Ok, Arnav is hell angry on Anjali and send her to outhouse, only with Nani and servant. Not even Anjali's spech help to soft him.

anjali don't want to be burden to her brother and realize that she behaved bad with Khushi. SHe wanted to die but Nani spoke with her.

Arnav drove to hospital to pick up Khushi and Aki and remember how Khushi told him what she feel about him when she saw how he fullfilled one wish of one small girl
