Love this little trip inside his thoughts - especially after the kiss. Did that happen at midnight? So what was the saying about the first person you see after midnight being the person you will end up with in the new year? Hopefully they do get to spend more time together without the awkwardness of course. Funny how simple and uncomplicated man can be - he wants to know what she thinks and makes an effort to get it out of her but she is all flustered and trying to avoid him. The bottom line though is they want more kisses with each other. What's up with NK and La? They both have a point but somehow are not communicating their pov properly to each other like Kushi tried to explain to NK. What about that piece about avoiding heartaches for his family again? What about Akash and Payal at the party? Anything happened?

I can't fault Khushi for being so unsure of how to proceed forward with Arnav given what she saw or heard occurred between Lavanya and NK. Emotions, friendship, and matters of the heart are always complicated, I like reading your take.
