Arhi FF: The Matchmaker #4

Shyam's plan to waylay a Khushi not in her senses goes awry thanks to his Rani Sahiba and her enthusiasm to introduce her Pati Dev to her friends. *Anjaliji, Aap bhi na! Pata nahi he kya? You plan on foiling your Pati Parameshwar's amorous plans!Yeh teek he kya???* Shyam's frustration knows no ends. Instead of spending time with his Khushi he has to meet and spend time among his wife's friends! ***Knowing that Arnav's marriage to Khushi was a sham, I wonder what plans he had for Khushi. Whether he would divorce Anjali or commit bigamy or keep Khushi as his mistress! Had always wondered about this aspect.*

After a Cassanova, comes Arnav in search of Khushi and with the help of a smiling Di with twinkle in her eyes goes to Khushi as per her directions. Khushi, Gazebo, colours and water. What's missing? Arnav. Lo! here he comes in time to clear her eyes of the colour dust and catch hold of a drowsy Khushi! * Nice biceps and of course white shirt! Who can forget???* So back at room both doze off their stupor. When he got up what does he see? A beautiful sight of Khushi in wet hair, freshly showered looking like a flower that had bloomed with a first shower of rain after the sweltering heat! Trust Anjali not to leave out a chance to tease and asked Khushi did her Chote tell her how beautiful she looks? Arnav realizes that it was Di's prank to make him drink bhaang laced drink. But Khushi is puzzled! *Buddhu! Its Anjali cupid at work*

Arnav works at Mumbai day and night for two days and comes back to RM and Khushi and what does he find? A woebegone Khushi! The reason for her being sad was that her Jiji was getting married! No, no, Jiji getting married is fine and a happy news, but she has to move out of the wedlock once that is done! Once Arnav comes to know he is angry that she is sticking to his original plan and is not staying back! *But my dear Buddu! You need to spell out that you want her by your side. She has no way of knowing what is in your mind. How does she know that you have changed your thoughts when you have not verbalized it. She will adhere only to the thoughts voiced out to her before! I can't believe I am needed to tell this to you! Chote, tum bhi na!* When Anjali comes to know that Payal got engaged she has to share it with Nani and they rope in Khushi to tell all about it,without allowing Arnav to talk to her! *What the! Unbelievable!! ASR being shunted out!!!*

Arnav is not the one to sit quietly! He goes to Mami and tells her about Payal's engagement and without mincing words tells her to buck up or else Akash will miss not only the train but even the bullock cart!

Arnav comes back to his room and calls the number he often did! *who is it tellz me! tellz me! Is it the general dogsbody Aman???* He spits out, Find out all about Rajiv Shukla. Something is fishy! *Me wonder is it Shyam's handiwork?? So that he can have me time with Khushi when she seperates from Arnav without Rani Sahiba poking her nose??? Enjoy two birds at the same time???*

Loved the tracks as well as the connection to the story. Loved the way you have cleverly incorporated Khushi's sagaii announcement track into this story as though Anjali is congratulating Khushi for her sister's engagement! Loved it! In the holi track I did not expect Dhadkhan convo as it would not fit here at all at this point of time!
