Shilpa was getting ready for hospital when Armaan hugged her from behind, she got scared

Shilpa spoke: you scared me

Armaan kissed her earlobe and spoke: who is here to hug you expect me

She smiled and turned to him she locked her hands on his neck and spoke: so Dr. Armaan Malik in romantic mood in the early morning don't you want to go at hospital

He smilingly placed his hands on her waist and spoke: why do you want me to go out from house huh

She was just staring at him and was just remembering the last night

Armaan: what happen to you it's not nice ok when your husband is with you, you should not think anything else expect your hubby

Shilpa: thanks for everything you know I called Mr. Oberoi and sent him that design soon he will start my project and at least in one year my hospital will be built

Armaan kissed on her forehead and spoke: it's very good news isn't it

Armaan and Shilpa walked inside the locker and all their friends were stunned to see them together entering inside

All widened their eyes after seeing the scene in front them no one thought in their dream that Armaan can do this in front of everyone

Armaan: the full day is waiting for you Shilpa, be ready for your gifts as he said his words he smilingly walked away and Shilpa was stunned

Shilpa knocked the door of Shashank's cabin and entered in She smiled widely after seeing her dad she ran towards him and hugged him tightly

He smiled and hugged her back

Shilpa spoke in his embrace: dad why you have didn't wished me yet I was waiting for your call every year you wish me first

Shashank smiled and spoke: I thought your husband is there now to wish you before me

Shilpa moved back and spoke: no that stupid Armaan Malik doesn't have rights to come between us dad

She smiled and ran to locker room she sat on the bench and started opening the box as she opened she saw beautiful diamond set like earing, necklace, bangle, she took the earing and saw that it was just beautiful Anjali and Muskaan walked inside and saw Shilpa with the box they both ran to her and Muskaan spoke: wao' who gave this so expensive gift huh

Anjali: shut up Muskaan who will give her expect her husband

Shilpa looked at them and Anjali smiled

After sometime in the general ward Shilpa was working a man came to her and spoke: ma'am I have a big parcel for you where should I keep

After finishing her work Shilpa came inside the locker room and was completely shocked to see there was no space to stand, locker room was full with all gift boxes and it were big

Shilpa snapped at her and spoke: I thought it was parcel and I told that man to keep here but now there is no place to walk towards our lockers oh god if Dr.Kirti will see this she is definitely going to kill me

Suddenly she got a call and she attended

Shilpa firmed in anger and spoke: Armaan are you mad if Dr.Kirti sees this she will kill me

Armaan smiled and spoke: she is not in the hospital darling so don't worry

Shilpa smiled and spoke: but Armaan why so much gifts

Armaan: because I missed your 22 birthdays and now it's your 23^rd just wanted to cover up everything ok bye have lot of work to do as he said his words he cut off the call and Shilpa too

Shilpa let her tears out from her eyes and thought" why I can't tell you Armaan that what I feel for you I don't know how you will react will you be happy or' she don't want to think more

She wiped her tears and walked out from the locker room

Shilpa knocked the door Dr. Kirti: Come in

Shilpa entered in and stood in front of her

Dr. Kirti looked at her and spoke: Dr. Shilpa I have called you here to inform you that you are going to lonavla for two days with Dr. Armaan Shilpa smiled widely after hearing this she was too happy cause she wanted to go with him and spend some time with him alone

Shilpa: thanks ma'am

Kirti nodded and Shilpa walked out from her cabin

All interns were sitting in the cafeteria Shilpa entered and sat on the chair with them

Shilpa: finally I am going to lonavla with Armaan

All: ooo they all started teasing her

Rahul: so planning for second honeymoon

Shilpa glared at Rahul and gave him fake smile

Atul spoke sadly: so no party tonight for your birthday

Armaan embraced her and spoke: wao that's awesome news

She moved back and nodded her head in yes Armaan took her both palms in his hand and kissed it she looked into his eyes

Armaan: so we should now plan for a our second honeymoon what say, he winked at her and she smiled

Shilpa: we are going there to work not to do fun

Armaan: really then why are you so happy to come with me huh'

Shilpa smiled and spoke: because I wanted to spend some time with you and here you are always buried in your work

Armaan moved close to her and spoke: oh really so you mean that I don't give you time, his breath was touching her face she shivered and closed her eyes Armaan moved close on her neck and was about kiss when she pulled him back and spoke: not in hospital, he glared at her and she smilingly walked out from his cabin

Armaan was waiting at the parking area for Shilpa and was getting irritate cause she was too late he looked at his wrist watch and noticed it was 4 pm already here

Shilpa came running taking her bag in her hand and Armaan looked at her in anger

She held her ears and spoke: Sorry

Armaan's anger vanished after seeing her cute face and he doesn't want to be angry on her birthday so he forgave her

Armaan: close your eyes

Shilpa: huh

Armaan moved close and covered her eyes with his palm and made her walk front she held Armaan's hand and spoke: Armaan where are you taking me

Armaan: walk straight

Shilpa walked where he was taking her without doing any more argue Armaan removed his palm from her eyes and she opened her eyes

She widened her eyes after seeing the beautiful big car in front of her Armaan hugged her from behind and kept his chin on her shoulder

Armaan: this is for you Shona

Shilpa looked at him and spoke: Armaan you have already given me many gifts there was no need of so expensive gifts, she turned to him

Armaan frowned at her and spoke: I just wanted to give you what I have decided ok

She smiled and spoke: thanks a lot for all gifts and especially this one

She hugged him and he hugged her back

Inside the room Shilpa was unpacking her bag when Armaan came and sat on the bed

Armaan: so finally we are in lonavla

Shilpa smiled and spoke: yeah

Armaan moved close to her and pinned her under him he was staring at her and she was looking away and was trying to move

Armaan: you know that you are not strong than me why you are still trying huh

Shilpa looked at him and spoke: look Armaan leave me we are here to do our work remember, he buried his head in her neck and started planting sloppy kisses he spoke in between: yeah I remember but work is going to start from tomorrow and tonight we are going to celebrate your birthday

Shilpa closed her eyes as he started kissing her whole neck and she was melting in his touch

Armaan moved back and spoke: common get ready we are going somewhere to celebrate this day

Shilpa: I thought you only know how to give gifts, he smiled

He stood up from the bed and Shilpa moved up; Armaan took his cloths and walked towards washroom in midway he turned and spoke: why not we get ready together it will take less time what say, he winked at her and Shilpa smilingly threw pillow on him and spoke: get lost, he ran inside the washroom before she kills him
