ENTRAPMENT
Part 1
Dr: She says she doesn't remember being married. This usually happens in major accidents where there is some serious injury to the brain. But this accident was very much normal. You said she was walking on the rail track and she hit herself to a Stone and fell unconscious. Am I right Mrs Raizada?
Mrs Raizada: Yes Dr. That's all happened. She was little disturbed from past few days. To tell you honestly, my Son doesn't stay with her. Infact they both don't get well along with each other and hence in distress she tried to kill herself. But we are trying to make things right between them.
Dr: This is a Suicidal attempt Mrs Raizada and we have to inform the Police.
Mrs Raizada: I won't mind if you do that Dr but this would only affect her more. She is already not in a sense to recognize her identity and I don't want the police to stress her again. I would suggest you release her back to us. She needs ample of rest and she would get that only in our home.
The Dr wasnt much convinced but the lady before him was not any ordinary woman. She was rich and seemed to have no reason for lying. Though at the moment the Dr had no proofs that the patient Khushi was really this lady's Daughter in Law, he still couldn't deny the fact that the patient had hurt her brain somewhere and such partial memory loss was possible. He agreed to discharge Khushi with this lady after finishing some basic formalities.

Khushi was trying her best to make the Dr and the Nurse understand that she was really not married. It was impossible that she could suffer from any memory loss as she clearly remembered everything about her.
Khushi: She is lying. She probably wants to take me with her and get me involved in some wrong activities. Why aren't you believeing me?
Dr: Relax Khushi. Okay fine, if you wish me to believe you that you remember every detail about your life then tell me who you are? I mean you must be having a family. Where are they? Give me their number so that we can contact them and tell them to come here. May be then the truth will come out.
Khushi flinched in pain which wasn't a physical one but Psychological one remembering her family. What if HE comes to know she was here? He will surely hurt her again and this time no one will save her from his wrath. NO. She cannot let anyone know she was here. But her absence there would make him search for her. What will happen when he finds out she was here in the hospital? He will use all his force to take her out of here. She was still confused about letting her true identity known to the Dr's here and they in turn took this as a point proving that she indeed didn't remember much about her past life.
Dr: Look Khushi, Mrs Raizada really may not be lying. Why will be a rich high class society lady lie something like this? She has no benefits in this. So I think you should accept the fact that she is your mother in law and you belong to her family. You will be fine soon. Your memory will be regained only when you start staying with those people who are your family members. I hope you will take this initiative for becoming well soon.
The Dr was very polite and understanding but he was judging and supporting the wrong side. Having no other alternatives, Khushi thought of analyzing this new turn in her life and meet this so called Mrs Raizada who claimed to be her Mother in law.

She was a lady in her early 50's but definitely she carried an Aura which could make the people around her show her respect. Her Designer Sarees and her diamond studded Purse showed how much she liked flaunting her richness. Khushi was having the medicines which the Nurse gave her as it was the time for her to be discharged from this hospital now. Mrs Raizada gave a sarcastic smile towards Khushi who was apprehensive of her own decision of accepting the lie that she was this lady's daughter in law. She didn't speak a word to her nor did the lady questioned her anything. The nurse left and Mrs Raizada stared at Khushi's blank face.
Mrs Raizada: You seem to be fine enough to travel with me.
Khushi: Where are you taking me?
Mrs Raizada: Our home Bahu.
Khushi clutched the thin sheet that covered her waiting anxiously to ask this lady why she was lieing so much. What was that she needed but before she could do this, the lady got a call and she moved aside to answer it.
Mrs Raizada: Yes Roy Sahab. I am getting her. Don't worry on that. You just ensure my Son doesnt create any more troubles for us.
Giving a wide smile to herself and then turning back to Khushi, she politely asked her to get ready so that they can leave from this place at once.

