Chapter 2
In Arnav Singh Raizada's world,generally others looked forward & waited to see him.But that day the great ASR made an exception.He descended down the AR staircase to meet Khushi Kumari Gupta.Almost every AR employee had left in the evening as working hours were over.He reached her desk but there was no one.He felt the anger mount within him.He called Aman immediately to find out her whereabouts.Aman called back after a minute & told him where she was.His eyes acquired the glint of predatory instinct in them & Arnav Singh Raizada headed towards the AR storeroom to hunt down his prey.
Khushi was standing on a stool in storeroom,trying to get the file from the top of the shelf,which was far out of her reach.With her each futile attempt to get the file,the stool she was standing on,jerked dangerously.But she was determined carry on her task ignoring her own safety.Arnav entered the storeroom & his eyes searched for her.He spotted her at the far corner of room,standing on a furiously shaking stool.She was trying to get something from the shelf.His eyes wandered over her petite form.Over her dangerous curves.Over her long slender legs clad in her Chudidaar.He wondered...just wondered.Over her half bare back.Over her arched posture.It only ignite his lust further to explore her.To know her secrets.His wild imaginations gave him a pretty vision of how it would be without any barriers between them.
To get Arnav out of his lustland,the stool finally gave away & decided to crumble on the floor taking Khushi with it.But before this happens,two strong arms caught her midair effortlessly & held her securely.The stool lay crumbled on the floor & Khushi close to an hard chest,listening to the soothing melody of an calm & composed heart,clutching on to a designer suit for dear life.She had shut her eyes tight due to fear but soon as she inhaled his familiar masculine scent,the expressions on her face changed from scared to assured.Her heart started beating rapidly due to his close proximity & intensity with which he had held her.She opened her eyes slowly & looked into his honey depths.She felt like drowning in them.Their eyes got locked in each other's for a few moment.Soon his gaze averted to her trembling lips & she saw the same raw lust for her in them.She struggled in his strong grip to get free.He let go of her unwillingly.
She composed herself & stood a hand's distance from him.She started looking everywhere but him & fidgeting with her Dupatta as per her habit.She was nervous.Arnav noticed that she was like that only around him.He liked the effect he was having on her.He smirked & advanced towards her predatorily.Khushi started walking backwards not willing to think what would happen next.She was not at all expecting anything decent from this Devil Raizada.She just started chanting her Devi Maiyya's name mentally & prayed for less hurt for herself this time.She could only pray.Their little forward backward game halted when Khushi tripped over something while going back & fell taking Arnav with her.It was all of the sudden for them.Khushi gasped in shock when Arnav fell over her literally crushing her beneath him under his whole weight.
The fire ignite again.The lust took over again.He was on top of her.She was so soft & moving continuously under him to provoke the beast in him.Oh,she was so innocent & irresistible.One of his wildest thoughts had came true unexpectedly & in such a short time.He had a whole list of sinful desires that he wanted to execute with her.She moved again & he pressed himself some more over her.His strong & workout built body was much heavy for her fragile self.He thought what she would do when they would actually do it.How she would be able to bear his weight.He was all over her & pressing his body on her at certain places.Her eyes snapped at him when she felt it.Damn he was threateningly aroused & she had nothing but just hurt in her eyes.He wanted to ignore it but then her constant nudging made him take the decision to let her go.He rose from above her & extended his hand to help her.She looked angrily at him & got up on her own & turned to leave while shooting daggers at him.
Before she could take second step,Arnav held her hand & pulled her with force.She came crashing over his chest,her back touching his front.He held her so intimately,that she forgot for some moments that she was angry on him.That was the sheer torture for her.His breath fell over her sensitive skin near her neck & it sent shivers down her spine.She shuddered visibly.He breathed in the flowery scent of her shampoo.Intoxicating.He had never ever before smelt anything so refreshing in his life.He nuzzled her earlobe & suppressed his urge to bite it.Not yet.
"You can't escape me Miss Gupta."Arnav said huskily & lustily & turned her around to face him,still holding her hand.
"We have some unfinished business to settle."He said in dangerously low voice.She twisted her hand in order to get it out of his firm yet careful grip.
"Let go of me."Khushi said ignoring what he said & looking everywhere but at him.
"Didn't I told you before to look at me when I'm talking."He said in frustration.
Khushi looked up at him & He witnessed the hurt in her eyes.Again.He shrugged aside the feeling of being responsible for someone's hurt & held her by her waist & pulled her closer.
"Tell me why you ran away from the party the other night?
Tell me why you are still running away?"
