Chapter 5
I felt my face wet and sticky as pieces of hair strands sticked to my cheeks like magnets. His stare deepened as I felt my cheeks become hot and melt under his strong gaze.
My heartbeat began to speed up as my breath deepened. I could still feel Shlok's hug lingering on my body as I still felt his soft hands on my waist and his rose petaled lips against my ear.I felt electrified as my legs weakened.My body began to shake against Shlok's as I felt warmth on my cheeks.
My eyes were half opened as I felt Shlok's fingers lingering on the lower cheek as his soft thumb placed it on a falling tear in my cheek. My cheek throbbed under his thumb and I felt my heart jump out of my chest as I bit my lip.
His hands then began to slide down my cheek to the nape of my neck where I felt my neck stand up as if ants were running across it. He was close,very close. His hands seemed to be on my neck as if they were already experienced on how to hold it. His hands seemed to long my neck as fingers seemed to play on the back of neck. Slowly, the hands moved down my shoulders and slowly his hands began to melt my black scarf.
My scarf began to slid off my shoulders as I felt my opened buttoned shirt exposed to him. My eyes flushed red as my hands flew up to my exposed bra that lingered in front of his eyes. His dark eyes seemed to linger on my shirt as if he knew what he wanted to do next. I noticed him clench his hands as if he wanted to stop himself from melting me away.
Shlok began to unbutton his jacket as I looked up at him confused. What is he doing? Why is he unbuttoning his jacket? I looked back and realized nobody was in the section of the bart in which both of us stood at. We were alone. Was he going to finish the unfinished work of the men near the bart station?
I backed away as I hit the iron rod of the back seat. Shlok began to walk up to me as I gulped and looked down nervously. I felt butterflies stuck in my throat,but yet I felt safe. I felt the need to be with him.Perhaps, I felt safe after the way he had saved me or was it because of the intensity at which he looked at me?
Shlok took off his coat and soon grabbed my arm. I felt his warm grip seam through my skin as I felt him place it into the coat's arm and slowly I slipped my other arm into his coat. Shlok's lips were very close to my ear and my stomach began to suck in as I felt a shot of my breath go away.
Shlok started on the button below my waist as he began to slowly button my jacket. His fingers slid up and suddenly touched my stomach. I felt myself shake up as I hit my back against the rod.
"Sorry,"Shlok whispered as he began to button up my coat and left his last finger on the top button near my neck. I looked up into his deep brown eyes. They were lighted up in flame and seemed to long for something...yet I couldn't tell for what.
I took in his features and felt the urge to touch his soft,silky hair, run my hand across his strong jawline and feel it against my cheeks and then his lips...I wanted to feel them against my skin and feel their flaming heat against my own lips.
Wait...Astha...what's wrong with you?!I thought as I felt my head become foggy as I shook it,but felt my legs lose balance.
"Astha, are you ok?"Shlok asked as he held me by arms and shook me. I felt his warm hand clasped on to mines as he made me sit down on the seat as he sat down right next to me.
I felt the world spin in front of me as Shlok gave me a water bottle. I quickly opened the cap and took a sip of it as Shlok stared back at me.
"Here, take some Tyenol,"Shlok said as he noticed me feeling a bit dizzy. I shook my head as I grabbed the pills and swallowed it down.
We sat in silence as the bart went down the tunnel. I felt a sudden rush of tears as my mind went back to the incident that happened. I still could feel the grimy hands all over my chest, slimy kisses across my neck and the brutal way my shirt was unbuttoned. I felt treated as a piece of trash.
I heard Shlok clear his throat as he looked back at me.
"Look,Astha...don't cry.You should atleast be happy that your are safe,"Shlok mumbled. I shook my red as my face crunched up and I felt pressure building up in my face. My vision began to blur as I placed my hands on my eyes and tried to wipe my tears as my breaths began to become deeper.
