Part Six
She breathed in that heavenly scent, wandering why she'd missed it in years. What-so-ever, a less she thought about the line between a dream and reality. Her lips smiled under his hard ones. Probably for second time. It was not a virtual kiss, it was something more than virtual, her mind rationalized. But something charismatic was keeping her from opening her eyes.
That we're making two reflections into one
Cause it's like you're my mirror
My mirror staring back at me, staring back at me
She sighed, and surrendered under that surreal dominance. But soon her lungs ached for that scent. No, more she felt that warmth. No more she breathed in that heavenly scent. No more virtual kiss but real aftereffects. She woke up with jolt, heaving, filling her lungs with deprived air. Her hairs messed gracefully, pulling over her face. What just happened? She touched her wet lips, they were beautifully swollen. She got up from bed and traveled towards the mirror. And all she could notice was a strange pink flush of arousal. Her ivory skin was burning with a strange desire.
Little barks caught her attention and she rushed to see Duffy, her 3 month puppy.
"Duffy'" she shouted at the top of her voice and doing so she licked her lips, her taste buds got tickled with that vanilla whiff.
She reached the door, where she saw Duffy barking in his low mournful voice, as if something he wanted was taken away from him. She noticed that he was continuously looking outside and yowling. She looked into the same direction.
And what she saw just left her perplexed. She saw a grand car leaving from the drive-by of her house. Her nerves got bunched up in her stomach as her unconscious mind started thinking where she had seen that car.
And she stood at door, until she saw it disappear completely.
"I have seen it somewhere'" she was feeling weird, and somewhat happy from inside.
She closed the door and twisted the knob. That strange feeling of being imprinted for someone surrounded her. She racked her fingers through her long hairs and made her way to dining hall.
On the table she saw a pink box, beautifully wrapped with golden ribbons. She opened it and found a basket full of cherries along with bunch of white lilies. They smelled so good, But who had kept them here?
She eyed Duffy who was continuously licking her ballerinas all the time.
Oh, there was a small paper also. Her hands reached for it with a lightning fast speed. She opened that ivory paper. Inside it the written thing left her completely shocked.
"I missed you Love."
Each letter echoed in her ears. This writing, she knows who writes this way especially that alphabet "I". Her hands caressed each letter with some strange emotions, and she smiled unknowingly with deep breaths of contentment.
I am so happy today. As today my school days friend is coming at my place. We are meeting after 5 awful months :/
But we are going to have all the fun today before she goes off to Mumbai, as she is shifting there for higher studies. :'(
