#2: ArHi SS- Spark of Love

"Wow! I can't believe I am in love with you!" Khushi rested her head on Arnav's chest. He kept running his hands through her hair.

"And what exactly do you mean by that?" Arnav looked in to her eyes. She smiled shyly. "You know, a pretty girl like me falling in love with a stupid." She giggled.

"Oh oh. I can be stupid for my whole life if it means staying with you." Khushi blushed. "I love when you do that." Arnav caressed her face.

"Do what?"

Arnav kissed her cheek. "This." And Khushi blushed even more. "Oh Khushi. You have no idea how much I am in love with you." He just kept looking at her with eyes full of love and care. "Your hands in mine. Your lips... Oh I wish if time could stop here." He inhaled her scent.

"That's not needed because I am going to be with you always." Khushi cupped his face.

"Always?"

"Always." Khushi kissed him. And they stayed like that for a long time. Lost in each other. And it was Khushi who broke the silence. She tried to get up but Arnav held her hand.

"Where are you going?"

"Well, we aren't alone, remember? Badi ma would be coming at any time. And this is not a pretty good view for her." She again tried to get up but his grip was too strong.

"We are just on the same bed hugging each other like normal couples!" He said like an innocent child. Khushi raised her eyebrows at him.

"Really?"

"Okay fine. Just two minutes. I just want to hug you properly." He pulled her to him and she fell right on his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and hugged her as tight as he could. Burying his face in her hair he caressed her back. Just then they heard someone knock the door. Khushi immediately pulled away from him.

"It must be Badi ma." Khushi said biting her nails. "I told you she will be coming by now! Thank God the door was locked!" She gave a long sigh.

"Okay, but what are you going to tell her?"

"What do you mean?" Khushi asked.

"Well, You know, you in my room and the door locked. It doesn't give a decent impression."

"Oh crap!" Khushi sat on the bed. Arnav stood there like an idiot and Shehnaz was calling for him asking about Khushi.

"I'm coming!" Arnav said loudly. And he stood there looking at Khushi. She gave him a what-the look.

"Don't just stand there like an idiot! Think of something! She can't see me here okay!" She whispered roughly.

"Idea! You jump out from the window and I go and open the door!" Khushi's face lit up but when she realized what he said, she gave a cold glare at him.

"This is the second floor and I am not Spiderman!" Arnav chuckled.

"You think this is funny?"

"Why are you overreacting? She can't come in because the door is..." They both startled as the door open and Shehnaz got in. "..locked." Arnav completed his sentence and Khushi glared at him.

"He was asking for a glass of water and I came here to give it to him. We left the door completely open so anyone could enter. I kept the glass and I was just going out and you came in! Wow! Badi ma you are here! Aww I missed you so much!" Khushi hugged her.

"Yeah, even I missed you so much within just an hour! I have never spent so much time without you Khushi!" Shehnaz mocked her tone. Khushi gave an awkward glance at Arnav and he rolled his eyes.

"Well, I hope you had your glass of water, Arnav." She said looking at Arnav and he tried his best not to look embarrassed. And she turned to go but stopped and looked at them. "Oh and Arnav, she doesn't like when someone rolls his eyes at her. You need to keep a note of it okay?" She smiled and closed the door.

"What did she just say?" Khushi asked.

"Oh come on! You thought she wouldn't notice it? She knows you are head over heels for me!" He winked at her.

"Oh I love her!" She hugged him with joy.

"And I love you."

"How did you do it?" Rahul asked Priya. They were both in his house.

"I met him at a caf' and I tried to talk to him and he finally agreed. You know what a gentleman he is! And then I managed to use his phone somehow." She sounded pleased by her work.

"Genius I must say! Do you think Khushi might have read it?"

"Think positive! She should read it. And even if she doesn't, I have other plans for her."

"Like what?"

Priya rolled her eyes and took her phone and dialed Khushi's number.

"I am sorry. Who is this?"

"You should ask your boyfriend. I know he must have an answer. Especially after meeting me at the caf'. Oh I am sorry, didn't he tell you about it?"

"No, he did tell me about a b***h he met today at the caf'. I wasn't sure it was you. But thanks to you, you made it so clear! It has to be you. Listen, I don't have time for your crap so don't you dare call me again!" Khushi threw her phone on the bed. Why didn't he tell her about it? Is he hiding something from her.

She approached Arnav's room but hesitated to go in. What am I supposed to ask? What if he gets me wrong? No, no! I must ask him or else this will be bugging me. She opened the door.

"Hey, missed me already?" He gave a brief kiss on her lips. She smiled.

"So how was your day?" Khushi asked wishing he would tell her about Priya.

"Nothing special. Just normal routine." He said nuzzling her neck. "You smell so nice, Khushi."

"So, where did you go today? Gym?"

"Yeah gym.." He ran his hands on her back.

"And..?"

"Khushi.. are you spying on me?" He chuckled.

"No I wasn't. Hey I got to go." She turned to go but Arnav caught her hand.

"What is it, Khushi?"

"Priya called me." He released her hand and she immediately started to walk away from him.

"Khushi , I was going to tell you! She was upset and I just talked to her as a friend. Just to console her."

"You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." She banged her door.

"Khushi I swear I wanted to tell you but I was afraid you might misunderstand me."

"I would never do that Arnav. I love you and it means trusting you. I trusted you Arnav. And I expected the same from you.!"

Arnav banged his hand against the door. He picked his phone from his pocket.

"I was waiting for your call, darling." Priya said.

"Listen! I know what game you are playing and I am not letting you win. If you hurt her again, I swear I won't spare you! Keep her out of this! Do you understand?"

"I just wanted to help y..." Arnav hung up the phone. He went to Khushi again. Oh God! What have I done again! I always end up hurting her. Arnav thought.

He knocked the door and realized it wasn't locked. He opened the door slowly and entered the room. She was looking standing by the window. He stepped closer to her. "Arnav, I don't need any clarifications from you." Khushi stopped him as he was about to say something.

"Khushi.. I.." Arnav tried to talk but he just couldn't.

"I am not upset because you didn't tell about Priya. I am upset because you don't trust me, Arnav. And that's the most important thing in a relationship." Arnav touched her shoulder and made her look at him.

"I trust you more than myself. You have no idea how much you are important to me. I am not very good at all this relationship stuff. But I just know one thing. I love you, Khushi. And you mean a lot to me." He pulled her into his arms. "I love you. Please don't be angry with me." Khushi stroked his hair.

"I love you too, Arnav." They stood there hugging each other. A moment later Arnav's phone rang. Khushi tried to go but Arnav tightened his grip on her gesturing not to go. And she did the same.

"Okay, mom. I will be there soon. Promise." With that he hung the phone. He then looked at Khushi who was also looking at him with questionable eyes.

"Are you going somewhere?" Khushi asked wishing he would say no.

"Yeah. It was mom. She wants me to come home soon. She is missing me." Khushi hugged him tighter.

"Don't go. Please."

"Hey.." Arnav stroked her chin. "I can't stay here forever right? So the best option is to tell my mom and dad about us and make you mine forever and ever." He then captured her lips in his. "I can't wait for the day when you will become mine. Forever." He whispered in between kisses.

"I'm yours. Only yours. Forever and ever." She whispered against his lips.
