Their small fights are so cute.

Congrats on new thread.

Ohh Arnav is jealous and this jealousy destroyed their romantic lunch which Khushi had planned.
But one should not only blame Arnav, I think Khushi didn't understand really Arnav's 'problem' and this wasn't going to have a positive effect on the situation.

Although she is angry at Arnav, Khushi didn't forget his medicine and still took care of him. Oh yes, that is love and now hope, Arnav will get back to sense, but somehow I feel, that the sentence in precap is used by NK, which will not help to calm down Arnav's anger.
