And suddenly bang!! They hit the tree which was invisible in the dark. Arnav lost his control over the bike and the duo along the bike fell to the ground. Kushi squealed in pain but she was not hurt as arnav with his strength stopped the bike from falling on her. But as the way was slopped , kushiand arnav lost the control to stand on their feet and they slipped on the slop grass . they rolled and rolled on the slope. Within a blink of any eye they fell to the ground. Kushi yelled in pain as she hit the ground. Her head was hurt very badly. Her breath hitched, she was unable to see anything cos it was utter dark. She was unable to move from her place. Her body ached very badly.

Arnav managed to get up and the first thing he did was he ran to kushi, even he was unable to see her , with the help of moon light he reached her.he heard her silent sobs. He took her into his arms..he just couldn't even control taking her near. Kushi lost all of her strength. All the event going on for last two days really sucked all of her soul. He took her head in his lap and stroke her hair.

Arnav: kushi'kushi you okay?

He patted her cheeks..she slowly opened her eyes at his soft strokes on her cheeks..the moon light reflected on him..and there she saw him..her savior..his eyes so dark..very dark intensely gazing at her waiting for her response ..she have never seen him..his face doesn't seem familiar too. His features were sharp. He was truly so handsome. Her vision blurred due to her tears. finally she has escaped from those goons. She blinked her eyes and sat as he held her shoulders. She can only see his eyes clearly. She just sat numbly staring at him..his voice was hear feebly but she couldn't get anything as her head was badly hurt.

The cold wind poked their skins and the moon hid behind the cloud playing hide and seek. A the moment the moon light was gone kushi clutched arnav's arm getting scared. She is so scared of darkness. She felt suffocated which did not go unnoticed by arnav. He placed his palms on her hands where she caught him and replied

Arnav: its okay'im here..see very near

But still she did not get satisfied. She literally pulled him to her to sit beside her and she clutched him tighter than before. Her nails were literally poking into his skin. She don't know why? But she felt that warmth near him. She did not allow any boy to even touch her shadow.this guy is a stranger but his courage to save an unknown girl gave her a full trust on him..her SAVIOUR!

Arnav silently hissed in pain. Her nails were causing burning sensation his skin but he still kept quiet. Her face all cold and dried. She Is scared of darkness. He saw her literally shivering of terror. He have to find something that atleast show them some light. He tried to get loosen her grip but she did not allow him to. It was awkwardly silence except some sniff's. a bit far in the bushes he saw a tiny sparkling light. His lips curved into a smile.

Arnav: kushi, you stay here..i ll be

Before he could complete she interrupted him feeling all worried

Kushi: no please..aap kahin nahin jaa sakthe. Im so..so 'she gulped down her dry throat..im so scared of darkness..please

She was literally crying..she did not knew how to console her. Her grip on him was getting too tight

Arnav: I will just get something tha can show us some'but kushi started crying out of terror. Tears were dangerously spilling out of her doe eyes. He did not understand what to do. He made her stand along with him. She did nothing just stick to him like her life depended on him. Both took tiny steps, she followed his foot steps. Finally they arrived near the bush. Kushi did not understand his intentions. Her arm was still coiled around him. Arnav took a few steps forward and brushed the bushed over there and the sight kushi saw was beyond her words.

The moment his hand brushed the bushes, a hundreds on fire flies few from the blushes..a cheerful smiled appeared on kushi's face. The place changed form darkness to a magical night. It just seemed so fairy talic. The small bugs with a sparkling light on it. For a moment she forgot all her fears, her face glew with joy and she tried to catch one of them. Arnav's heart leapt seeing her smiling. His lips curved automatically smiled seeing her. She clapped in excitement and her gaze froze on arnav's

Her arm coiled in his and they were literally holding each other. Knowing whats going on in her mind , before he can drew back, kushi pulled away from him and looked everywhere except him. She wrapped her duppata around herself. They saw a huge tree behind the slope. As arnav guided her, she followed him. Arnav did not find his bag nor his things. He cant do anything until the dawn breaks. He was about to walk towards the tree when her soft voice stopped him

Kushi: thank you so much'aap..

