Sumer is grappling with fears for the surgery and Arnav's future understandable and he is going to try emotional blackmail...well at least he is going to let him choose the girl himself, am not sure what Arnav's reaction be, he will either dismiss the idea completely or then take the opportunity, given his feelings for Khushi and maybe at least start thinking on those terms with her!

a very eventful update!!!! i hope arnav realizes the opportunity that just fell in his lap. khushi has read arnav quite correctly but she still has to realize that arnav has more depths in his character as his name as clearly mentioned by you.
