizada and not Malik? *turning around in his embrace*

Arnav:Nani changed our names as if we stayed with the Malik surname people will taunt us so we stayed with Mumma's surname ..Singh Raizada and I became ASR..that's why when I was in school I never looked at girls as I thought something might happen to me and I'm very afraid of losing my loved ones and here I am today with someone who I love..someone who loves me..*Khushi kissed him and their tear mingling*

Khushi:I wonder who was that woman..*wiping her tears*

Arnav:Its funny as Dadi saw what that woman looked like and I heard she had a twin sister as well..I hope her twin isn't like her...

Khushi:Do you know her name?

Arnav:No we don't know who she is? Where she is from? Whether if she is alive or dead?

Khushi:We will just have to wait...

Arnav:I find it hard to believe that Dadi who knew her never said anything to us and that's why I hate her so much...she didn't even care about us when we were thrown out of SM the next day after Di's wedding and that's when Nani came for us,gave us shelter,food,and we also continued with out education,and lots and lots of love *tear dropped from his eye*

Khushi wiped his tears:Okay! No more crying now! That was the past and today is such a good day for us...no more rhona-dhona..you don't look nice when you cry,your eyes become so red that I feel scared *still some drops are falling down her cheeks*

Arnav chuckled:You look like a baby whose chocolate got taken away from her *Arnav knows she is trying to change his mood*

Khushi gasped:I'm looking like a baby..

Arnav:Yes..a baby..my baby *pulling her closer so her full weight is on him as he is leaning on the car*

Khushi:Don't call me a baby! *pout*

Arnav:May I ask why? *kissed her pouted lips*

Khushi:Because..because.. Ok fine I got no reason

Arnav laughed and they spent couple more hours teasing,chatting,hugging,kissing each other while 3 stars looked down to their children seeing them happy

1st star:My Chote is looking so happy! I knew that angel in his arms will always support him and keep him happy..yes this was Arnav's Mumma..Ratna Rudra Malik

2nd star:Yes my nautanki-baaz (drama queen) will definitely keep him happy..with all her chatter..this was Khushi's deceased Dadi...Anjana Pratap Gupta

3rd star:Yes! Dear our son looks really happy! Ahhh!! I just hope my mother doesn't create a problem for them..this is Rudra Jairaj Malik Arnav's Papa

Ratna:Don't speak like that Ji! Nothing will happen to my angels..

Anjana:Yes son! Don't speak like this...if Subadra does anything we will protect them isn't Ratna

Ratna:Yes! We will...

Rudra:I just pray everything goes well...

Ratna gasped:Haww my son has become very shameless

Rudra:Why?

Ratna:Look Ji! He is playing with the zip of Khushi bitiya's dress

Rudra laughed:Ratna dear you are very innocent..its the new generation..leave them but look she stopped him...that's like my Bahuriya (daughter-in-law)

4th star which just lit up:Let them get married first beta(son)..this is Jairaj Thakur Malik

Rudra:Baba! You here all of a sudden!

Jairaj:I just woke up..and found Arnav with the love of his life and heard your conversation..and don't worry Bahu! Nothing will happen

Anjana:Of course! We should give them some privacy!

Chapter 14

After some romancing Arnav dropped Khushi home and drove to RM with a smile on his face..he entered RM to find his Di waiting for him

Anjali:Chote! Is this the time to come home?

Arnav:Di its only 11.30pm calm down!

Anjali:Calm down? Chote how can I calm down when my brother isn't at home for such a long time and he wasn't answering his phone

Arnav:Diii!!! Chill! I'm sorry I'm late..this won't happen again..and my phone was on silent

Anjali:Okay! I hope so...how was the party?

Arnav:What party?...ohh..it went well that's why I'm late

Anjali tease:I can see how well and why do you smell of girl's perfume?

Arnav stammered:D..Dii..th..there were girls at the party also and some of them hugged me *crossing his fingers*

Anjali:But this smells like Khushi's perfume?

Arnav:Oh come on Di! Not only Khushi uses this perfume many other girls will use it...now can I go

Anjali giggled:Yes you may! "I know Chote you were with Khushi and I can't believe you actually lied to me but I won't feel bad..I know you won't say that you went on a date with Khushi" thought Anjali and she walked of to her room

Next day...

