This is my first OS on Taarey so for any mistake you can go beat Sanaya up đ¤Ł. Ok enough of my buk buk. Let me tell you some important points before you start reading the OS.
1. The gang is gang đ
2. Swayam is majnu and possessive bhai as always.
3. Swaron are not couple
4. Taani is like her entry: sweet & bubbly. And loves her Prince Charming (PC) a lot but waiting for him to say it first. And yup Taani wears modern dresses
5. Well PC I mean Rey is not Rey. You read it write he is a big time flirt. Mostly flirt with his jaaneman and mostly flirts with others to make her jealous. Loves his jaaneman but is totally confused.

Taarey: An Upside Down Day
(OS)
It was a dark and quiet night; cool breeze was blowing the scattered leaves, and her long beautiful hairs and her short dress. She was walking with him. They weren't holding hands but walking close to each other. The dim light of stars and moon was lighting their way and guiding them. She had a most beautiful smile as she was enjoying the walk with him. It was like her dream come true. Yes she dreamt to go on a walk with Rey, her Prince Charming, like this in same environment but the only difference was that she wanted to do that while holding his hands. Seeing Taani's smile no one could say that she was irritated a while ago.
Flashback
"I can't believe this, first that stupid party, and then you, your stupidities and now your stupid car broke down. Ugh!" she said fully irritated. "What did I do?" Rey asked fully confused. "Nothing just nothing. Now tell me how you are going to drop me home safely as bhai said" Taani asks. "Well jaaneman, when I am here not to fear" saying this Rey holds Taani by her waist and brings her closer. Taani was shocked by her behavior seeing this Rey smirks and says "your bhai requested me to drop you home safely and you are safe in my arms. And I have heard that girls feel secure in boys arms." Listening to this Taani blushes and slightly pushes him and starts walking and says "I am not going to stand here and listen to your rubbish so I am going to walk home. Follow me if you want."
*Flashback Over*
Rey kept glancing at her and her beautiful smile. Suddenly he stops seeing an old guy sitting under a street lamp. He bursts out laughing thinking he is a Buddha under a street lamp instead of tree [*no disrespect intended*]. Taani tries to stop him but he doesn't listen and the old man gets irritated and says "nalayak mazak ura raha hai mera. Mat bhool k tera b mazak ban sakta hai." Listening to this Rey laughs at him holding his stomach and almost falling on Taani. Seeing Rey's stupidity Taani also laugh but not on old man but on Rey's nautanki. "Bas bohot howa ab tum dono ko saza zaroor milay gi" old man says this and following his words a lightning strikes and something weird happens. Taani and Rey feel a strange feeling and the next minute they see themselves standing in front of each other. Rey could see himself standing in front of him and Taani could see herself too. They get confused and then they feel their own selves and realize that their bodies are switched. Taani was in Rey's body and Rey was in Taani's body. They were shocked and scared to death they looked at the old man and he says to Taarey "aglay 24 ghanto tak tum dono ek dosray k jism mein raho gay aur agar kisi ko iss baray mein pata chala toh zindagi bhar issi tarah rahna ho ga. Ab pata chalay ga mazak karna kiya hota hai." Saying this old man leaves and taarey stands there still in the shock mode trying to grasp what just happened.
Taani who is in now Rey's body falls on ground and starts crying. "Taani, I look horrible while crying so stop crying please" Rey says with Taani's beautiful smile. She hugs him and says "what we are going to do now?" "Chill and avoid being caught" he breaks the hug and continues "we both are in this together so relax." Then taarey reaches Taani's house and there was waiting the first challenge for them.
They walk in and Swayam with worry face was waiting for them "why you guys are late? You are okay na?" Swayam hugs Taani and poor Rey inside feels weird due to his brotherly love and concern. He says "dude... I mean bhai I am fine the car broke down so we had to walk so that's why we are late" and breaks the hug. "ya bha' I mean dude chill I was with her so no need to worry" Rey assures and in return Swayam murmurs "tu tha issi baat ka darr tha." Rey who was standing beside him as Taani gets a 1000 volts shock listening to Swayam but somehow manages to hide it. "Okay dude you can sleep with me in my room as your car broke down" Swayam says and turns towards his room. Taani listening to this gets nervous and says "dude I am going to sleep here on the sofa." Swayam gives Rey aka Taani 'you must be kidding me' look and drags her in the room. "Bechari" says Rey and goes to her room and sleep peacefully.
Next morning Rey gets dressed up in his favorite Taani's dress and Taani wear whatever she had Rey's cloth in Swayam's cupboard. Rey slowly whispers in Taani's ear "first challenge hiding from Swayam is completed but now the real challenge is the gang. Good luck!" listening to Rey Taani gets more nervous but his assuring smile boosts her confidence. They reach the college and there comes the 2nd challenge.
"Chal dude lets go to locker room as others are there already" Swayam says to Rey which is now Taani. "Bhai I have some work from Rey so he will join you in a while" Rey saves Taani and Swayam leaves. "Bach gai. Thank you Rey" Taani says innocently but Rey smirks and reply "what if I am forced to go to girls' locker room?" Taani opens her mouth wide open and hit Rey on his shoulder and he let out a small scream. People around them look at Rey with a disgusted expressions thinking he is hurting Taani. Seeing this Taani laughs at Rey and says "if you even think about it than I will tarnish your so called reputation. Get that." And she leaves with the tashan walk of Rey and Rey was left shocked with open mouth.
Soon they all were in class and the professor starts taking attendance. "Nil" profession says and nil replies "here." Professor calls many names and then calls "Reyaani singhani" and poor Rey in Taani's body replies "here." Everyone looks at him and he soon realizes what he did and tries to cover up "I meant he is here, Sir." "This today's generation, Ugh! Well Rey why don't you also say that Taani is here too" professor says irritated looking at Rey who actually was Taani from inside. The class went fine and everyone gathers in canteen.
"Guys, why don't we go to club tonight?" Vicky asks to the entire gang sitting behind Rey and putting his hand around Rey's shoulder. Taani felt strange feeling due to Vicky's hand around her. "Yeah sure, why not?" Rey says not realizing that Taani would never say that. Swayam looks at Taani with weird expressions and was about to ask her if she is okay but Sharon interrupts "I am in." others also agree and they all start talking about the club. As girls were talking about what they will be wearing poor Rey in Taani was getting bored so he excuses himself and leaves.
On the other hand, all boys except Swayam were talking about sexy girls and about losing their 'V'. Innocent Taani had no idea about 'V' and was feeling uncomfy so she also excuses herself from there too. And soon they all leave for their homes and TaaReYam are all getting ready in Taayam house. Taani was ready way too early as she didn't had to do all that make up which she do very less anyways and had no long hairs to manage. She is waiting outside her own bedroom for Rey to get ready.
"Ugh! How long will you take" she asked not able to wait anymore. "Wait jaaneman let me get fully ready. Well I must say you are really beautiful" Rey replies in a teasing tone. "Yuck! How disgusting. Come out now before I come in you idiot" Taani said almost yelling at him. "Shhh! Bhai ney sun liya toh kiya kahay gay, Rey?" Rey says imitating Taani's style and this makes Taani mad so she marches in the room without Rey's notice. What she sees was something she never expected. It brought tears in her eyes she was feeling so proud of Rey and her own love. She saw Rey changing clothes with his eyes closed and away from the mirror. Yes he wasn't taking advantage of the situation unlike other boys would have. As soon as he was done he opens his eyes and saw a teary Rey I mean Taani. đ He goes to her and asks in worried tone "what happened Taani you okay? When did you come in?" "Nothing, I am fine. Let's go, bhai must be waiting for us" Taani says and leaves the room. Rey tries to stop her but she left quickly. They all meet outside the club all excited especially majnu for his Siren and boys for hot and sexy girls.
The music in the club was loud and everyone was either dancing or drinking. The club was filled with desperate boys and sexy girls. The gang started their own stuff and girls went on the dance floor while Swayam was enjoying seeing his Siren dancing with girls. Rey and Taani were standing in a corner seeing around at all those beautiful girls; Taani asks Rey "what are you going to do? No flirting possible." Taani was expecting a sad expression from Rey but instead Rey smirked and says "jaaneman as Rey I can't do much but as Taani I can go to any sexy girl I want and hug her tightly." "No you will not" Taani said full with jealous and irritation. "Well on only one condition, jaaneman [Rey pauses and Taani give 'what condition' look and Rey continues] well you will have to dance like me and rock the stage just like me."
Taani mouth went wide open and eyes popped out from their sockets. She gives a 'No Way' look and Rey walks towards a beautiful and sexy girl showing Taani what he can do. Seeing him go Taani holds his arm and pulls him towards her. "Okay fine I am going to dance. Happy" Taani says and Rey smiles a victory smile. And little did he know what Taani was up to. Taani smirks and turns around and thinks well well well! Mr. flirt bohot shok hai na mujhe tang karnay k ap bhokto. Mei toh kal Taani ban jao gi but tumhara kiya ho ga? Bhai ka samna karnay k liye ready ho jao.
Taani goes in the middle of the club and gestures DJ something and the song starts

