Chapter 7
She turned around and quickly got into a pair of shorts and loose top.
And he stood still waiting for her to respond. "Kria?" he spoke out loud, waiting for any word from her but he got only silence in return. He finally gave up and opened his eyes, there was no one in room, also door was locked from inside. She has to be inside only, but there was no trace of her.
He looked for her in almost every nook of her room and finally laid his eyes on bathroom. Should he check in there also? He hesitated initially but then something from inside pushed him to do so.
He stepped inside the bathroom, taking each step cautiously.
"Kria...I know you are there? Are you?" He spoke out loud but got no reply from her.
"Kria.. This is not good time for playing...Where are you?" He spoke out again and this time restlessness was completely evident in his voice.
He turned right towards her shower cabin, he knocked its sliding-Glass door, but got no reply, yet again.
He scoffed and opened the door to step into that huge shower cabin. In fact her whole bathroom was lavishly designed, with products of every brand, a range of soaps, shower foams, shampoos and hair perfumes.
Just in the minute he was about to leave from there, he felt the water pelting his skin slowly and soon he was fully drenched, he fumed with anger. He absolutely hated getting wet with clothes on and these were his favorite clothes. She knows it and yet she did it intentionally..
"What are you doing here?" Kria said trying to hold her laughter back walking out from behind the shower panel.
"So you were hiding there?" he scoffed.
"No, Why do I need to hide in my own house?" She argued, chuckling.
"Enough of laughter, Now some serious time Ms Ghai.." He murmured as he pulled her inside the shower cabin with his muscular arms.
She was left flabbergasted, yet again. What was he up to?
She looked in his dark brown eyes, they were so damn serious, and his cold palm- clasping her waist tightly. She could feel the blood boiling in his veins and how much irritated he was. He pinned her more, letting her drench in shower with him and aimed at her trembling lips. Her beating heart and restless breaths, he was completely enjoying this sight of Kria Ghai, unknown to others. She was still the same Kria with whom he had spent his childhood, same Kria whom he wanted to Date in high school, but now she was the Kria whom he loves, and he knew the feelings will be reciprocated.
He pulled her close, his hot breath teasing her lips. With one free hand he tucked the free wet locks behind her lobe, touching her cheeks, watching them turn pink. Water was still pouring on them and this situation seemed to have no end. They could have gone much farther from here but he made sure not to create one more awkward situation, already he was mad because of the happenings in that green room.
He turned off the shower and lowered his face breathing in her perfumed hairs. She just couldn't think of anything else than his amazing body which was visible through that wet white shirt. No wonder why all the girls were mad at him.
He breathed twice before leaving the washroom and stopped near the door to looked back at her, her eyes were calling him and looked away for their good.
"Kria.. I was here to Thank you for helping us out with today's photo shoot and as a regard I got something for you, I hope you will like it and wear that at Alumni meet" He spoke out before leaving.
And she sighed, Can in any world she could get a clean victory on him? Every-time something happens and the scoreboard get disturbed. Who won today?
She heard the door open and after hearing it close she stepped out from the bathroom. There was a gift waiting for her on the bed, wrapped in shining silver paper.
She opened it and found a pretty blue saari with black border and there was note kept along with it stating 'Thank You Kria'.