Khushi came to RM thinking "Thank god no one asked about the ring" and greeted everyone and went straight to Arnav's room after that to wake him up..this has been Khushi's routine for the past 5 months and from there they both go to college..Khushi entered Arnav's room to find him sleeping on the bed hugging his pillow flat on his stomach while his right hand of the bed almost touching the floor with a pout on his face and his hair dropping on his forehead looking boyish..."He looks so adorable" thought Khushi..she left her bag on the recliner and sat on his behind to which he smiled in his sleep and he knew it was her as the wind turned cool

Arnav in his sleepy husky voice:Good morning Jaan *opening his eyes*

Khushi giggled:Good morning my lazybones *bent and pecked his cheek* now come on get up we are gonna be late! *moved herself on the bed from his behind*

Arnav putting his head in her lap hugging her waist digging his face in her stomach:I don't want to go anywhere from here

Khushi caressing his hair:Ahh come on! I don't want to go to college alone...

Arnav kissed her stomach to which she laughed:Hmm...hey anyone asked about the ring?

Khushi:No! I was relieved actually..now you better get up before I start tickling you

Arnav turned his head in her lap facing her and put his left hand at the back of her neck:You know I'm not the ticklish one here!

Khushi:Well! I don't want to be late for breakfast I just love the doughnuts Di makes although I had breakfast at home *giggled*

Arnav bringing her head down:You know for a slim girl like you,you do eat a lot..where does it go? *kissed her lips to which she responded* now that's a good start to a morning *smirked and Khushi blushed*

Khushi sighed:Well I don't know..I work out a lot to..now get up have a bath I will take out your clothes

Arnav:Yes Madam!..and went to have bath while she took his clothes out..he came out of the bathroom with his towel wrapped around his waist and water dripping from his hair down his face to his shoulders down his chest to his washboard abs and disappearing in his towel making Khushi to get lost and her breathing became heavy which Arnav smirked at his effect of her

Arnav:You like what you see *turning his back to her*

Khushi still lost in his body:Huh?

Arnav advanced towards Khushi who was sitting on his bed:I said you like what you see?

Khushi still in the trance lost in his chocolate eyes:Yes..I mean.. *turned her face away biting her lips*

Arnav smirked:Its all yours anyway so stop worrying your bottom lip otherwise I will help you with that ..Khushi immediately left her lip knowing what her boyfriend can do

Soon Arnav got ready..they had breakfast and left for college all set to annoy their friends..Akash left early to meet up with the gang

Jeevs:Akash any change in Arnav at home

Akash:No! Nothing...he doesn't look like he is lost in thought or smiling to himself

Kunal:Not all are like you Akash!

Akash smiled:Still!!

Viren:Any change in Khushi!

Payal:No

Shraddha:Are they aliens or what?

La:Why would you think that?

Shraddha:Its just that there is no affect on them but they care for each other and we all have seen it

NK:Exactly! I wonder what's happening with Nanav and Khushi Bhabhi (V+NK+K+AK call Khushi Bhabhi only when she is not around but they call her Khushi when she is there)

Kunal:Shhh!! They are here! Oh and look Khushi got a ring on her finger but how? And who gave her?

Pay:How come I never notice that before..she never had that until yesterday

Viren:Maybe Arnav!

Akash:It couldn't be as Bhai hasn't went anywhere lately!

Pay:Akash he could've also lied that he is going to get something and then bought it!

Akash:Oh yeah!

NK:Yeah so Akash! What's new!

Arnav and Khushi passed knowing smiles because they know what the gang must be discussing about..but decided to act innocent

Arnav:What are you people discussing with so much concentration early in the morning?

Kunal:A..b..b..w..we..we weren't discussing something so serious at all

Khushi:Oh really! Di what's going on?

Pay:You are asking me that! I should be asking you that..where did you get that ring from?

Khushi's eyes widened:I got it from the party I went yesterday..it came with a jewellery set

Pay:But I didn't see the jewellery set yesterday!

Khushi:Uff! Di you were sleeping when I came and obviously I kept it in my cupboard..I mean who would keep such an expensive set out for showcase

Pay:But still Khushi! If it came with the set then why did you wear it on THAT finger?*stressing on that*

Khushi:Because I felt like

Jeevs:Still to? Why?

Khushi:You people ask a lot of questions..and I could wear it on any finger I want right!..and Di you are also wearing that unknown ring on your left ring finger right! *Khushi smirked*

La:Hey yeah! I never notice that ring before! Where did you get it from? Who gave it to you?

Now it was time for Payal to answer the questions:Khushi is right you ask too many questions

Shraddz:Look who's talking

Khushi:Now come on Di? From when did you have that ring on your finger?!

Pay:Since 3 weeks! Happy

Khushi:Satisfied!

Viren:Arnav don't you think Khushi looks pretty today!

