Glad to see Lisa back, especially the very fitting welcome she got! However, hope that's not the end of her punishment… if that were so, it would be pretty tame… quite vindictive of me, I know, but can't help wanting Lisa to feel an iota of the pain she put Khushi and other unfortunate people through! Her agent thoroughly relishing telling her all the bad news pertaining to her presently non-existent career made me rub my hands in glee, with a few evil chuckles thrown in! Looks like it's payback time for all the years of suffering at her hands! A wooden-faced Ashok Batra telling her a few home truths was far more effective than any outburst would have been. What did Lisa hope to achieve by contacting Arnav?

Looks like, thanks to Khushi, Arnav is quite familiar with the latest Hindi film songs… surprised his eyes didn't pop out of his head seeing Buaji and Garima grooving to the latest cheesy number! Their self-deprecating remarks and the ease with which Arnav asks for pakoras is a clear indication of how close he feels to them… he's accepted them as his own and considers himself a part of their family! Another poignant moment is Arnav recalling all the bittersweet moments of his interaction with Khushi and being flooded with remorse for having hurt her over and over again. Poor Arnav would never have imagined that his inability to properly voice his apology would be construed by Khushi as he having second thoughts about their marriage… this results in him being tongue-tied further! Khushi calmly and collectedly give him a way out and, without any recriminations and blame game, asking him to break things off if he so desired places her on a higher plane… to her way of thinking, the past is the past and constantly dwelling on it will only blot out her present and her future… she has forgiven and moved on… thus, her love is truly selfless and unconditional! "Because happiness never lasts. At least not in my life. Just as I begin to smile, something happens to make me cry." One can understand her fears because of all she's been through… hope this isn't a premonition and that Lisa doesn't cause any further problems. Immensely moved by how Khushi supporting Arnav turns into Arnav soothing her fears… the simplicity of his promise and of his admission of the place she holds in his heart and life goes straight to our hearts! The wind blew a pink dupatta over them, giving them some privacy… reminds me of the moment in the show when Arnav and Khushi cuddle under the duvet / coverlet on their wedding night, finding bliss in their own small world!