He interrupted her

Arnav: arnav'im arnav..!

He forwarded his hands. Kushi hesitantly joined her fingers in his. A jolt like electricity passed from the tip of his finger when he touched her. For a minute , butterflies flew in her stomach. She smiled and shook hands with him

Kushi: agar aaj aap nahin hotha toh'batha nahin mein kya hojathi..

He nodded his head and asked her

Arnav: kushi..why are they after you?

Kushi's eyes opened wide in shock..not just cos he asked her bot the goons but he knows her name, he knows her NAME?? she didn't even realize it till now? He waited for her answers but she inturn questioned him

Kushi: how do u know my name arnav ji?

Arnav was dumb folded. He thought she is dumb to realize. He did not think of anything and lied

Arnav: you told me remember?

Kushi nodded no'she have not introduced herself to him. Questions popped in her head, she was about to ask him again but she got terrified listening to the fox scowls. She immediately clutched arnav in fear. He calmed her

Arnav: I think u should go to sleep..adjust tonight, I will arrange for tomorrow..

Kushi nodded and leaned her self to the tree..she felt uncomfortable..but no fear..she have him beside her, her SAVIOUR. From the corner of her eyes she saw him settling himself on the rock keeping himself awake. She smiled slightly and prayed her devi maa for sending her savior..truly he saved her today

The morning wind hit her cheeks inviting her to feel them. Kushi blinked her eyes trying to figure out where she is, she tried to move from her position but her neck ached a lot. She then look at her surroundings and realized she slept in the same position the whole night. And suddenly her eyes searched for him, arnav..the place where he slept the previous night was empty. Her heart rate increased and pumped rapidly of fear. She ran to the other side, there was no sign of him. She wanted to scream for him. But her mouth did not support her , tears already rolled down her cheeks. No, it cant be! He cant leave her like this.no..her head pondered and pain shot through it. She felt so helpless'her sobs got louder..who will help her now? Where is her savior..just then she felt a soft touch on her shoulders, and then he heard his husky voice

Arnav: kushi, you okay?

A wide laughter filled her face, crying through her tears. her heart just took a few more jumps seeing him. Unable to control herself she literally jumped on him hugging him tight , hiding herself in his chest, that place gave her soothing..some kind of a relief. She cried her heart out. She thought that he left her in the middle of now where. But..he returned back..devi maa sent him back. Happy tears covered her face. But this thing shocked arnav. At once as she embraced him he felt many emotions at the same time. His hair touching his chest and can sense her crying..his shirt was wet and rinsed with her tears. he just wanted to hug her once as tightly as he can. He was about to draw her close when kushi realized what she was doing. She drew back slowly wiping her tears, gazing at the ground feeling awkward

Arnav: what happened kushi..? why were you crying.

She wiped her tears and asked him pouting

Kushi: where were you been arnav ji? I was so scared that you left me here..you know..i was so scared..i searched for you but you'her tears couldn't stop anymore..she just closed her eyes with her palms and cried

Arnav hear pricked a million times. He shouldn't have left her. And now because of him she was so scared and terrified. Silent tears formed In his eyes seeing her in that condition but he removed her palms covering her face and put her hair strands behind her ears. Kushi just stood numb. She had never allowed any boy near her, even its her friends she felt so uncomfortable. For the first time someone, an unknown stranger..he saved her life..she never expected that she will hug him and trust him..the moment when he was missing when she woke up just scared her to the core..

Arnav: its okay..im here..i wont ever leave you kushi..i promise!

