Okay so this is just a SaMud version of my TaaRey OS Happily Ever After! Hope you like it!
Intro:
SaMud have been married for 1 year now. The marriage wasn't forced, but they aren't happy. Kumud loves Saras with all her heart, and Saras cares for Kumud. But he doesn't show Kumud the love she deserves. Very distant. Kumud tries her best not to show her discomfort in her marriage to her family. But Kusum notices it. Recently they have been constantly arguing and hid both their pains from everyone else. Basically it is Saras' birthday and Kumud organizes a huge surprise birthday for Saras, even though she knows he hates huge parties.
Saras and Kumud had gone to bed early that night when they heard a crash. Saras immediately shot out of bed. Kumud got a little worried.
Kumud-Saras, what was that?
Saras-don't worry Kumud, I'm sure it's nothing.
Kumud-can we go check? PLEASE?
Saras-okay, let's go
They got out of bed and went down stairs. The lights came on and and everyone yelled out "SURPRISE". SaMud were shocked, but Kumud was happy.
Saras-what the. . . .
Sunny-Happy Birthday Saras!!!
Danny-How did you like our surprise?
Saras-well I am definitely surprised, it's great *not telling the truth*
Kusum-we knew you would like it. *winks at Kumud*
Saras saw this and glanced towards Kumud who was smiling at the gang.
Kumari-okay CAKE TIME!!!
Saras-guys you didn't have to!
Sunny & Kusum- but we wanted to
Danny, Kumud & Kumari- aww
Sunny and Kusum blushed and pushed Saras towards the cake. He cut the cake and fed everyone some. They celebrated for hours, and then everyone finally left. Kumud was clearing up the food when Saras came up to her.
Saras-what was the reason to do all of this?
Kumud-what are you talking about?
Saras-I know you planned this whole thing.
Kumud-so, what was so bad about it? I just wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday!
Saras-Kumud you know I hate big parties, why can't you just let me be?
Kumud-that's it. What is your problem? You can't even pretend to be happy for me. At first when I got married I thought you'll change and finally give me the love I deserve. I changed everything for you. I moved to Dubai, I changed my dressing style. I did so much, and you don't even appreciate any of it. Recently I have been doubting this marriage. Do you even love me? If not why did you marry me! Just one day, one day you could be nice and pretend you were happy. You couldn't even wait till I gave you your gift.
Saras-Kumud, calm down.
Kumud-nehi Saras. I've always wondered whether this marriage was right. But now, I know you never wanted this. Do you love me or do you still love that Juhi? Because I will understand if you did.
Saras-Kumud, stop it. How can you say that?
Kumud-I can, because for the past year I have been in love with a man who loves someone else. I have been in a loveless marriage and I can't do it anymore.
Saras-what are you saying?
Kumud-this marriage was a mistake.
Saras- Kumud don't say that.
Kumud-I'm sorry Saras, but I can't do this anymore.
Saras reached for Kumud and tried to touch her face, they were both crying now. He tried to cup her face, but she pushed him away and ran upstairs. She opened the door to her room and went in. She opened her cupboard and took all her clothes out and packed it up in her suitcase. She took all her jewellery and pictures and stuffed it in her suitcase. Saras came up stairs and pulled her into hug. Kumud pushed him away.
Saras-Kumud stop, please don't do this. Kumud, don't leave me.
Kumud pushed him and went down stairs. Saras tried to pull her back.
Saras-Kumud don't do this. We can sort out problems.
Kumud-no Saras, I have to do this. I can't live through this anymore. I'm sorry.
Saras-don't Kumud please.
Kumud-before I want to give your birthday present.
Saras-Kumud. . .
Kumud-congratulations Mr. Saraswatichandra, you're going to be a father.
Saras-what?