She starts dancing on the above lines seeing towards the gang and all look at her and claps and joins her in dancing.

She goes to Swaron and then to girls and stops at boys dancing along with the gang.

She finally goes to Rey who according to all is Taani and dances very close to him. Rey was shocked to see her like this and moreover he was scared of Swayam. He looked at Swayam who was already fuming in anger. He gulped his saliva in and moves away from Taani.

Seeing him go, Taani follows him and drags him to the dance floor and starts dancing with him with an evil smile.

She goes to all again leaving Rey alone. Rey takes a breath of relief but that wasn't over.

Taani comes back to him and then rotates him around and does some couple dance steps with him.

She dances some hip hop steps while Rey follows her step simply to hide his awkwardness and fear.

Taani was enjoying more than she expected. She was dancing so lost and Rey was somewhere inside was happy to see her like this carefree and happy.

Taani again goes way too close to Rey and this time Rey didn't care about his surrounding as what he cared was for her to enjoy and be happy.

They dance while lost in each other's eyes and arms. Rey was falling in love with her all over again. And Taani was living the moment.

Soon the gang joined them and they finished the song and avoiding anyone's attention Taarey sneaks out. Taani was laughing like hell and Rey was just enjoying seeing her smile. No matter she was in Rey's body and all but her smile was unique and he always loved the way she smiles or laughs. She stopped seeing Rey staring at her; she gives 'what' look. Rey replies "want to try something different and something that we never forget. Of course these 24 hours were most fun filled and amazing but as time is about to end so wanted to end it most beautifully or rather I should say want to start our new life with a beautiful beginning."
Saying this Rey holds her jacket's collar and pulls her towards him and puts his soft lips on her hard lips. The minute their lips touched each other, a sound of lightening was heard and their bodies were exchanged to their respective souls.
As soon as Rey felt the change he slid his hands around her waist and she also puts her hands in his mushy hairs. Rey deepens the kiss as soon as Taani opens up. He explores each and every bit of her mouth and kisses her till they both run out of breath. Breaking the kiss, Rey cups Taani's blushing face and says "I love you, jaaneman." Hearing these magical words Taani hugs him and says "I love you too Rey." And then again Rey takes the chance and kisses her this time showing all his love and passion for his and only his jaaneman.
