Did someone say that? That sounds .. rather painful! 😭

Khushi stood frozen holding the phone to her ear, her breathing suddenly faltering. A strange of mix of apprehension & jitteriness took over her as it dawned on her that her secret was no longer a secret. He had heard her. He had not been asleep. He knew she loved him. Yet he had let her go. She forgot what he had asked her. All she could think was he knew .. and he had remained silent the whole day. And he had let her go.

Now that's ASR's equal..she is hopelessly in love ..yet reasoning didn't abandon her ..why he let her go even after knowing she loved him..?

Khushi is a character which is supposed to be his equal .. and why not on all front? It is not only about being able to speak up against him .. is it?

"You shocked me, Khushi." He paused. "And it was not even the last thing I had expected you to ask. Not when we have shared so much. Not when you have said you .. loved me. And let me remind you, I did not agree easily. But you were so persistent and I was .. so confused .."

This guy is honest..the most important thing that's needed to get her trust him.

One thing I will never even dare to play with in his character is his honesty & integrity. He can be anything .. a d*ckhead even .. but not dishonest.

Arnav stopped midway not being sure how else to give words to his inner turmoil. He could not verbalize how her confession had made him feel and how horrified he had been when she had wanted to stop all contact. Both of them remained silent for a while, reliving how they had parted. They both understood each other; they still could feel the pain.

As Khushi did not respond, Arnav considered it as her apprehension. He cleared his throat. It was time she gave him some answers now.

He question her first..She questioned him instead of giving an answer and all that he is doing now is questioning back..will it ever end?

Are they really selfish? Or do they understand each other well..much more than what is needed? And you tell me this..why did you keep entire conversation on phone? Is there a reason for that?

Well, the conversation is over phone because these days, many of our important conversations are not face to face .. and it has edge. You can say things over phone you cannot say on the face .. 😉

Ok..I tried writing my regular nonsense..but I could not continue that for long..

You talk about their selfishness..that made my eyes wet.. as I told you, I can't comment much on this chapter..I am speech less, I can't do my usual blabbering..In short, for me this is the best chapter of this FF so far, and I am in love with this chapter..

🤗 We are two mad girls and our eyes get wet for no reason .. bas.

Arnav has a bad past. I wonder what it is. Looking forward to the revelation :) His past will have a more role to play in the upcoming days .. just letting you be prepared! But I promise .. nothing slimy!

He was helpless. He couldn't give her what she wanted. Marriage. And he decided to let her go. But he hasn't realized that what he's doing is actually the biggest evidence that he loves her. He is not being selfish.. Bingo! 👍🏼 And here he is still .. to get her back to him. Not on his terms. Something that will be mutual ..

Loved the way he was honest with Khushi. Telling her that her statement confused him. Shocked him. My ASR is always honest!

"I want you" in ASR's vocabulary = I love you in the real sense 😆

He just has to understand that. I am sure he had to walk a long way to get himself to say "want" only .. 😆

Loved the ending. He was happy on seeing her 😳

That discussion was intense... ! It was sad that they are to able to find a middle ground. I felt really bad for Khushi...kinda relate to her feelings... ! I like Arnav's character in this FF...he is stubborn but still he did not run away from his feelings ( which he could not name...😉 Iss pyaar ko kya naam doon 😛 ).
The best part when he realized that they were two sides of a same coin... if he has his beliefs then so do Khushi... and he has no right to force his beliefs on her.

All in all... I totally loved it... You're such an amazing writer...😊 I wanted to get 'res' the first place...but could not unfortunately.
But, its okay.. I enjoyed the update.😃 So, I'll try next time😊