Arnav although he complimented her at home:Naahh! *fingers crossed which went noticed by Khushi under the table*

NK:Why?

Arnav:Its Khushi! She's bound to look pretty everyday! *smirked*

Kunal:Oh really!

Arnav:Yes really! *Khushi held his hand under the table but in a way that no one can see*

Suddenly a guy walked up to the table who is in Kittu's class..he recently joined the college

Guy:Hey Bhai

Viren:Yeah Virat

Virat:Have you seen Manvi anywhere I can't seem to find her?

Viren:How am I supposed to know..she's your girlfriend not mine! Jeevika have you seen Manvi?

Virat shrieked:Bhabhi *hugged Jeevs*

Jeevs hugged him back:Hi Virat!

Arnav:Urhmm..Virat we also here ok!

Virat:Sorry Arnav Bhai! *with that he greeted everyone even the girls*

Manvi:Viraaattt!!! Where were you? Do you know from how long I'm looking for you? And on top of that this college is so damn confusing?

Jeevs mumbled only audible for the gang and not the couple:Here they start! Sometimes they are like Romeo and Juliet so in love and sometimes they are like a lion and lioness fighting for a piece of meat

The gang laughed!

Khushi:Are they always like that?

Viren:I live with them! So imagine my condition sorting them out!

NK:Ahhh!! Make them stop!

Shraddz:Seriously! Its worse that Arnav and Khushi!

Arshi:What!

Viren:I know a way to stop Manvi..Mannu!! Here are your tickets to watch Tom Cruise's latest movie!

Manvi immediately stopped:Ohh yay! Tom Cruise!

Virat:Not fair Bhai! You always make the fight stop with that Tom Cruise

Manvi ogling at the tickets:You won't understand! Thanks Viren Bhai *hugged him*

Kunal:Yay! They stopped!

La:Thank god!

Pay:Ditto!

Khushi:The one for the ring and do you know how much of lies I spoke yesterday!

Arnav:Same here! Di was waiting for me and she could smell your perfume on me!

Suddenly Khushi gasped

Arnav:What happened?

Khushi:Omg! Babe your birthday is coming up next week!

Arnav:So?

Khushi:Its gonna be your first birthday with me! Meaning since we're a couple

Arnav sighed and smiled and hugged her tighter:Yes! My first birthday with this incredible woman who I love the most in front of me right now!

Khushi turned in his embrace and kissed his lips:I love you!

Arnav:I love you too Jaan! *spoke between the kiss*

At the table

Viren:We need to get these two together at any cost!

Shraddz:The holidays are coming up right!

Kunal:So we can plan a get-together

NK:With just us friends somewhere like..

La:Goa!!!!! *excitedly*

Jeevs:Yess!!! Perfect idea

Akash:Yeah we have a beach house in Goa

Payal:Seriously! And how many times do you go to Goa

Arnav who is still sleeping side ways on her lap turned on his back:Promise me you wouldn't ever leave my hand..promise me that what ever may come across us be it any misunderstanding,confusion you would never leave me and promise me if you are worried about anything you would come to me firstly and talk about it

Khushi eyes welled up hearing his soft but painful voice:I promise that I would never leave you..I promise that if anything we come across I will face it with you..together even if its a misunderstanding,I promise that you would be the first person I will come to if I have any worries...

Arnav:And I promise that I will always be by your side in any situation,I promise that whatever misunderstanding we come across I will help you solve it..together and I promise to always love you,cherish you,help you,and never accuse you because I know that if you take a decision there's always a reason behind it and I don't want you to sacrifice your happiness for someone else stop being a sacrificing soul that you are,Khushi you are innocent,nave and can never hurt a person and always keep your worries behind that fake smile of yours,so please share it with me be it anything as in anything and everything..

Khushi:Okay! Enough of this emotional talk you will make me cry the whole day or what? *touched at his words and trying to change the atmosphere*

Arnav laughed softly:Yeah...but I cannot tolerate a single drop of tears in your eyes..those are too precious *wiping her tears*

****Have you guys noticed that the 7 vows were taken 4 Arnav did and 3 Khushi did****

Soon lectures finished and it was time for lunch everyone gathered in the lawn surrounded by trees and plants..Arnav was sitting next to Khushi while resting on a tree so that Khushi was resting her back on his body...Akash and Payal were sitting cross-legged next to each other...Viren had his arm around Jeevs shoulder...Kunal was sleeping with his legs crossed on his bag(head on the bag**) while Shraddz and La were sitting together with NK next to her ...they chatted for a while and they spoke about Goa and their plans on what to do when they get there also where they will be staying...couple days passed like this..then came the night before Arnav's birthday

