well, good question! Khushi knows it because there could be no other reason behind it and moreover she knows who -ASR is, and what all he is capable of! 😉. But i surely will clarify this is next part!

Khushi is upset because Arnav insulted a person she holds dear! The fact that he too somewhere is same, adds to her ire and i guess anyone of us, would defend our friend our any close one the same way, what do you think..??.