A 10000 Volt current passed in her body when she saw the Private Jet waiting for her to board. She was been escorted inside by the two black dressed Guards while the lady with her was pretty busy in making some quick calls to someone. She entered the flight which was an epitome of luxury. Only rich people could afford something classy like this. She was very uncomfortable with these new people but what made her feel better was the thought of leaving this city forever before HE could find her. Without much efforts, she sat alone at the corner seat looking outside the window and checking if the lady who was her mother in law will board this flight or not. She was her only solace at that moment as she didnt knew anyone else than her. Finding her boarding the flight and giving her a wide smile taking a seat next to her, she just moved at the corner in hesitation.
Mrs Raizada: Just another few hours and we will reach back home Bahu.
Khushi didn't speak anything. Definately she would not open her mouth and defend herself until she leaves this place. Once she reaches some other city, she will leave no attempts in running off from this lady's clutches who surely had lots invested in her.

A 2 hour journey and she was made to sit inside a Mercedes Car beside this lady who looked little relaxed reaching her city. Khushi had no chance of escaping this visit to this lady's home as she was always surrounded by the body guards who were keeping an eye on her all the time. The Car entered the gates of the best Villa in the city which was once again guarded by some men at the entrance. The tight security only made Khushi a little restless on how she would succeed in eloping this place. The Car stopped and the door was opened by a guard who saluted both the ladies as they got down. Mrs Raizada held Khushi's hand passing her a smile again and started walking towards the house. Khushi could feel the numbness inside with the pace of the things happening with her. She entered the house and once again was baffled to see such a beautiful home. This was one of the biggest house she had ever seen in her lifetime.
Mrs Raizada: How does it feel to be back home Bahu?
Khushi: I am not your Bahu.
She moved a step back being scared of the consequence of saying this. Mrs Raizada gave a wide grin seeing her discomfort and then proudly confirmed the accuracy of her statement.
Mrs Raizada: I know you are not my Bahu. But that doesn't make any difference now. You are in my house, in my city, between my family and now no one but me has a right to rule here. You should have defended yourself there in Mumbai rather than accepting it to run away from that city and find shelter somewhere else. Its too late. I have invested on you and I don't like losing anything in life.
Khushi: Invested?? On Me? What do you want me to do ?
Mrs Raizada: I thought by now you would have realised that. May be your mind is still not completely recovered from that accident. I want you to stay in this house and act like my Bahu before my Sick mother. Not for long. May be for few months till I get what I owe from her.
Khushi: You mean all this is for money?
Mrs Raizada: Stop asking me so much questions. And talk low. I don't want my mother to know how her daughter is playing hard to fool her.
Before Khushi could ask anything else, she heard another old lady calling "Astha" from behind. She turned behind and saw the old granny walking with the maid's support towards them. She was very old and looked sick from her face. So this lady who was her fake mother in law was Astha and this granny aged lady was her mother probably. Astha Raizada took her mother's blessings and hugged her showing some concern which looked fake .
Mrs Raizada: Maa. How many times I told you not to come out of your room. The Dr has advised you complete rest.
The granny seemed least interested in her talks and was only staring Khushi from top to bottom. That made khushi more uncomfortable.
Granny: Who is she Astha?
Mrs Raizada: You should have guessed her by now Maa. She is my Bahu Khushi, Chotte's wife. I finally succeeded in clearing Chotte and her differences and got her to India. Now she will stay with us forever. Hai naa Khushi?
The Granny seemed very happy hearing this. She took steps towards Khushi and blessed her placing her hand on her head.
Granny: I never thought I would see your face before dieing Bahu. Thanks for coming here. It feels like I got a reason to live now.
Tears fell from the granny's eyes while she shivered uttering those sentences of joy. Khushi never got this warmth of love from anyone like she felt in the touch of this Granny. She involuntarily hugged this old lady who wept again in her embrace.
Granny: Ab sab theek ho jaayega . Astha call Chotte and tell him to come straight home. I can't wait to see him and my Bahu together.
Astha : Jee Maa I have already informed him. He will be here in no time.
Once again Khushi felt a tug in her heart when she realized becoming someone's bahu would also mean she would be someone's Wife too. She had no clue what the entry of her Fake husband would get in her life ahead. She just wished to run away from this place as soon as she can but looked like till she meets her so called Husband, she won't be getting a good chance.

Uh not sure how this was but then the next part would be better than this one where the Raizada would meet his mother's forced Bahu. A clash of relations which already continued in this family will take a new turn with the entry of the Son of this house in the next part which will be posted next week.
