Amazing updates!!!!!!!😃

Manvi entering police force, now this is something interesting!!!!
Virat has took the right decision, manvi will now get those skills to defend herself & also she will get to know how to tackle problems!!!!!

I thought that manvi will not agree to this but I am impressed, she is brave!!!! And then she even pulled the trigger without any fear, bravo!!!!!!👏👏

It will be so good to see if virman together will attack & catch their common enemy who is behind their sweet life!!!!😃

Sorry 4 late comment last both updates were really nice maanvi is such a innocent soul wht happened 2 her she always makes u smile with her antics , virat silent treatment made her upset n quiet poor grl she luved his hubi d way he is rude n arrogant not d one who is on silend mode , virman little moment was nice unexpected 4rm virat side first silent treatment den being naughty 2 make her wife happy n now he is going 2 train her 4 self defence , maanvi training was really nice with little romance i luved dat scene very much where he was asking questions n she was answering dat was funny n adorable once again awsum grl😊😊

early morning...

VirMan was in gym...manvi was running on the treadmill..and virat kept talking to her..

While doing a body stretching in early morning...

Manvi : Is ke baad ??

Virat : Apni Jacket Utaaro !!

Manvi : (shocked + confused) WHAT ??

Virat : apni jacket utaaro...!!!!!!

Manvi : per kyunnn...????

Virat : Tumhara rape nahi karunga..chill !!

aage ke stretches... tum jacket pehen ke nahi ker sakti hoo...issi liye utaaro !!

Manvi : (thought for a second)

Virat : manvi mere paas time nai hai... tum utaarti ho ya main khud utaaru apne haato se?

Manvi : theek hai naa...

(tried to show some tantrums..or tease him) aa...aap zara udar dekho...(turn around)

Virat : (he can't take all this anymore,So he pulled her closer and in no time he slided

her jacket zip down and removed it widly and impataintly...he did in such fraction of

seconds that manvi couldn't react nor she could stop him...He is soo mean..she thought)

Now she was just wearing her very short sports top.. that reveals her ribs and bare waist

(imagine the top SAME TO SAME...But her pant a little short...it's knee lenght tights)

Virat : Ho gaya...!!!

Manvi : (DAMN Irritated) aap ek second ruk nai sakte the ????? main utaar rahi thi na...!!

Virat : Nai ruk sakta tha..!!!

ab chupp..!! No more bak bak !!!!

Jaisa main kehta hu waise karo..

Now virat was making manvi do some stretches...back and front bending for her spine exercise...

Then he made her lay on floor and taught her to do crunches

She did as virat taught her...

Manvi : (while doing the crunches) Main bore ho rahi hu...!!! (she stopped and looked at

him..with complaining expression)

Virat : Entertainment ki machine khud bore ho rahi haiii ???

Manvi : (made a Face)

ab..(he made her turn over,facing her back to him) humne front and backward bend kiya..

(standing behind her)Ab.. Haath uuper...Straight..(she did her hands up in the air straight up)

Virat : (he directed) now... bend towards your left slowly..!!

Manvi quickly bend towards her left..and thr you go

Manvi : (whine in pain) Ooouuuccchh...aaahh..(she got a muscle catch at her right side on

her rib..below her chest)

Virat : (scolded) Manvi..!! slowly kaha tha maine..(making her stand staright)

Manvi : (the pain was so bad...) Aaahhh...

Virat : ( he tried to see the area of the catch by plaing his hand on her rib,

but she removed his hand) Nai !! aaahhh..(still whining in pain)

Virat : manvi.. mujhe dekhne toh do..!!! (trying to hav a look at her catch on her rib)

Manvi : (breathing heavily as she couldn't breath out of pain) n...nai..!!

Ma...main theek..aaahhh(finally started crying becuz of too much pain)

Virat : come her..! (pulled her closer,that her hands crash on his chest..)

He asked"kaha dard ho raha hai..?(he placed his on her right side of her waist)

Yaha ?? (just looking at her face)

She couldn't look at him,she remain her gaze sideways and replied) nahi... uu...uuper !

He moved his palm a bit up on her stomach,asking her "yaha ??"

She couldn't say further...so she just nodded in NO like a cute baby...

He moved his palm a bit sideways exactly on her ribs below her chest and asked"yaha ?"

Manvi nodded YES with a little tear drop escapes from her eye

Virat : (said in a calm tone) It's ok... It's just a catch(he said trying to massage on

her rib)...she gasped as she felt his fingers caressing on her bare skin...she didn't

move up her gaze to look in to his eyes... stayed still)

Now his touch was sending chills in to her body...try to take control over her breathe

She finally removes his hand and saying "ma...main theek hu !(and turns facing her back

to him,she shut her eyes tightly and the catch was still not ok...)aahh..!!(under breath)

Just then she felt him hugging her from back...

then he placed his palm on her rib...whispering in her ear

Virat : Relaaxxx...!!(wraping another arm around her to make her feel better)

He kept massaging on her rib...she was hardly able to control her breathe)

He was trying that her muscle gets lose...

he was tracing her ribs and waist...

That was it for her...She shuts her eyes tightly...controlling her emotions and her

breathe...she unknowingly placed her hand on his hand which was on her ribs,tracing softly...

Unaware of his sense,he leans a bit and placed a smoochy kiss on her neck,giving her "440

volt ka jhatka"...he didn't leave her after that even...he lean again and kissed on the

same place !!! NOW this seems to be turning little more crazy when he nuzzles his nose on her shoulder,smelling her seductive fragrance...

