since khushi knows how much she attracted to arnav within her heart.

she will realise arnav may not love lavanya but lavanya does find arnav as hot and want him as her life partner. So she can relate to lavanya's feelings.

i think khushi shud piss off arnav by saying

iam happy for u and lavanya

i think i can call lavanaya as bhabhi and u as bhai same like shanaya..does.😉