Arnav's room

Arnav is sitting on the bed,his one arm under his head while his other hand on his chest that contained his phone,looking up at the ceiling smiling thinking about the moments spent with Khushi,all their nok-jhoks,their romantic moments,her blush at his effect on her,everything,also staring at his wallpaper that had them as it ...nobody knows as he has a password to unlock his phone and a different picture comes up so nobody but Khushi knows his wallpaper

He doesn't know why but he loves that photo..it shows their naughtiness..while trying to be 007 Bond,James Bond(lol anyway getting back to the story) it was 11.30 pm as Arnav saw the time...he knew that nobody will be awake..but who knows...

Khushi's room

Khushi is restlessly waiting for 11.59.59 pm to come so she can call her boyfriend and wish him a happy birthday but its only 11.35 pm so she decided how about I surprise him by actually seeing him "Yeah that's great" with that Khushi reached Arnav's house in 5 mins and entered through the poolside door which took a while to find let's say about 10 mins and she stood outside the french windows looking at a lost by dreaming Arnav on the bed..he was wearing his tracks with a white body hugging short sleeved shirt and the way his arm is under supporting his head is showing of his huge biceps making Khushi drool outside but she soon composed herself and noiselessly opened the door which Arnav didn't even notice she checked the wall clock and it showed 11.59 and she almost squealed in excitement at the perfect timing she tiptoed to Arnav who still didn't notice her as he was smilingly staring at his phone...clock striked 00.00 she kissed his lips saying "Happy Birthday Baby"...she felt Arnav smile against her lips saying a "Thank You"

Arnav:Now this is the perfect surprise to a birthday...*toppled her over so she is under him on the other side of the bed and kissed her more passionately*

Khushi:How come you never notice me coming in? *pouted*

Arnav:Well I was busy dreaming about you that I didn't notice..sorry! But this is a good start to a birthday! But..-cut short..as they heard a knock on the door and they looked at each other with shocked expression and heard a series of knocks after that...

Arnav:You go hide in the washroom and I will attend to the door

Khushi:Sure!

Khushi hid while Arnav opened the door faking that he was disturbed as he was sleeping and saw his whole family and the servants

Family:Happy Birthday Chote(Anjali and Nani)/Bhai(Akash)/Arnav(Shaleen)/Mamuu(Avni)/Arnav Bhaiya(HP,OP &JP)/Arnav Babu(Ramu Chacha)

Arnav smiled:Thank you!

Anjali:By the way Chote ! Why did you take sooo long to open the door *stressing on Sooo*

Arnav:I was sleeping!

Akash:Oh really! Sleeping! Or talking to SOMEONE special as I see that your phone is on the bed *raised eyebrow and a tease smile*

Arnav:Yes really! Akash I must say that you are being too inquisitive lately in my life..any reason

Akash fumbled:Ah..n..n-nothing Bhai just generally asking

Arnav:Better be!

Chapter 16

Arnav sighed a breath of relief as soon as his family was out of sight from the doorway of his room and told Khushi to come out from the washroom but never get a reply..he got worried he opened the door to find her writing something on the edge of his mirror concentrating with her left hand on her hip and tongue out and her neck tilted to her left exposing her long milky swan-like neck and she never notice him there as she was writing something with a red pen so small that you have to look very closely to see it...Arnav hugged her from the back startling her and she gasped

Arnav nuzzling her neck:What are you writing?

Khushi closed the pen cap and rest her hands on his that's around her waist:That! *pointed to the mirror*

Arnav saw a letter "A" and "K" in a heart just like the one on her pendant and he smiled:Hmm

They walked out of the washroom in the same position and Arnav asked her:How did you get here?

Khushi:The same way you showed me remember!

Arnav remembered that one day they sneaked into the house through the same way Khushi came through which leads to his room:Ohh!!

Khushi:Come with me! *pulled his hand*

They sneaked out of RM and Khushi drove to their destination..Arnav was surprised to see the decorations

Khushi:So how you liked my surprise?

Arnav:I love it!

Khushi:Come one! There's more!

They entered the place and Arnav scanned the area to find decor everywhere and a cake,a chocolate cake in the middle with "Happy Birthday Baby" written with fresh cream..they cut cake and Khushi fed Arnav a piece and he fed her

Khushi:Is it sweet?

Arnav teased:No

Khushi pouted:How can it be? I put the right amount of sugar in it- but got silenced by Arnav as he "french kissed" her

Arnav:Now! Its sweet! *smirked while Khushi blushed* I must say you bake very well *licking the icing that he wiped off from the side of her mouth with his thumb!

