Delhi - Shantivan

Arnav Singh Raizada was beside his sister Anjali who had hugged him tight and he was caressing her hair.

Arnav: Di, its fine. I am back now. Everything will be okay.

Anjali; Chotte tomorrow is Teej. Hum unke liye wrat rakhenge. (I will fast for him)

How he wished to crush that man who was responsible for this state of his sister and she was still wishing to fast for him ?

Arnav: No Di. You are not well and this fast will make you more weak.

She was angry. She was very angry. She shoved his arms off her and then threw her medicines out of the drawers. Arnav stopped her. She was always like this. If she was denied to do anything which was related to him, she would do the same.

Arnav: Okay Okay theek hai. Fast tomorrow. Happy?

He made her sit on the bed and she had tears of happiness in her eyes.

Anjali: I didn't hurt you naa Chotte? I only wish to fast for him. You are angry on me? You wont ignore me naa?

Arnav truly felt bad. He kissed her forehead and wiped her tears.

Arnav: Di main aap se kabhi bhi naaraz nahi ho sakta. Aap mere liye sab kuch ho. Sab kuch. (Di I can never be upset on you. You mean everything to me.)

She was happy. She hugged him again and there came their loyal servant Hari Prakash telling Arnav that he was been called in Nani's room)

Anjali: Hum bhi challenge (I will come too)

Arnav: No Di. You should rest. I agreed for your fast right? Then you have to agree to me now. Just eat the food and then I will give you medicines. Okay?

She smiled and he left the room with Hari Prakash.

Lucknow - Sheesh Mahal

His sister's tears were killing him from inside and upon that the relatives and media's question on who did his sister married eloping last night? Abhishek's family were here too and they were provoking his anger more by talking low about him and his sister.

Abhishek: I should have know this before. She is not as innocent as she looks.

Shyam angrily strangled his neck pinning him to the couch for uttering such words against his sister.

Shyam: Humaari Gudiya ne aisa kuch nahi kiya. She is innocent. (My Doll never did anything like this. She is innocent)

Somehow Abhishek's parents and Shyam's guards were able to pull Shyam back releasing Abhishek from his clutches.

Abhishek: Now we have nothing left to stay here. But you spoiled our family's name Shyam. You will pay for this.

Shyam was angry again and was going to pounce on him but Khushi came there and held his hand.

Khushi: Nahi Bhaiyaa. Please shaant ho jaaiye (No Bhaiyaa. Please calm down)

Abhishek and his family left the house but not the media. They were still out waiting to get some statement on whom did Khushi marry. Afterall this family was always a centre of gossip for the media. And today they wont leave until they get some juicy update.

Delhi - Shantivan

Nani was watching the same news on the Television and she had some doubts to be cleared hence she called Arnav in her room.

Arnav: You called me?

He did see the video footage going on but tried to be normal.

Nani: Did you see the news today?

Arnav: No. I didn't get time.

Nani: How would you get it when you yourself were busy selling this footage to the media.

Arnav : Be clear Nani

He was angry yet completely aware that his Nani was genius at times when the matter came of him and his Di.

Nani: Toh aap ne shaadi karli? (So you got married ?)

There was a silence. For almost a minute after which he confirmed it.

Arnav: Ek din ki Shaadi Nani. Uss ladki se ab mera koi vaasta nahi. (One day marriage Nani. I have no more related to that girl now)

Nani was frustrated with his reply. Shocked would be an understatement. She wished to slap him for this deed and for this comment but she never raised hands on these two grandchildren as she knew how much pain they already carried in their lives.

Nani: Humme aap se yeh umeed nahi thi. (I never expected this from you.)

Arnav: Aur umeed honi bhi nahi chahiye Nani. (And neither should you expect anything Nani)

He was clear in his intentions. He meant everything he said. He will never get back that girl here as his wife.

Nani: You are giving birth to one more Anjali in this world which I wont let happen. Aap ko badla lena hai toh Shyam se lijiye. Unki behen se nahi. (You wish to revenge then revenge Shyam, not his sister)

Arnav's jaw clenched hearing that name from her mouth. He didn't wait to show his Nani what he wished to do at the moment. He locked himself in his room closing the door behind not letting anyone disturb him.

Lucknow - Sheesh Mahal - Night

Narayani was the Dayimaa of this house. She was working here from past 20 years and she knew everything and everyone here. She was the only one motherly figure for Khushi after her bhai Shyam.