AND...What she could do now ???? Nothing !! stand helpless..

she tried to speak in broken words

Manvi : ab...abhi..theek..hai !!!(trying to remove his hand from her stomach and rib)

He doesn't remove his hand,instead...he turns her to face him jerkily...she gasp as she

looks at his brazing hot eyes...

he looks at her lips,without waiting for any second.he leans and capture her lips into a soft smooch...Brushing his lips against hers.. she couldn't respond at first..but few seconds later...she just loosen her lips and get into the kiss... feeling his intense touch all over her lips...she clutch on to his vest on his abs...

few seconds later..he breaks the kiss..not willingly ! but he did...

she opened her eyes..and looked at him,to break silence

Manvi : (innocently) mujhe nahi pata tha ke aap aise training dete ho..!!!(frowning)

he smirks..

Virat : kabhi kabhi off track hona acha hota hai...(winks)

tumhara catch kaisa hai ??(trying to again place his hand on her rib)

She quickly escapes and tells him

Manvi : Aapke mujhe "catch" kerne ke baad woh catch ne chod diya...

Virat : hahaha...

waise aaj ke liye pack up..!!

Manvi : (she craks up,at his comment) hahahaaa...

Afternoon time...

ACP Virat vadhera's house...

Virat standing with his hands folded against his broad chest, with a "stubborn straight look" on his face

and Manvi sitting on the chair of the dining table,with a "bechaari" expression on her face

Manvi : Please ACP Sir...pleaseee...(tried her "Cute expression" tricks)

Virat : Main kuch nahi sunne wala hu...!!!

FINISH IT...!! Nowww...!!

Manvi looked at the dining table,on which a huge glass of protein shake in it was placed in front of her)...

and she was giving "yuck" Looks it..as if the glass will get upset and disappear from the reach of her eyes...How silly ?

Manvi : Aaj ek din..!! Please ACP Sir..!! bass aaj ke he din..!!

Kal pakka peeyungi...!!! Issi protein shake ki kasam !!!

Virat : NO...is no !!

Tum pee rahi ho..?? ya main tumhe zabardassti peelao ??

Manvi : (Irritated) Yeh kya zabardassti hai !!!! pichle 3 din se aap mujhe adpaka(uncooked) atrangi(strange) khaana khilaa rahe ho... maine kuch nahi kaha..!

Aaj bilkul mann nahi ker raha yeh YUCKK shake peene ko...!

Virat : Thats it ! Main 10 count kerunga... agar yeh glass khatam nahi hui...toh tum kal se is ghar se baahar nahi niklogi..aur na he mere saat kaam kerogi !!!

10 !! (He started)

Manvi : (complained) aap roz mujhe yehi keh ker blackmail kerte ho..!!!

Virat : 9 !!

Manvi : Main sach mein nahi peena chahti huuu !!!

Virat : 8 !!

Manvi : Acha theek haiii..!! main haar gayi !!

Virat : (eyeing towards the glass to finish it) 7 !!

Manvi : haa pee rahi hu...(grabbing the glass..with the worst expression)

Virat : 6 !!

Manvi shut her eyes tightly... and started gulping the shake down to her throat...

Virat stopped counting as he saw manvi not stopping for ones... He gave a victory smile !!

And manvi drank the whole shake and kept the empty glass on the table...!!

and finally opened her eyes...she saw virat looking at her and smiling !!!

She looked extra cute becuz she got a shake mustache on her upper lick..

Virat took the tissue paper...kneel in front of her...and wiped her mustache off...

Virat : Ho gayaa...

Manvi still had irritated frowns on her forehead to which virat said

Virat : ab toh frowns hataa do..!!

Manvi realized and changed her expression...

Virat : better !! (he smiled)

thoda sa smile kerlo... woh bhi ek exersice hoti hai !

Manvi : (didn't smile...and she rose up from her chair)

Virat : (gets up from his knees) Thoda sa..!! ek smile..! ek smile..(pulling her nearer)

(Manvi controlled her smile..)

Virat : ek smile..ek smile...!!(he started tickling her stomach)

She tried not to smile...but burst out laughing as he tickled...

Manvi : Haahhaaha..(trying to stop his hand,which was tickling her stomach)

He stopped and hugged her tightlyyy...Just a luvly hug !!!

She hugged him back,resting herself in his arms.

Just then Virat's phone rang

Virat : (taking the call) hello ?

ha vidhyut !

WHAT ???(Shocked)

.(Manvi frowns listening to him)

KYA BAKWAAS KER RAHA HAI ????(ANGRY)

Loved it,..!!! Their exercise cum Romance session was Superb..but it was short, ok I am demanding...but Awesome..Maanvi is taking her training seriously xcept the diet..which will take time...Interesting Precap..Waiting for next Sara..!!!

the update was just fab👏👏 the best part was when ACP virat couldnt control himself while training manvi ahem ahem 😆
loved those training parts those were just awesome...
and the song ahem ahem ek dam perfect for seducing virat 😆😆😆
then the romance in gym part was wowww had fun i wish aisa gym session roz ho 😆😆
and their dialogues were just fab those naughty dialogues ...😆
then the protein shake part was tooo adorable and cute...loved manvi's crazy antics and her cute dialogues ...😃
virman in this update were tooo adorable ..very well written 😃
