I just stumbled upon this story yesterday (don't know how I have missed it!), and you literally got me hooked! I read all 23 chapters and each one was brilliantly written and so fascinating. I feel like your writing style is very unique (in a good way!), your storytelling skills are great, and the backdrop of the story is very interesting (cutthroat business world!).
The thing that stands out the most to me in this story is your characterizations of all the characters; it's absolutely amazing how you have delved into their characters and given your readers an insight on them. I particularly enjoyed the chapter on Rudra, Shyam (love Humera's nickname for him) and even Rudra's wife...you write it all out so vividly. With so many characters and different story lines, you are doing a really good job of keeping it concise and to the point; I can imagine that's a tough task.
I love both Arnav and Khushi in this story. Khushi is independent and strong, which I absolutely love. Arnav is still ASR but he has this vulnerable past and this artistic side, which makes him seem so endearing. I'm sure his past is still going to haunt him, but his obsession with all things related to Khushi is making me slowly withdraw from the shadows of the past, which is a good thing. Although his fascination with Khushi and painting her is borderline creepy (if it was any other guy, it would definitely be creepy!), there's something really sweet about how he trying to create the perfect portrait of her just from just his memories of her. I'm glad he's acknowledged that his obsession with her is not just for artistic purposes! In most other FF's on this forum, it seems like Arnav is always the one in a relationship and Khushi is single, but you have flipped the switch, I like it (even though not too keen on the Khushi/Shaan scenes, since she's obviously just not into it)
It was definitely a surprise to learn that Shaan and Shantanu are the same person. He is also a very interesting character. I wonder why he is so patient and understanding with Khushi when she hasn't given him much to be hopeful for. It seems like her inability to let him get close to her has been there since the beginning, and if things haven't changed til now, they probably won't. I'm sure he's smart enough to realize that. Also, if he's such a great guy, I'm sure he knows that he can find another woman who can appreciate all his nice qualities and be more into him. In your last chapter, you pointed out how he would place the Raizada's above anything and anyone, as they gave him a family after he was orphaned; I wonder if his loyalty to them will play a role in his relationship with Khushi, especially if he comes to know about Arnav's infatuation with her. By the way, I really do like the way you are keeping us in suspense about how and when Arnav, Shaan and Khushi are all going to know the truth.
I have a feeling there's still so much that's going to happen in this story and so many more revelations; I'm looking forward to reading all about it. I definitely think that Rudra is up to something sinister. And his equation with Payal is also very intriguing...really wonder why they have had a falling out and they can't mend fences. I also wonder how he will react if(or when) Khushi gets with Arnav...since he doesn't approve of Shaan, would he be ok with the cousin (I know this is still way down the line, but I'm just getting curious)!
I'm going to stop my rambling now; I can literally keep going because there's so many things that have intrigued me and stood out to me, but I will wait for future updates to find out how this amazing story unfolds.
