This is to answer all those PMs asking me if I have cut the story short due to time constraints 😊

No dears, I have not :) If anything I have extended it by several parts, considering I had initially planned it as a Three Shot..!!

And yes, I had said there will be two more parts. What I had meant was 1 chapter and 1 epilogue..😊

So epilogue will be posted soon...elaborating on Arnab and Khushi's choti dunya in Prayag..and also their bittersweet reunion with the rest of the family..

well it seems she had grown up and had to handle things on her own
but then guess like her hubby did it was her time to do so too

well they did right by sending him away
so he was ready to leave her again
but she didnt wanna let him go
not again anyway
after all it was hard being without him
so its better she went with him
so come what may she will be with him

Totally loved each and every update.
And now when I am reading this last one, I feel bad for poor Pranab. Really bad.
But I am equally happy for Arnab Babu and Khushi. 😃

wonderful update

I love that you just did not make everything perfect, spick, and span again. Arnab was charged with murder, and the story was set in such a time period that we are decades away from independence, so of course we were in for a bittersweet ending. Kudos to you for keeping it real.
You have done complete justice to Arnav and Khushi, their journey from complete strangers to man and wife, Khushi's evolving feelings for him, Arnav's liking changing into deep love, and most of all, Khushi's journey from a child to a woman.
Although I must say I was left thinking 'That's it?' when the chapter ended. Heaved a huge sigh of relief when I learned that an epilogue is on the way. I was looking for closure with regards to his family, and how they meet him, if they get to meet him ever at all, and am happy to know you will be tackling with that part in the epilogue.
This was one of my most favourite work of yours. I will miss your writing Jenny, I hope you will come back to some more after your break :)

Oh oh oh, the song does fit Arnab and Khushi's story perfectly! Lovely! :)