Khushi:Thank you! You should try my cooking as well!

Arnav:I look forward to it soon!

Khushi:Why soon? How about now?

Arnav:What? You cooked? How did you manage to cook in such a less amount of time? *shocked*

Khushi:Ohh shush! Why do you think I went home early?

Arnav was about to say something but got pulled to a table that consists of his favourite dishes:Pasta,Aloo Paratha(Potato bread),Aloo sabzi(Potato curry),risotto,raviollie(not sure how to spell it) and many more:Wow! I'm totally stunned Khush!

They ate and then they danced to "Tum Hi Ho from Aashiqui 2" as they wango-ed (waltz and tango) together,Khushi remembered their dance on their date/confession on the song "Teri Meri from Bodyguard" and she blushed reminiscing how Arnav kissed her all over her face,hands and neck ;)..soon it was 4am and they decided to leave

As Arnav entered his room with a boyish smile on his face,tired but also doesn't want to close his eyes so he can sleep,thinking what happened a couple hours back when he received his gifts

*Flashback*

Arnav saw Khushi coming towards him with her hands at the back of her

Arnav:Khushi what are you hiding? *trying to get the gift*

Khushi:Oh its nothing *gave it to him*

Arnav opened his 1st gift of the night:Wow this is awesome, how did you know I like these watches? And that too this one?

Khushi:I saw how you looked at it when we went shopping for Jeevs's birthday and I wanted to buy something that she will cherish and we were about to leave I saw you looking at it but you came back to me saying that if I'm done we should leave

Arnav:I'm surprised and thank you very very much for this! Its beautiful...it was a watch that has 3 country times with the date in it

Khushi:There's more!

Arnav:More? *questioning look*

Khushi:Yes! *picked up a huge package* open it!

Arnav opened his 2nd gift for the night to find a huge frame with their moments,only and only him and Khushi,their trip to Nainital,when they were alone together,individual pictures of them,some when they were sitting together in college and unknowingly pictures of them got snapped:I love it!

Khushi:Glad you did! *side hugged him* next!

Arnav opened his 3rd gift,it was a laptop:Laptop?

Khushi:Yes!

Arnav:But why?

Khushi:Because I know that yours crashed down and you never tell me!

Arnav:When did you find out? *stunned at how this lady in front of him understood and knows him in and out*

Khushi:Khushi knows everything!

Arnav:Yeah! Yeah! I know Khushi knows everything! *bent his head to her height and kissed her passionately* thank you Jaan! For this and all the wonderful gifts!

Khushi:No need! Next!

Arnav:There's one more?

Khushi handed him a small parcel and he opened it to discover his 4th gift:Mug?

Khushi:Not just any mug! *she added cold water but you can also add hot water*..and it revealed Arnav's picture and his name and on the reverse it had her picture and her name!

Arnav:This is my new favourite coffee mug!

*Flashback Ends*

Arnav and Khushi both couldn't get sleep but forced themselves to as they have a long day ahead of them!

Came the next morning Arnav wore his new watch and drove to GM and picked up Khushi as his daily routine...

As they entered the college gates,they made heads turn as Arnav got off wearing a pair of black jeans,sneakers and a crisp white shirt with his ray bands blocking his hypnotizing eyes from the sunshine with his shoulder bag on his right and his new watch on his left hand wrist,Khushi got off the car wearing black studded leggings,a pair of black and silver pumps,a sleeveless rainbow flimsy top exposing her long milky arms that has a collar that comes till her neck with rhinestones surrounding it,her hair in a french plait,her Louis Vuitton handbag and her shoulder bag that contains all her daily books on her left shoulder,her ring that Arnav gave her on the same finger with the pendant around her neck resting on her top,they walked towards their friends talking about the previous night(morning) making their friends annoyed and the college students wondering whether they are a couple or not!

Arnav and Khushi found their friends whispering to each other

Arnav:What's up guys!

Friends:Happy Birthday Arnav

Arnav was taken back blocking his ears:Guys! I'm not standing on the mountain square that you have to scream but thanks anyway!

Everyone laughed...they handed him their gifts and he accepted it whole heartedly and thanked them

NK:By the way Nanav!

Arnav:Yeah?

NK:We all have given you gifts but Khushi didn't give you!

Arnav:NK how do we come to college?

NK:Together?

Arnav:Exactly! So Khushi gave me my gift in the car on the way

Akash:But what did she give you?

Arnav held up his wrist and showed them

Kunal:She gave you a punch!