His simple words touch her heart. Kind people still do exists..she thought..and she saw his bag hanged on him. She was shocked. Yesterday it was left near the place they hit the tree , but they couldn't get hold of it as they lost the balance. Seeing her gaze on his bag arnav replied

Arnav: yeah! Ive gone to take it..Ive climbed the slope..it was too slippery..but finally I can get hold of this..he said sighing

Kushi: what about the bike? Arnav smiled and replied sitting on the rock

Arnav: it is in an worst condition kushi..forget it!

Again her name? she was hell curious to know about how he knew her name..but he will ask her about the goons.s o she kept quiet. But the thought that he was stuck in the woods in because of her made her feel sad

Kushi: im so sorry arnav ji..yeh sab

Before she could complete he interrupted her

Arnav: no..dont say it..i will never leave you okay?

He tried to build confidence about him to her..that he will never hurt her. He wanted her ot trust him and tell him everything so that he can help her out

She smiled and cuddling her arms over her..she seriously needed atleast a face wash..but how to ask him? And where can she fresh up? She was lost in her thoughts when he spoke out hesitantly

Arnav:..ermm..kushi..there's a pond flowing there..if u want you can'

Kushi really liked his manner of hesitant..but she didn't knew where that pond was. She followed as arnav guided her and finally they arrived. It was such a beautiful scene with trees, birds and waters..but waters..she is scared of them..and also scared whether he will disappear again..arnav understood her silence and replied huskily

Arnav: I wont go..i will be here

Before kushi can talk he turned to the other side facing his back towards her. She needs to wash..and he don't want to make her feel ugly..he knew her but she don't. he wants to give her some privacy. He closed his eyes waited for her to finish.

There's something in this guy that made kushi drawn towards him. His simplicity, his care, his possessiveness, his guts to save an unknown girl from goons..and now his manliness'understanding girls heart and making her comfortable is manliness..

She slowly stepped in the water..not too inside as she was hell scared of it..she took some water in her palm full and slashed on her face. The cool water hit her skin causing goose bumps. All the time she was washing , her gaze was fixed on him. He didn't even try to take a glance at her..she smiled to herself..this man..is so yet different from the others.

She took her duppatta for wiping herself. But her dress was pathetic. The sleeves were torn completely. And the duppata was too small to wrap herself around. Some how she managed to wrap it around her but it was small. She cleared her throat and said

Kushi: im done arnav ji'

Arnav opened his eyes and turned towards her. Her face is a bit fresh now..all the mud marks were gone..but her dress..it was torn and he can sense her uneasiness. He removed his blazer and walked towards her

Arnav: take it! It will help you

Without any argument she wore it. She can smell him in his clothes. She coiled to it as close as she can

He opened his bag and gave her water

Arnav: I have only water kushi..if we reach any village we can contact aman and he will arrange everything

She didn't even know who is aman but she nodded for all what he said.he took a breath and said

Arnav: we need to cross the pond..so that we can try to find any village..

Kushi stood silently. She is scared of getting into water.when she was 8 year old child her mother died while they were on a boat trip. from then on she is scared of getting into water. But how can she tell him? What will he think? Arnav already stepped in the water walking..and saw that she is not following him. Kushi with her lashes low. He frowned and asked her with concern

Arnav: kushi, whats wrong?

Kushi played with her fingers nervously and said with a low voice

Kushi: im scared of water arnav ji..i can't get into this..can I take another route? Shahidh there's a way there..she said pointing out her finger at the path far beyond..she didn't even knew whether there's a bridge or not..but she just don't want to get into water..she is hell scared of it.

Arnav just looked at her blankly..she did not understand what to do..

Kushi: arnav ji, I cant..

Before even she replied, in a fraction of seconds arnav scooped her in his arms. Her feet were automatically lifted away from the ground and she was in his arms..correctly leaned on his chest..she can listen to his heart. She clutched his shirt tightly and he liked it. The feeling of her softness on him felt like eternity. But kushi was so lost in him. He dared not to see her but she kept starring at him..she is not scared now..cos he is with her'her SAVIOUR
