I'm so sorry guys, I know it's been a month I haven't updated. I just got busy with few things. Tonight the update will be posted anyhow. Sorry again. Pardon me for this time... :) :)

Hello everyone. I'm finally here with an update. I'm sorry it took me so long. And thank you for showing patience on me. Hope you guys enjoy this.

Part 33:

"Rey are you going or not?" Preeti asked in a stern voice.

"Fine, I'm going." Saying this Rey marched towards Kriya carrying a plate full of food. He wanted to approach her but then things get worse when a man's ego come in between. Luckily for Rey there was Preeti, who made him understand.

"Daadi, why did mommy and daddy fight?" Kaira asked clutching her teddy bear in her hands.

"Don't worry sweety your mommy and daddy will be normal tomorrow. Let's just leave them alone for some time." Saying this Preeti took Kaira inside.

"Hey" Rey said sitting next to her on the bench. Kriya glanced at his direction with a weak smile for a moment and then turned her attention back towards the grass. They stayed in that position for few minutes before Rey decided to break the awkward silence prevailing between them.

'Umm, I brought you dinner."

"I don't feel like having Rey. You can take it back." Saying this she got up to leave. Immediately Rey, too, stood up and before she can leave Rey caught hold of her wrist to stop her.

"Kriya, at least listen to me please."

"Do you think there's anything left to listen? You've clearly declared me guilty even without having a proper proof and you still expect me to listen to you." She said irritated.

"Listen, I know somewhere I was at fault but then don't you think you were at fault as well. Kriya I'm much attached to bua dadi. She's like a second mother to me and how do you expect me to shut up when you say against her? And if you think practically, then the situation clearly proves that you are at fault. And I'm sorry for my behavior."

"Do you really think I'd do such a big thing against the person whom you love the most?" She asked with hurt evident in her voice.

He looked into her eyes. All he could see was the hut that he caused. His legs involuntarily moved forward, stepping closer to her. She couldn't read the emotions playing in his eyes. She could see care and confusion in them. And not to forget the frustration of the argument that held before. She just could not read him at that moment. His left hand reached for her waist pulling he closer whilst his right hand cupped her face. Before she knew, he pressed his lips against her. It took a moment or two for Kriya to get out this shock. Once she realized that it isn't a dream, she reciprocated the kiss. It wasn't a wild kiss. But instead it was slow kiss conveying the unspoken emotions. It was deep one. Their lips meshed together slowly devouring on each other. Kriya's hands reached up to his neck tugging his hair with one hand while the other is wrapped around his neck. His tongue slipped inside to explore her cervices. She let him dominate while the nibble onto each other's lips. After what it felt like eternity they pulled back. Kriya stared at him, still dazed.

"I hope you've got your answer." He said. She can't understand him at all. At one moment he says no one can replace Payal not even her but the next moment he kisses her with all the affection as if she's an integral part of his life, as if she's a part of his heart. This man is so confusing.

"Kriya?"

"Yes."

"This is one of the best kisses of my life." He said with a sly smile. This made he cheeks flush badly. Her gaze lowered down. Probably an hour ago they were yelling at each other on top of their voices and now they're sharing a lovely moment. This made Kriya even more puzzled about his feelings for her.

"Umm, Kriya?"

"Yeah?"

"I'm hungry. Can we eat please?"

"Yeah, sure. And Rey I'm sorry for overreacting." The next thing what he did surprised her even more. He pulled her into a hug with his face dug in the crook of her neck.

"I don't like us arguing." He said inhaling her fragrance.

"Me too." She mumbled while pressing her face into his chest. He kissed her on the shoulder an nibbled on it before pulling back. "Come inside quickly, I'll get the food reheated." Saying this he left her standing there in awe. This day was full of surprises; hence she concluded. She still found it difficult to believe that they had their first kiss moments ago. She blushed recollecting it. It was indeed her best kiss ever.