Arnav rolled his eyes:No! She gave me a watch you idiot!..then everyone noticed the brand new watch on his wrist and they gasped as it is the latest watch and it has 3 country times!

Viren:Wow! That is a nice watch!

La:Nice taste Khush!

Jeevs:When did you buy it!

Khushi:I bought it 3 days back!

Shraddz teased:Ohh!! That's the 3 days back when you suddenly had some important work to do

Khushi:Of course!

Pay signalled Akash through her eyes that he should tell them about the Goa thing

Akash:Aahh..Bhai

Arnav:Yeah!

Akash:We were deciding that we should go to Goa as we have study-leave week coming up and that's about 2 weeks

Arnav:Sure! When do we leave? And who is coming?

Akash:We just friends..for 1 week we will have some fun and go places while for the next week we can study in between while we have some fun and partaying! *smiled*

Arnav:Great!

Khushi:When we leave?

Kunal:This afternoon as we have to fly up and we asked the principal for permission to leave 2 days early and we decided to leave on Arnav's birthday so we can celebrate it there!

Arnav:But don't you think my family will like to celebrate my birthday as well with me instead of me being away from them?

Viren:We..Well...we can leave tomorrow morning then..I will book the flights

Khushi:Great! So we leave tomorrow morning

Everyone dispersed as they have their lectures!

Came the afternoon where Arnav celebrated his birthday with his friends and family receiving gifts which piled up in his room..soon everyone went to their respective rooms and homes to sleep as they have a flight...Akash,NK,Kunal,Viren,Pay,La,Shraddz and Jeevs were on Skype chatting to each other on their plan for Goa and they ended the chat saying "Goa is on" while Arnav was talking to Khushi on the phone and opening his gifts saying what he got from who!

Chapter 17

The gang boarded the flight and was seated in their respective seats with their respective partners Arnav and Khushi were happy but knew they were deliberately put together but they happily sat together..during the flight Khushi was feeling sleepy as she slept quite late which was about 4am as she was talking to Arnav all night but she doesn't regret

Khushi yawns

Arnav notices:Khush you can sleep or have a short nap and I will awake you as soon as we reach Goa

Khushi sleeps by keeping her head on Arnav's shoulder and covered herself with a blanket..Arnav noticed that he is taller than Khushi so he slides down his seat to make her comfortable and she nestles more into him by holding his biceps in her arms in a protectively and possessive way and he smiled sensing her touch and the feel of it...

Soon a few hours passed..Arnav was reading a business and fashion magazine while Khushi slept..and the others were on a group chat discussing Arnav and Khushi

Chat:

*Silent Beep*

Jeevs:Guys what's the plan for Goa?

*SB*

Aki:Well as I said at DU..we gonna party for 1 week of reading leave and then the next week we will study and party..visit places and stuff!

La:Yeah! But Jeevs was talking about Mission:ArShi

Jeevs:At least someone has brains *rolling eyes emoticon*

They reached the beach house and decided to have something to eat but didn't know what to eat..the decided to have some light food like the girls had a salad and the boys had a sandwich which the girls prepared...they decided to have a rest and then they will see the night life in Goa!

After they all rested,the gang got dressed and headed for the night life..they found a club that had bulldozer type bodyguards outside...

Jeevs:Are they even supposed to be that size?

Khushi gulped:I think they can crush a person if they just hugged them

Arnav chuckled looking at Khushi:Ba..Khushi they are supposed to be that built because of their occupation!

Shraddz:Still to! They are bigger than you boys!

Kunal:So you're trying to say that we don't have a built!

La:Yes!

NK:Improvise

Arnav is stunned as NK said something so,so,so..there's no word:I'm proud of you NK you finally used a big word in your life

NK:Thanks!

Khushi:So we must improvise

Arnav:Of course

Pay:Seriously! We must make do with what we have

Viren:Whatever! Let's go before they don't let us in!

They enter the club and went straight to the bar and had a seat..Arnav-Khushi..Akash-Payal..Viren-Jeevika..NK-Lavanya..Kunal-Shraddha!

Khushi having a sip of her Martini:Describe me in one word!

Arnav gulped his tequila shot in one go:Mine!

Khushi:Thanks!

Arnav:Why the sudden question?

Khushi:I don't know I felt like asking you!

Arnav:Can I ask you something?

Khushi:Just say! You don't need to ask!

Arnav:What kind or type of guy did you want before you met me and after your ex?

Khushi:I wanted a guy who will look at me like the way I look at Jalebis *laughed*

Arnav smiled but became serious:I'm serious Khushi!

