Part 41:

"Oww oww oww..." Rey winced in pain before sucking his finger.

"Rey you idiot be careful. And hurry up mister, you don't have all day long. It's a simple dish and you can't even cook it properly. Seriously Rey, you are fit for nothing. Pull up your socks man." He gave himself a small prep talk.

After three tries, Rey finally cooked a dish worth eating. Knowing that he was running out of time he directly proceeded towards the dessert. Once he was done with the dessert he moved towards arrangements. By 7:30 pm he was done with everything. Feeling satisfied with his work, he proceeded to get ready. It was five minutes past eight and he was waiting for Kriya in the living room. Just then he heard a car being pulled into their entrance. Glancing from the window, he saw Kriya stepping out of the car with shopping bags in her hand. He left the door open and hid behind a pillar.

"Mom, Kaira I'm home." Kriya yelled while entering the house. The unusual silence in the house amused her. She put the shopping bags on the table and advanced towards the kitchen to check if anyone is present. Suddenly she felt a pair of hands tieing a blind fold around her eyes.

"Who is it?" She asked hitting the person in his stomach with her elbow.

"Ouch...Kriya it's me, Rey." He said rubbing his stomach.

"Oh, sorry. But why did you tie blindfold on my eyes?"

"It's a surprise madam." He whispered in her ears. He led her to the garden where he had set up everything. He uncovered her eyes revealing his hardwork in front of her. After examining everything, sje turned towards him.

"Don't you think it's a little cheesy?" She asked raising a brow. His jaw hanged down and his eyes widened with shock. "Do you really think this is cheesy??" She tried to constain her laugh on seeing his shocked yet cute expression. When she couldn't hold back her laugh she let it out.

"You look so cute Rey. And chill I was kidding. This is absolutely beautiful. I simply loved it." A grin appeared on his face. The garden was beautiful decorated and lightened with colored lanterns. And small table was set up in between surrounded by a bed of roses. It was simple yet beautiful.

"Shall we my lady?" He gestured her to accept his hand. As the took a few steps forward it started raining, all of a sudden. Immediately they retrived their steps.

"What the f**k?" Rey sweared. "Argh, why did it have to rain all of a sudden?"

"Rey it's fine. We can go inside and have the dinner." Kriya assured him. Just as the stepped inside the lights went off. "Great! This was the last thing expected." He said in a sarcastic tone.

"Don't get upset please. We can still have candle light dinner together." Kriya asked Rey to set the table whilst she lightened the rest of the house with candles. Rey completed his work before Kriya and so he observed each and every movement of hers. With a serene smile on her face she lighted each and every candle. The darkness depicted his life after Payal's death. Like these candles, Kriya shone light into his dark life. He couldn't help but smile. After lightening the entire house she stood in front of him with a small smile.

"So how's my idea??" She asked.

"Beautiful, just like you." He whispered in her ears.

"Umm, let's have the dinner."

Like a gentle man he pulled out the chair for. "Here I present to you, Chef Reyansh's special dish, Italian Pasta with white sauce." He acted like a chef. An amused grin appeared on her face.

"Seriously Rey, pasta?? You cook pasta in dinner to impress a lady?" She exclaimed while giggling.

"Uh...it...doesn't really matter what you cook. The main thing that matters is the taste. And once you taste my pasta you will start licking your fingers." He said with a small angry pout.

"I can't lick my fingers 'cause I'm usimg a fork to eat."

"Haha...whatever...Can we begin?"

"Sure." Saying this she put a spoonful of pasta in her mouth. She found it difficult to believe that for a person like Rey who is cooking for the first time can actually prepare a tasty dish.

"So, how's it?"

"It's fine." He raised a brow at this. "Okay...it actually tastes good." She admitted. A victorious grin spread on his face.

"But seriously Rey, a simple pasta for dinner?" She asked unbelievable tone.

"Uh...I've prepared brownies as well...and you know I'm not good at cooking."

"Awww, you are so cute."

"Oh! Wait a second I forgot something." Saying this he went to the kitchen and returned back with a bottle of red wine and two glasses.

"Rey you know I don't drink."

"Kriya relax it's just red wine, which is actually good for health." He poured a little quantity of wine in both the glasses and handed one to Kriya.

Taking a sip of her wine Kriya questioned him. "By the way, did you impress Payal as well by cooking pasta??" Immediately she regretted her words. She scolded herself for bringing up a sensitive topic.

"I...I'm sorry Rey...I didn't mean to..."

"No, don't be sorry. And the answer to your question is also no. You are the first woman whom I've actually cooked for." This single line of his made her feel special. A huge smile spread on her face. For the rest of the dinner Kriya couldn't hide her smile and Rey couldn't help but fall for her more than before. After finishing their dinner Rey cleaned up the table. Kriya was standing near the window waiting for the dessert. Her happiness seemed to be boundless. Rey approached her with two plates of brownies topped with chocolate sauce. He handed her a plate.

While she was talking he observed her expressions. He never examined her face this closely. At that moment she seemed to be the most beautiful woman. When she saw him staring at her, she streched her hand outside the window and splashed few drops of rain on him. She continued to do this until he caught her wrist and pulled her towards him. In an instant he crashed his lips against hers. It was rough yet passionate one. After smooching for few minutes, he pulled back. He was about to kiss her back again when she pushed him back and ran away. After playing the chase game for a while he finally caught her on the couch in the living room. As his lips descended on hers, her hands rushed to his hairs and grasped a handful of them. His tongue entered her mouth with an eagerness to explore it. The more he tasted her the more his need for her increased and the same was with her.

She pushed him back to breathe properly. Her breathing became heavy and her eyes shut for a while. He picked her up and carried her to their room. He placed her on the bed and started to unbutton his shirt. He was completely out of his seneses. She made him lose his senses. While he unfastened the buttons of his shirt she laid on her stomach digging her face in the pillow. He laid next to her. Pushing aside her hair, he bit her on the nape earning a muffled moan from her. His hands wandered on her back. When his found the knot of the strings of her blouse, he slowly untied them, revealing her entire back to him. His lips instantly started working on her back whilst his hands slid underneath her stomach, caressing it. He made her face him. Without wasting a second he removed her blouse. His lips instantly devoured on her curves, nibbling them. He wasn't gentle. His actions were rough and she actually liked it. She found it hard to believe that this was actually happening. She was never fond of rough make out but with him she was ready to try on anything. It was always gentle and smooth with Rajeev but with him it was different. Soon she found herself completely naked in front of him.

"You're beautiful inside and out." He whispered as he thrust inside her with full force making her almost scream. This vigorous love making which lulled them into a peaceful sleep.
