Fabulous start Paakhee... Heart wrenching, gruesome, painful yet as your title suggests there will be sunshine. 😊That period and the painful memories associated with it are probably still haunting both the nations. People had turned into animals, bringing out animal instincts in even the loved ones where killing their own children seemed more merciful than allowing them to face torturous fate.

Great beginning... Let's see how Mr. Arnav Sngh Raizada brings in a lil sunshine in our Khushleen's life.

Same thing happened to my family. They were thrown out of their land. That time was horrible for both Indians and Pakistanis. And you have portrayed it very well.

OMG!!! this is incredible. realistic portrayal of the atrocities happening in newly independent india. i was numbed throughout reading the whole thing. felt as though everything is happening in front of my eyes. the last part where arnav's warm hand encases khushi's wrist, made me let out my breath that i had been holding throughout. can't wait to read further!! please please continue this ff soon..
