Aastha nodded and left taking files.
It was 9 pm as she was busy in reading whole file that she didn't noticed what the time was...
Shlok was about to leave the office at 9:30 pm and he saw Aastha's cabin's light on so he went there and saw her reading the file.
"Aaj yahin rehne ka iraada hai?" asked Shlok.
Aastha looked at the watch and thought," OMG 9:30"
Shlok saw her expressions and said," You can complete it tomorrow also..."
Aastha collected her things and left while shlok followed her till downstairs and when he saw her falling and he held her through her waist and "Man ke munder pe baithe hai gherke... mujhko ghoore yeh ehsaas... "Starts playing and they have a eye-lock for few seconds.
Aastha got up with a jerk and said," thank you..." Shlok got back to his senses and moved from there leaving her mouth opened.
"Kitne ajeeb hai ye... Sometimes so caring and sometimes ahhh... why shall I waste time thinking about him..." said Aastha to herself.
"Lagta hai aaj tumhe yahin rehna hai... chalo..." said Shlok in husky voice.
Aastha came back to her senses and ran towards the door and Shlok made a face seeing her way. He murmured," pagal hai ye...!!"
Suddenly her phone rang *chodh chaadh ke apne saleem ki gali Anarkali disco chali...*
She searched her cell in her bag and finally got and checked who was it? "Baba" she screamed.
Shlok looked at her expression and murmured," she's shouting as if she saw some ghost on cell..."
"Aastha where are you?" asked Avdoot inquiring.
"Baba... I am coming home... will reach in a while... don't worry..." said Aastha.
Avdoot looked at Kalindi and Ajju and said," she's saying she'll be here in a while."
"I don't understand itni raat gaye..." before kalindi would complete Ajju interrupted her," Kalindi... shant..."
Kalindi made a face and went to kitchen saying," aane do Aastha ko...!"

Aastha came out of office and stood at the street in search of auto. She didn't got auto and she was there since 10 minutes. Time was passing and her heartbeats went increasing.
"Aaj to aayi (mom) aur baba dono gussa karenge... Bappa help karo..." said Aastha to herself when Shlok stopped his car and came out in front of her and said," baitho..."
"No sir thank you... I will go by my own..." said Aastha not looking at him.
"Dekho... itni raat gaye yahan akele khade rehna galti hogi... use acha hoga ki tum car mein baith jao..." said Shlok looking at her.
Shlok directed her to sit and Aastha did sat. He dropped her home while Avdoot and Kalindi were waiting for Aastha at the door.
"Thank you sir..." said Aastha with a smile and thought lot of anger is waiting for her.
"Shlok aaya tumhe ghar drop karne?" Kalindi said in worry.
"Haan aayi vo... actually bohot der hogi thi kaam karte karte..." said Aastha explaining.
"Thik hai beta... aage se dhyaan rakhna... ki tum apna kaam jaldi khatam karo aur ghar aajao..." said Avdoot.
"Aayi baaba... mujhe aapse kuch kehna hai!" said Aastha in tensed way.
"Kya?" Kalindi and Avdoot asked.
"Voh... I won't be able to come in Anita tai's wedding because Shlok sir said that I have to go with him to Delhi on Monday" said Aastha looking at ground.
"Aastha tumhe mana karna nahi aata..." said Kalindi shouting.
"Aayi I did... but he said that if u want holidays then why did you joined? Leave this job" said Aastha explaining.
"Par beta... tum akeli jaogi?" asked Avdoot.
"Baba job lee hai toh karna hi padega..." said Aastha.
"Aaj sab bahar khana khaoge..." Ajju asked smiling.
"Arey nahi ajjju... chaliye..." Aastha said and held Kalindi's and Avdoot's hand and rushed inside.
They had dinner and Aastha left saying," Good night..."
Ajju saw kalindi's face and went near her and kept her hand on Kalindi's shoulder and said," Kya hua? I am watching Aastha jabse aayi hai tum chinta mein ho...!"
"Maa toh kya karoon... thik hai late ho gayi maan liya par ab toh hadh ho gayi hai shlok use ghar drop karne aa gaya... aur toh aur use Delhi le ja raha hai.. " said Kalindi.
"Kalindi... tum kyun itna tension le rahi ho... Aastha ab badi ho gayi hai... aur naukri lee hai usne so..." said Ajju.
"Now I don't want any arguments..." Ajju said.
Kalindi went to her room and Ajju to hers.
"I understand your worry Kalindi... but we must let Aastha go..." said Avdoot.
"But you know na... That Mrs Agnihotri... she is disguisting." Said Kalindi.
"Kalindi... Aastha is our daughter aur hamare sanskaar (values) cant be that weak" said Avdoot.
"Haan..." said Kalindi.
-Agnihotri's-
"Shlok... you told Aastha about that Delhi deal?" asked Niranjan when he saw shlok coming inside.
"Ji baba... I said..." said Shlok.
Niranjan kept a smile on his face and asked," Is she coming?"
Shlok nodded and said yes.
"Why is she go...?" before Anjali can say Niranjan made his fist tight and Anjali saw this and stayed quiet. Shlok saw at her with anger and left.
Sojal screamed," Bhouji khana...!!"
Anjali gave a angry look to Sojal and she left in kitchen. Shlok came down after he got changed and had dinner.
"Saheb... aap bata kyun nahi dete ise... taqi yeh ussse door rahega..." said Anjali.
"Agar aapka ishara Aastha ki taraf hai toh... forget about it..." said shlok in husky tone.
"Kya matlab?" asked Anjali.
"I know that why you are scream=ing from the day Aastha have joined our industry... Aastha ne mujhse shaadi karne ke liye mana kar diya... bina mujhe dekhe.." said Shlok.
"Tum yeh kaise jaante ho?" asked Anjali in confused state. Niranjan was shocked.
"I know since so long.. and it was because of you... agar aap ache se baat karti Kirloskar family se toh..." said Shlok and left.
"Koi serial dekhne ki zarooraat hi nahi hai is ghar mein... roz naya episode chalta hai..." said Sojal to herself.
"Sojal dhyaan kahan hai tumhara..." shouted Anjali.

"Yeh Shlok sir ko samjha nahi ja sakta aur jo koshish karega vo pura pagal ho jaega... na jaane aayi baba ko unse kya problem hai..." said Aastha sitting near the window while watching moon.
Suddenly her phone rang and she saw an unknown number and thought," Who must be calling me now?"
She received the call and said," hello...?"
"Aastha tumne vo" before Shlok could complete Aastha screamed," Sir... why you called me now? Of my mom and will come to know then..."
"Meri baat ko beech mein kaatna band karo..." said Shlok.
"Ab suno..." shlok explained her the work she had to do till Saturday. He canceled the call after he gave her the work.
"Kaisa insaan hai ye... na din mein chain na raat mein... iskaa name Shlok na hota aur Parshani hota toh..." said Aastha and turned the lights off and went to sleep.

Next morning Astha got up at 7:30 and thought that she'll reach office at time. She got ready by 8 and went to have breakfast.