Kumud walked away, leaving Saras frozen. When he finally snapped out of it he ran after her. Saras kept trying to pull her back, but she gave him a strong shove and ran to get a taxi. She got it and told him to go to Kusum's house. Saras tried to call her, but all in vain. He went back to his house and broke a vase. He threw things all over their room.
Saras-how could I do this to her? She has done nothing but put up with me. I don't love Juhi, I never did. I need to prove to Kumud that I love her. I can't lose her, not when I'm about to be a father.
He punched his hand on the wall.
*Meanwhile with Kumud*
She got out of the taxi after paying and rang the doorbell. Sunny opened the door to see a tear stricken Kumud and her suitcase.
Sunny-KUMUD!?!?! What are you doing here? What's wrong?
Kusum came running out hearing Kumud's name. She saw Kumud crying and brought her in to sit on the couch.
Kusum-what's wrong di? Why are you crying? Why do you have your bag? Where is Saras?
Sunny-okay, I think we should let her breathe first. I'll go get her some water.
Kusum nodded her head and went to the kitchen. But before Kusum could say anything else Kumud hugged her tight.
Kusum-shh, di tell me what's wrong?
Kumud-I've left Saras!!!
Sunny & Kusum-WHAT?!?!?!
Sunny-what do you mean you've left Saras?
Kumud-I can't do it anymore. I'm not happy and neither is Saras.
Sunny-but I thought you loved him.
Kumud-I did, I still do. But he doesn't treat me like a wife. He treats me more like a burden. He doesn't love me. I've been living a loveless marriage all this time.
Kusum-Di, calm down.
Kumud-I can't do this anymore. I can't let me and my baby live an unhappy life.
Kusum-baby. . . . this means I am going to be aunt!
Kusum hugged her sister.
Sunny-don't worry Kumud you go sleep, we'll talk more tomorrow morning.
Kumud went upstairs and slept. Meanwhile Sunny and Kusum talked about what to do.
*The Next morning*
Saras woke up and his hand was aching, after dressing it with a bandage he went downstairs remember the painful events of yesterday. He walked towards the front door and saw an envelope on the floor. He picked it up and opened it. What he took out was the most shocking documents. He had never felt more heart-broken in his life.
Saras-Divorce???
He quickly got changed and rushed over to Sunny's house. Thankfully for him neither Sunny or Kusum were home. He barged into the house and found Kumudis the guest room. He locked the door and snuck behind her. He put an arm around her waist and covered her mouth before she could scream.
Kumud-what the hell are you doing here Saras?
Saras-I've come to get my wife back!
Kumud-did you not see the papers that I sent you!
Saras-Kumud, you don't want this. I know you don't. I don't want to lose you. I can't lose you. You're all I want, you're all I need, I only want and need you.
Kumud was crying and so was Saras. They put their foreheads against each other's.
Saras-please Kumud, don't leave me. I need you. I want to be a father. I want to have a happy family. I didn't mean to be so rude and not love you. I want you Kumud, and only you. I love you, I always have.
Kumud's tears were unstoppable. Saras kissed them away. He placed kisses all over her face.
Kumud-I love you Saras, I love you.
Saras placed a soft but passionate kiss on Kumud's delicate lips, but Kumud kissed back straight away. His right hand caressing her face, and left hand circling her stomach. Her hands rubbing up and down his chest. She stared to unbutton his shirt, and he undid the string at the back of her top. He carefully lay her down on the bed and took her top off. He gave her wet kisses straight down her body. She moaned and clutched him to her closely. The made love into the afternoon.
Sometime later they were on the bed. Saras' arms around Kumud's waist and Kumud's face in Saras' chest.
Saras-you know we might have just made another child.
Kumud blushed red, but was so happy. She was now happy that she had a proper marriage.
1 YEAR LATER
Sunny & Kusum- Happily married with a daughter named Kalpana.
Danny & Kumari- engaged
Saras & Kumud- Married. Have twin daughters and a son. Daughters named Maya and Myra (my name and my little cousin's name) and son named Gautam. 😉