God, anxiety attack. I always got these whenever I cried for no reason at all. So, embrassing.I thought as I began to hiccup and gasp for air as I felt Shlok's warm hand caress my back trying to calm me down.
"I-I...kn-...kno-...know...It's...just that...I...f-fee...feel so cheap!"I exclaimed as I felt my breath getting deeper as I took a drink of water and tried to gasp for breath,but I couldn't.
"Astha...just calm down,okay?And you have no right to feel cheap about yourself.This was all my fault.I shouldn't have let you go alone,"Shlok said as I raised my head up and take in deep breath.
"I-It's...o-o-okay,I-I-I shouldn't h-h-have l-l-left,"I gasped as I felt the bart bump up and hit against Shlok's shoulder.
I felt Shok's arm wrapped around my shoulder as my back hit his chest. His chest was hard,but felt nice against my back. I noticed Shlok dipping down his face towards me as his hot breath moved against my face. I wanted to stare into his eyes and feel them caress me. He was a mystery...
Crap...why am I thinking like this? I thought as I shook the thought out of my head.
"Sorry,"Shlok whispered as I removed my back from his chest and sat up as I wiped my tears and rubbed my eyes. I moved a bit away as I held on to my bag.
"Look..Astha...I didn't mean to leave you alone. It was just an important call and I couldn't miss it. I think both of us...started on a bad note and I shouldn't have suspected your intentions,"Shlok said as my eyes kept widening in shock. Wait...what just happened? Wasn't he mad at me? Wasn't I cheap girl according to his thoughts. I thought as I tried to read his face.
"You are just a resident under me and that's it. I shouldn't have treated a younger girl like you with such disrespect. I should've shown my maturity and understood whatever happened was just a mere accident and that's it. So, we can start over with a clean slate,"Shlok said as he looked back at me.
Was he just feeling bad for seeing me in such a condition or something else...?I thought as I gave him a questioning look.
"Ok..I guess,"I mumbled as I looked down at my hands.
"Good,"Shlok mumbled as I noticed our station soon arriving.
I got up as Shlok followed me. I felt another bump as I felt my feet moving forward as my body slammed against Shlok's chest. Two strong hands wrapped around my waist as my hands were placed on the chest.
My vision became blurry,but his face was clear. He looked gorgeous and I wanted his brown eyes...His soft black hair...His intense lips against my cheeks...His strong hands holding me right here...I wanted him.
Our breaths were entangled, hands were wrapped on each other's bodies, our face were so close and I needed a feeling of being cared. I wanted to remove the pain of grimeness that I had touched me.
I began to move my face closer to his as my eyes were casted down on his lips. They seemed so soft and ripe. My feet raised up on their toes as I tried to reach his face. I noticed his eyes downcasted at me as I felt my cheeks turn red under his gaze. My hands trailed up his gray shirt as I felt his eyes looking into mines intensly. I felt electricity running through my hands as I placed them on the back of his neck.
Then I felt his hot breath move directly into my mouth as I blushed and then I touched his lips with my mines. His lips were soft and felt so nice against mines as I felt Shlok's grip tighten against my waist as my lips dipped on to his inner lower lip and began to feel its pulse.
My head throbbed as I felt my body lose balance,but I still couldn't stop as I kept on with my kiss and didn't want it to let go. His lips tasted like melted chocolate and they were intoxicating.I felt Shlok's back hit against the hand pole as I began to feel Shlok move his lips against my mouth as I began to kiss his upper lip.
Then suddenly, I began to feel his nails dig into my waist as I yelped in pain. I felt a rough push as I fell back before I held on to a seat nearby.
His eyes were red as I noticed his veins popping out of his eyes. I noticed his mouth clenched tightly as I gulped. The bart doors opened.
Crap...what the hell did I just do?!Why did I do that?! And why him? I thought as I felt dizzy. Astha...run before he does something.
And my feet began to feel like wind as I grabbed my bag and ran out of the open bart doors.