Khushi:I wanted a guy who will take care of me,cherish me,support me,never leave me alone,a guy who will not want me so they can sponge of me,a guy who will rule my every thought,my heart and body,a guy who will just love me for what I am,a guy who will take me and not leave me! Because I believe that one shouldn't believe the guy that says he loves you but the guy who shows he love you and you are just that!

Arnav smiles feeling proud to have her:Thanks!

Since the music is too loud so the 8 cannot hear them as hard as they try as Arshi are whispering to each other because of the music!

Akash:I can't hear them!

Kunal:Ughh!!

Chapter 18

Suddenly a girl approached the group and they turned around shocked

All:Kittu!!!!

Kittu:Hii guys! How have you been doing?

They spoke for a while when Khushi noticed a guy next to Kittu

Khushi:Bhabhi! Who is he?

Kittu hesitant and pensive said:He-he I..is my fiance Anshuman Rathore

All:What?

Khushi:What about Kari Bhai?

Kittu:He knows and I told him its against my wish for this marriage but as soon as I arrived in Chandigarh I found out I'm getting married forcefully to someone who is also forced so we escaped and believe me I felt really bad seeing Karan's pleading face asking me to break it but I explained to him my plan..we came here looking for the people we love and we gonna get married to them

Pay:So technically you are eloping?

Anshuman+Kittu:Yes

Anshuman:Krithika I'm going to look for Pakhi as she told me she is here

Kittu:Sure *smiled*

Akash:But how come you came to Goa?

Kittu:Because its a place my parents and Anshuman's parents won't find us!

All:Ohhh!!

Soon Kittu went to the place Anshuman and her were staying leaving the gang to continue partying!

Jeevs:I feel sorry for Kittu!

Soon they all had their drinks and headed to the dance floor!!

Shraddz+Kunal were in a corner alone

La+NK were doing a club salsa(my new version of a dance :/)

Akash+Pay were staring into each other's eyes (lol!!)

Viren and Jeevs were dancing holding hands and casually talking between the roaring music

And finally the most awaited couple Arnav and Khushi were in their own corner grooving and moving to the beat with Khushi's back to Arnav's front and his hands around her petite form from the back resting his chin on her shoulder,in a dark corner of the club so no one can see their romance going on

Ahh!! They all decided to go home and sleep so they have a lot of energy for the next day,calling it a night...

Next day!!

The gang decided to go to the beach and have some 'fun'..

As modern as they are they obviously meaning the girls wore their swimsuits,bikini etc..and as for the boys they wore either swim shorts etc..

Anyway Akash and the gang were hoping Khushi wears something breathtaking and that Arnav will only look at her hmm..maybe a red bikini and she wore exactly that as Arshi have been always eavesdropping on the gang when they are planing for their next move and they(Arshi) do the same as they say making them hope that something will happen but they don't know that Arnav and Khushi already had their special moment with each other

Khushi was having trouble tying the knot of her bikini top as it is a two-piece with her hair all to one side on her right shoulder and she is bending to see in the mirror how she is tying it and she is standing sideways and she didn't even notice the door opening and Arnav entering

Arnav was going to call Khushi and as he opened the door he was stunned to see this flawless beauty adorned with his favourite colour two-piece bikini "Wow" said Arnav with wide eyes aloud but it went heard on deaf ears..he noticed that she was struggling in tying her bikini top so he decided to help his flawless nymph out..

Khushi froze as she felt warm hands at the middle of her back tying the know for her..she closed her eyes feeling his hands on her bare back then she felt his warm breathe on the back of her neck..she felt his warm hands going around her waist and felt his palms place themselves on her tummy by her navel and his fingers make circles on her tummy and then felt his chin rest on her left shoulder and hide his face in the crook of her neck and then nuzzle it with his nose...

Arnav took in the smell of her citrus shampoo and the strawberry fragrance of her lotion that she applied on her body while nuzzling her neck as Khushi relaxed her body on his chest

Arnav:Hmmm you smell nice!

Arnav turned her around his hands still at her waist and her hands went around his neck:So are you planing to go out of this room or still gonna keep me captivated

Khushi giggled:I don't mind anything you want!

Arnav:But we have to see what my brother and the gang have planned although how badly I want to be here in your arms *sigh*

Khushi:Badmaash kahinka(Naughty boy)

Arnav and Khushi went down to find the gang in deep discussion and they turned silent as soon as they saw the targeted couple arriving

Arnav:Why did you turn silent as soon as you saw us?

Kunal:Urhh...nothing just general

Khushi:General? Then you can discuss this "General" thing with us as well right?

