so Arnav and Khushi are married, but what did Arnav do that made her lose their baby?

Lavanya is her Bros wife, that good atleast she wont fall for Arnav

is Sheetal and Payal Khushi's sisters?

Poor Khushi lost her baby, but I am not going to bash Arnav yet until I know what happened
