PART 1: Intro to Raizada's
It was a beautiful sunrise in the outskirts of Delhi. The sun's rays beamed in lighting the whole RAIZADA MANSION.
It was 6 in morning and there came a voice.
"Hari Prakash. Get the tulsi taali ready"
Yes it was Devyani Raizada. The Dynamic personality in Shantivan.
HP came running to her with the plate with Water kalash and some flowers. She went to the backyard where TULSI plant is kept. She kept the flower on it and poured the water.
She prayed something and came back to the kitchen.
"Hari Prakash, aaj hamare Arnav bitwa aa rahe hain, isliye unke liye Gaajar ka halwa banayiye. Aur unke pasand ka saara khana hamein taiyyar chahiye. Konu gadbad nahi chahiye hamein(Today Arnav is retuning. Make his favorite Carrot halwa and also his other favorite items. I don't want any follies)" She warned.
"Ji Dadiji" Hari prakash nodded his head obediently.
Dadiji came out and saw her Bahu Ratna, coming all dressed up.
She came to her Saasuma and fell on her feet.
"Khush rahiye." Dadiji blessed her.
Ratna is a very polite person in Shantivan.
"where is your useless husband, I mean My good for nothing son" Devyani asked in serious tone.
"Maa ji, he is in outhouse." She said and went inside the kitchen.
Devyani marched to the outhouse and saw her son sitting on the couch with his useless friends. And he was playing Rhummy.
"Subah subah yeh shuru ho gaya" She slapped her forehead and took a broom.
"Abbey, tum logon ki konu ghar naahi hai ka? Yahan aake is ghar ki ujadne mein kyun lage hain. Jayiye yahan se(you people don't have a house? Why are you people here to trash my house? Get out of here)." She said. And before she could complete, everyone vanished leaving her son there.
"Maa, why are you always hell bent on ruining my mornings?" He asked. Before Devyani could answer
"Aravind ji, see I brought you your honey lime juice." She came and gave it to him.
"What took you so much time?" He asked.
"who ji, I dint get honey so brought new one and made it" She answered politely.
"you used dabur honey only na?" He asked to Devyani's irritation.
"Bahu, you should have mixed poison instead of honey. Waste heaviness to Darti maatha. Huh." She said and threw the broom on Aravind. It straightly landed on his shoulder.
"Maa, I am 50 years now. And you are still beating me like I am some 5 year old." He complined.
"You were same good for nothing then and the same useless now. When you never change, why I change my treatment for you?" she asked glaring and that's when they heard a laughing sound.
They turned to the door and saw a young handsome standing there and laughing.
Devyani's face broke in a beautiful smile. Ratna had a warm smile and Aravind was blank as usual.
"Arnav bitwa. Aa gaye aap?" she asked hugged him.
He came out of her hug and fell on her feet.
"Khush rahiye" she blessed him.
Arnav went to his mother and fell on her feet.
"hamesha khush rahiye babua" saying she hugged him.
Arnav smiled at the two most important ladies of his life.
Then he gave a bundle of papers to Devyani and signaled her to open it.
She read the paper and smiled wide.
"Arey you brought that farm house?" she asked.
"How can I not Dadi? After all it had all the memories of Dadaji" he said.
"I am really happy to have you. Otherwise ur useless father would have sold out all the property for his non sense reasons. Good that you keep a track of him and get those sold properties again." She said and caressed his cheeks.
"Maa, Pota kya aa gaya, apne bete ko bhul gayi( seein ur grandson, you forgot your son)?" Aravind complained again
"What have you done to make me remember you. Naalayak Kahin ka." She said and searched something to throw on him. And Aravind Ran out of the place making Arnav laugh.
"Ratna, I am really sorry to make you his wife, I thought he will.."
"Arey maaji, Leave it. He is good. But he needs time to change and I am already happy with my sons and daughter and you who treat me like a daughter." Ratna smiled happily.
"Maa dadi enough of emotional drama. Get my food. I am Hungry." Arnav said holding his tummy and earned a slap from Devyani.
"Chote, Gupta's have proposed something. We will have to visit them." Devyani said making Arnav choke.
"Dadi.." he said bewildered.

dat would be a treat to see it. "You were same good for nothing then and the same useless now. When you never change, why I change my treatment for you?" Dadi's dis answer has really backfired Aravinds attempt to stop is mother 4 further beating and really enjoyed while reading it.