Pay abruptly:No! Nothing to be discussed with you two!

Arnav:Okay! We heading for a swim wanna join?

All:No! We will come later/You carry on/We will swim later...and so on

Viren thinks something:Khushi won't your ring get lost if you go for a swim..so just leave it here safe and sound

Khushi:No Viren it won't get lost as it is a perfect fit and don't worry there's no ones name engraved on it so you can find out who gave it to me

Viren and the rest are stunned:Sure

Arshi:Oookaayy Bye!..with that the two headed out while the gang breathed a sigh of relief

NK:That was a close one! But did you see what she wore under the white shirt!

La:Why are you looking there?

NK:What is my fault?

Shraddz:Don't ask!

Outside

Arnav:I love the look on their faces when you said that

Khushi smiled:Haha! I know it was classic..

Arnav and Khushi look at the ocean and then at each other and then again at the ocean..hold each other's hands and run to the water and start to swim with a smile but before that they took off their shirts that are covering their body so Khushi was in her bikini while Arnav was in his swimming shorts...

Khushi looked on dreamily at Arnav's wet bare body(be aware gutter minds he still has his shorts on) thinking this is all mine with a smile on her face and then continues to play with his fingers that are on her tummy by her navel..Arnav who was looking at the ocean and the sky notices that Khushi has a dreamy smile on her face and smirks knowing that she was looking at his body and then turned her head on his lap and started to play with his fingers that are at almost her eye level and then feel her writing her name in his palm with her finger and then kiss it..

Arnav smirk and naughty glint in his eyes looked down at her:Enjoyed what you saw?

Khushi turns pink:Yes and was thinking that all this *runs her finger from his broad shoulders till his toned chest till his perfect 8-pack washboard abs,taut stomach till his navel and the end where his shorts lay* is mine!! All mine!!

Arnav bends down and pecks her lips saying:Yes only yours!! *eye-lock..Rabba Ve*

(Note they are in a very secluded area along side the ocean away from the beach house having their special moments after their romantic swim together position I.e. Arnav sitting upright by a tree,he does have his shirt on so his perfectly built-up back doesn't get hurt but it is unbuttoned and so does Khushi,Khushi has her head laid on his lap while his hands are resting on her tummy by her waist and she starts to play with his fingers while his other hand caresses her hair,they are not on tarmac,stones etc but on sand that provides comfort)

NK:Where are these two?

Akash:Yeah they haven't got lost did they?

Pay panicked:Oh god! My baby sister is lost

La:Calm down Pay!

They all went out screaming Arshi's names to hear only their voices echo

Arshi come out of their reverie to hear their names being screamed and shouted

Arnav:I guess they are looking for us!

Khushi:We better go before Di has a panic attack and that too a major one saying "Ohh my baby sister is lost! She got lost! What would I do without her" *imitating a panicky Payal and Arnav chuckled*

Khushi lifted her body and Arnav stood up,he offered his hand to Khushi and she took it and she stood up,they both walked out of their secret spot towards their friends only to be engulfed in bone-crushing hugs and Payal said just what Khushi said imitating her,Khushi looked at Arnav and raised her eyebrow giving the I-told-you-so look to which Arnav laughed!

Viren:Why are you laughing?

Arnav:No its just Khushi imitated Payal earlier

Pay:Means?

Arnav:What you did just now! Is what she said that's why I'm laughing!

Khushi flashed her dazzling smile to Pay!

Pay:Khushi ki bacchi *the sisters ran after each other..not actually after each other but Pay was after Khushi so yeah!*

Khushi:Sorry! But I just love to imitate you!

Pay panted:Oh really! Wait till Karan hears this!

Khushi's face formed 3 round circles 2 eyes and her mouth and her both eyebrows raised in shock

Kunal:What would he do to her?

Khushi:Oh he will probably just pull my ears till it turns red for imitating my dear sister!

Viren:No ain't that harsh!

Khushi shrugged:Nope! I'm accustomed to it by now! And even it doesn't hurt

They chatted for a while sitting on the sand couples together in the various positions...*clear throat* Arnav sleeping on Khushi's lap not caring what the others think while she caresses his hair...Akash and Payal sitting cross-legged next to each other holding hands...NK cross-legged with La's head on his shoulder and playing with the sand...Viren had Jeevs head on his lap...Kunal on his front flat on the sand while Shraddz lay fully on his back so which means the Kunal is like her bed but she is sleeping on her tummy holding his neck..and like that after some more chatting and discussing their exams they went back inside and had something light to eat and slept waiting for the morning to dawn
