And it was a wonderful update.
The description of the pre-weddig rituals and the wedding and birthday cake cutting was lovely.
But then her love for mehendi ruined all the time they saved in shopping and sangeet, for it took more than one-forth of the two days available to them in just that. Super intricate designs up till her upper arms and till her knees on her feet. Which had colored very dark, Madhumati secretly grinned.
Was Khushi so excited during her previous wedding for all the rituals? Did she have so much mehendi on the last time too?
The part where Khushi was fanning Arnav while sitting for pheras and Khushi shooting daggers at Karan for making fun of Arnav was sooo cute.😳 And Sumer was having fun at the expense of his son's discomfort but I'm sure he was relieved as well. He was apprehensive at the beginning of this marriage proposal but now everything seems to be falling into place. He sees that they are perfect for each other.
Though Laddoo had a handicap that the world could see, Sumer knew that she was stronger person out of the two. Arnav needed her more then she needed him.
So true. And she doesn't even know it.
He knew his son just needed a guiding light and he could sparkle like a real diamond.
Now only if his guiding light knew about him needing her, though she does realise that he can be a real diamond.
I couldn't believe it. Arnav lost all the post-weeding games?😲 Did he genuinely try or was too lost in her beauty or did he purposely lose? I can understand about him being unable to untie knots but he didn't even find the ring all three times?😆 And his own is the first wedding he attended. Wow. I'm not that surprised though.
He was meant to be just her care-taker, he smiled. She was eventually written in his Arnav's destiny.
Thank god he didn't legally adopt her.
He grinned thinking of last one year when nobody bothered about an unmarried girl living just two doors away from him alone in this wing. And now when she is his legally his wife, they are worried what they two would do behind their backs.
I am completely with Arnav on this one.
Already as soon as they are married Arnav has now started coming first in Khushi's life beginning with her feeding her birthday cake first to him. Though of course he doesn't want to taste anything cooked by her. I was wondering whether she had tried to make good on her promise of try to cook edible food after the mela. You answered my question in this update.
The part where she runs to her father-in-law telling him that now he really is her papa was so touching. She has her entire family just as it was was the new addition (her husband) makes those ties even stronger.
So, Rishab decided to run away again. Well, he had done it before, he did it again. Lavanya sure must have thought there is something fishy for him not to attend Khushi's wedding both times.
I'm just waiting for how the first breakfast of Arnav as Khushi's husband turns out to be. Eagerly.😊 I have a feeling it will turn out good.
Also, they will spend the next night together since all the rituals are finally over and all they have left is the suhaag raat?😉 And before I forget, where's the birthday gift from hubby? There is one or not?