Khushi was sitting on the bed staring at one place while her Narayani was taking off all her jewellery from her body. She didn't even change that Bridal dress yet and she was too weak now to do this alone.

Daayima: Bus karo Khushi. Kitna rogi? Bhagwan sab dekh raha hai. Woh sab theek kar dega (Stop it Khushi. How much will you cry? God is seeing everything. He will make everything fine.)

She kept all her jewellery inside a box and then tried to take off the Mangalsutra from her neck but Khushi held her hand.

Daayima: Let me take it off Khushi. If you keep wearing it, you will always remember those moments. And you will feel hurt. I am sure your Bhaiyaa also will not like it.

She moved back in hesitation. It was clear enough from her expressions she was not ready for this.

Daayima: If he asks you why you didn't take it off, you reply to him then. But tell me one thing Khushi, did he do anything more with you? Anything which a husband does with his wife? I know you already have told us everything what happened but that time Shyam was with us, and may be you wanted to hide it from him due to fear of him losing his patience. But now he is not here so you can tell me. Did HE touch you?

That sounded so wrong to Khushi. Getting touched by an unknown man who claimed to be her husband and who left her the next morning for nothing was so hurting.

She hide her face in her palms and wept bitterly. Daayima took her in embrace and soothed her down.

Daayima: I don't wish to increase your pain Bitiya. But this is important for us to know.

Khushi: I was unconscious. I don't know if he did anything more with me. But when I got up, I was still in the same clothes with no physical pain.

Daayima relaxed her feeling better that she was untouched.

Delhi - Shantivan

The phone bell rang and Arnav smirked seeing the caller name. How he waited for this call from today morning. So finally this Man wanted to talk. He cut the call purposely and then switched his Phone off.

Arnav: Keep calling Shyam Gupta, but I will not pick this call so easily. Apni Behan se bahut pyaar hai naa Tumhe? Ab tumhe pata chalega ki ussi behan ko rote dekhna kya hota hai. (Keep calling Shyam Gupta, but I will not pick this call so easily. You love your sister very much , now you will see what it means to see that same sister crying and in pain before you everytime)

He was going to call someone from his cordless phone when his Di came inside his room happily.

Arnav: Di? You didn't sleep?

Anjali: Chotte. You know who called me now? Inhone Phone kiya tha. Kahan ki who jaldi aayenge. Phir sab theek hojayega. Sab theek hojaayega (Chotte you know who called me now? He called and told me he will come soon. After that everything will be fine. )

She was happy but Arnav knew this happiness was baseless. He took her mobile phone from her hand and checked the logs. She didn't receive any calls from anyone since morning today. So this was yet another imagination of hers.

Arnav: Di aap ko koi call nahi aaya tha. (Di you didn't get any call )

Her happiness vanished and even if Arnav never liked her seeing so gloomy, he didn't want his sister to be in false hopes. She clutched his shirt and hugged him tight crying again.

Anjali: Why didn't he call me CHotte? Its been years, he didn't call. Doesn't he love me? Doesn't he love my baby?

Arnav pressed his eyes shut. He cupped her face and kissed her forehead.

Arnav: Di, aapka koi baby nahi hai. (Di you don't have any baby)

That angered her again. She pushed his hands away and walked outside. He followed her just to check if she was fine. She entered her room and then picked the Doll placed on her bed and started weeping badly. He couldn't see her like this. She was never even pregnant that she can think of having a baby but there was no bars to her imagination. She dreamt of a happy and full life with her husband which she never got and she was left devastated like this having no hopes in her life.

Lucknow - Sheesh Mahal

Daayima: Chap gaya hai who pal uske dimaag par Shyam. Woh nahi bhool sakti (That moment has stucked into her mind Shyam. She can never forget it)

Shyam: She has to forget it Daayima. And I will make it happen. She cannot take this tag her entire life. I will make the living of this man a Hell now.

Daayima: You already have made his sister's life hell now what more do you expect from him?

There was silence spread here after this statement.

Daayima: Kya jawab doge Khushi ko jab who poochegi tumhe ki aisi kaunsi dushmani thi tumhaare Arnav Singh Raizada se jo usne itna bada kadam utha liya , tumhaari behan se shaadi karne ka? ( What will you tell your sister when she will ask you the reason of the enemity between you and Arnav Singh Raizada which made him marry her forcibly? )
