Shambhavi gave a winning smile to Rudra and left from there.rudra smiles but didn't say anything.vikramaditya orders some of his soldiers to announce that a competition is going to be held tomorrow in which all the warriors of the Kingdom are invited.
Vikramaditya: you all can stay here for today.
All the merchants nods in yes.vikramaditya with padmavati and all the merchants except birju and Rudra left from there.
Birju: what is all this? Where were you? I don't understand what is happening can you plz explain all this to me.
Rudra: relax everything is just fine,not just fine everything is great.now i can accomplish both of my missions.this is exactly what i wanted.now i can be with my shambhavi all the time.
Birju: you are not appointed as her bodyguard yet.don't be so happy what if you lose tomorrow.
Rudra: don't worry i won't.
Birju: how can you be so sure?don't be so overconfident.
Rudra:i am not overconfident birju.a warrior may lose but a lover who will be fighting for her love can never ever lose from anyone.
Birju: all right if you say so.lets go and see the whole palace.i never got a chance to see the palace.
Rudra: allright lets go.
In the night
Shambhavi was roaming in the corridor of her palace.she was looking very beautiful and the moonlight was adding more charm in her beauty.rudra was sitting outside the palace on the stairs holding shambhavi's anklet and was looking at it lovingly.shambhavi comes there and saw him sitting alone.
Shambhavi: what are you doing here? You should have slept by now.tomorrow is very important day for you.
Rudra turns around and saw her standing behind him.he was in awe seeing her.he couldn't take eyes off her.his love for shambhavi can be clearly seen in his eyes and the desperation to meet her and tell her how much he loves her was clearly visible.
Rudra/shambhu: i was going to sleep but i am unable to do so.i am not feeling sleepy so i came here.
Shambhavi: are you afraid? If you want to back off then its completely fine.
Rudra: no i am not all afraid.i know why are you saying this becoz you don't want a bodygaurd.
Shambhavi: no i was just asking
Rudra: c'mon princess.you don't know how to lie and its clear on your face.
Shambhavi: how do you know if i am saying the truth or not?
Rudra: i read faces
Shambhavi: oh really then you must be a mind reader too.
She asked him in a sarcastic way.rudra amusingly says
Rudra: umm sort of
Shambhavi: then tell me what i am thinking right now?
Rudra: you are thinking how to get rid of me?
Shambhavi was surprised coz that is what she was thinking.she changes the topic.
Shambhavi: this night is your last night in this palace, tomorrow when you'll be defeated by some other warrior then you have to go from here.
Rudra: and how do you know that i am gonna lose.what makes you think that i am gonna be defeated.
Shambhavi :you are new you don't know that our kingdom is full of great warriors.
Rudra: you also don't know anything about me.
Shambhavi starts leaving angrily.
Rudra: and one more thing princess .
She stops and turn around.
Rudra: From tomorrow you will see me 24 hours infront of you.
Shambhavi: we'll see
Rudra: we will.
Saying this shambhavi left from there.rudra watches her adoringly.birju was listening to their conversation.he asked
Birju: what were you doing? How can you talk to princess like that?
Rudra looks at him and birju understands what he wanted to say.
Birju: alright,I know you are a prince she is a princess you love her but she loves you or not you don't know. Uff my head is spinning
Rudra: you won't understand.for understanding all this you have to fall for someone. i am enjoying all this very much, I am enjoying teasing her a lot. She looks even more beautiful when she is angry.
Birju: alright, now let's go to sleep tomorrow is very important day for you.
Rudra: Now I'll definitely not gonna lose tomorrow.its my first step to reach at my mother's killer and my first step to make her mine.my love for her will encourage me more to win this challenge.
In the morning
Everyone was gathered in field.vikramaditya,padmavati,raunak and shambhavi were present there.rudra/shambhu comes in the battle ground.he looks at shambhavi but shambhavi turns her face.rudra smiles.5 best warriors from the whole kingdom were selected to complete against shambhu. One of them came forward.vikramaditya tells them to start the fight.they start fighting Rudra was a brilliant warrior so he was not having much difficulty but his opponent was strong too.shambhavi notices rudra's moves.she thought.
Shambhavi: shambhu's fight moves are reminding me of Rudra.its very similar.
After fighting for sometime Rudra defeated that warrior.everybody claps for him including king and queen except shambhavi.shambhavi was looking at him tensed coz after seeing him fighting she was sure that rudra/shambhu is a very good warrior. Vikramaditya announces a short break so that shambhu can take rest. After sometime vikramaditya announces the name of next opponent. He comes forward to fight with rudra. Rudra defeated him too shambhavi was shocked to see that but vikramaditya and padmavati were happy. Rudra defeated 4 warriors successfully and now the last one was left. That warrior was looking very cunning. They start fighting that warrior was much powerful than other 4 warriors he was giving tough competition to rudra but rudra was defending him very well. Rudra was about to win but that warrior throws dust in his eyes. He was going to attack him from behind but rudra feels it and attacks him. The warrior fell on the ground. Everyone claps for rudra. He was declared as winner.vikramaditya and padmavati was very impressed with his warrior skills and they were happy too that they found a very good man as their daughter's bodyguard. Shambhavi was looking at rudra/shambhu, she wasn't happy. She never wanted to have a bodyguard. She remembers her last night conversation with shambhu when he said that he is gonna be with her all the time. She left from there rudra watches her going.he was hurt and was bleeding. Vikramaditya tells him to rest. Birju takes him to the palace. He applies medicine on his wounds.
Birju: you fought bravely rudra. I never thought that you will win that easily. But look at these wounds.
Rudra: don't worry I am fine. Wounds are part of life of a warrior. These are just mere scratches.i'll be fine. I am happy that now I can start my first step to achieve my mission.
Birju: I wonder what will be princess's condition after all she doesn't want a bodyguard and now you'll be around her all the time. It's perfect time to confess your love for her.
Rudra: no not now. First I have to know what's in her mind and that can only be done by shambhu and not rudra.
Birju: it seems like I have to go from here now. King allowed you to stay here not me.
Rudra: don't worry I'll find some way so that you can stay here. I'll need your help.
Birju: ok
Shambhavi was in her room and was fuming in anger.she was walking here and there and was getting restless.she sits down on her bed and calm down a bit.
Shambhavi: I can't do anything I have to accept him as my bodyguard. He was hurt should I go and check him. Huhh why should I go? I am not going
Rudra and birju were talking in rudra's room. Suddenly shambhavi comes there. Both become surprised seeing her. Birju left from there.
Rudra: princess you here?
Shambhavi: I just came to tell you that
Rudra: what?
Shambhavi: I wanted to tell you that you won and now you are my bodyguard that's it.
She left from there. Rudra smiles.
Rudra: my love you look even cuter when you try to hide something and fail coz your eyes speaks the truth. I haven't forgetton those days which we spent in that jungle and in that village and I am sure you too haven't forgotten them. We are made for each other and I'll prove it to everyone but first I'll have to make you realize that you love me which is gonna happen soon
